Placed an order for front struts for a Mercedes Benz e350 on Thursday they told me it will be ready next day which is Friday . Called on Friday they said it won’t be ready till Monday cause they have a transmission ahead of me . Today is Tuesday and when I called to check the status they claimed i picked them up already , they held up my bay for almost a week most likely they didn’t have the parts to begin with and came up with a lie to cover up their mistake. I would never use those people ever again . Horrible business with bad attitude employees I don’t recommend using them .
I was in trying to get a window door cluster to fix my windows. The trans guy with long hair tells me. He can't get the part with out me paying. Then in the same sentence he says it might not fit. Then he says but if it doesn't fit I can't return it pay now and we will pull the part. I'm not recommending this place at all. Called another place and the laughed and said that's how they do business there. I got my part without hassle from their competition.

Could not recommend this place more. I received a great price on a low mileage Honda motor. They pulled it and had it freighted to Iowa complete with great communication and tracking along the way. I talked to two, maybe three different gentlemen there and all of them were extremely knowledgeable and competent. Motor is now installed and running like a champ. Would absolutely do business with these guys again.
Very disappointed because I drove out to look for some parts, despite what their website says, they do not let you let you look for and pull your own parts. Also their website inventory is not accurate when it said they had the parts I was looking for. Waste of time.

I bought fuel pump from them and I had a 30day warranty and the part went bad on the 18 day after I got it.. I took it back and they tell me it’s not there part and they didn’t sell me it even tho I had my receipt.. I just ended up buying a new one
They have good service lot of great deals. For me personally I found a headlight bulb at the regular shops 1 to 200 plus dollars for this one bulb (bmw owner problems lol) they gave it to me for 15 bucks that's just one example if these guys dont have something they'll find it for u.
Spent 2 days looking for a driveshaft for my Toyota Pickup. Checking all over Michigan and Ohio. Called Michigan Import Cars and spoke with James. Very accomodating and found me the right shaft. Even to the point of measuring it for me (multiple times) to verify it was correct. I will definately be coming back.
If there was a billion star option they'd get it. after calling over a dozen yards and all of them had broken the piece I needed while pulling the trans, MIC didn't and it's obvious they are skilled wreckers and actually care about providing a good part. They saved me from waiting over 2 weeks for the part to come from Germany.
Best customer service I've ever had. The guy James in there was very patient, friendly and well mannered. Also bought my Mercedes Benz parts cheaper with him than anyone in the country. If you ever need a part(s) for your import vehicle, call and just ask for James. Hands down the best in the business.
