I had a great experience with Junk Genius. I called a couple of days ago and asked a million questions to Christine. She was extremely personable, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. I told her I was pretty busy and may not call back for a while, she offered text message as an alternative form of communication which has been especially helpful for me, since I work a lot and don’t have free time to speak on the phone all day.
A few days later, I asked for someone to come stop by and give us a visual quote and a team came within the next hour-hour and a half. They gave me a courtesy call letting me know they would be at my home in 15 minutes. Dillon and Diego were kind and respectful in our home, and gave us a reasonable quote for our junk removal. They moved extremely quick and did not leave any damage to our property. I especially appreciate that the two were able to pick up and trash all the items without asking us to lift a finger. This is a great feature for the elderly, physically impaired, and people that aren’t able to move large items on their own.
They were extremely responsive, friendly, and quick with removing our trash. I felt that the business was conducted transparently and I’m appreciative they were so flexible and came during the only free time I had.

I will say they were polite, quick and on time but way overpriced. Called for an estimate for removal of an 8 ft couch. No pricing structure given just said they would come by and give estimate. When they arrive they have a handy pricing sheet... would have been great to see that info prior to their arrival. $200 for one couch removal seems a little outrageous and that was the discounted price. We paid it only because we were pressed for time but they really should be more transparent about pricing. I've used a similar service in California for more stuff and it was way less money.

I am so pleased with the services by Junk Genius. I called them to assist me at a property that I manage. We had a lot of bulk trash and also overflowing smelly trash that was unbearable to tackle. We called Junk Genius and they came out the same day within a few hours of being contacted. These guys were so fast, and quiet with getting rid of all the bulk trash and also the horrible smell. Two thumbs up to Pablo and Zach for an AMAZING JOB!
The Junk Genius team did just what they said they would do. They came on time, provided an accurate estimate and then set to work. The team worked quickly. They were courteous and pleasant. I would definitely use Junk Genius again and recommend them to my friend.

Garrett and Cam picked up a garage load of items this morning. Called around 8:30 am, expecting a pickup later in the afternoon, but they were in the area and could pickup my load on their way to their next client at 9am. A very nice crew and super helpful with what I wanted accomplished. Definitely worth the call!

JunkGenius was fantastic. Everyone I talked to was so friendly and kind. Garrett and Sosa made the drive all the way to Rochester to haul all my old furniture before a big move. I needed them here by 8am so I could get to work on time and they were here by 7:50am with a text by 7:40 to let me know they were 10 mins out. Even though I had almost a full load they had the truck filled in about 40 mins. Very quick and professional. Absolutely would use them again!

Junkgenius is always accommodating. If you need stuff removed, they’re the group to do it. They provided me excellent customer service, worked with my schedule and when I was having trouble with payment, they went above and beyond the call to lend a hand. Extremely recommend them and I’ll definitely reach out to them again for my hauling needs. You don’t need to have the IQ of a genius to reach out to them.
