I would give them a 0 star if I could. The dispatch told me 40 min. I have been waiting 2 hours. The driver called me after 2 hours and said it would be another hour. Worst experience ever don’t call them they are trash.

Bryan was awesome!! He made my experience great. Was to me faster then planned by 20 minutes and got me to my destination before I needed to be there. This man deserves a plague or at least a fat raise I will be using him from here on out

Call this company because my car died…so I thought. I was unsure what happened…didn’t know if I needed a jump, tow or just gas. I called for help and Olga answered the phone, she was kind and knowledgeable. She gave me pricing up front and a time frame…super quick. But then she took it a step further…she helped me troubleshoot my issue from the phone. She walked me through every step and she was extremely patient…come to find out my key fob died without a warning…she helped me get back into my car and start it…all over the phone! No service charge just a human being kind! I’m forever grateful to her for her kindness and help. Thank you again!

My car was leaking oil and I needed it towed to the mechanic. They were fast. Tim was my driver and he was great. He was professional and friendly. Excellent experience. Not sure of price my warranty covered the cost.

I believe the young man name is Firas. He was fast to arrive on an extremely cold night to move two cars for my sister. Under extreme cold and heavy snow it took a lot of great skill and endurance! He was very polite and got the jobs done. I highly recommend this company and this young man. I would not hesitate to call on this very efficient and effective service. My experience with Triple 7 towing went beyond my expectations. I was given a wait time of 30 minutes Tim was there in maybe 15 minutes. He was so helpful and kind all companies need more employees like Tim. His professionalism was top notch. I will recommend Triple 7 towing to everyone I know. Firas saved the day for my daughter and I as we were stranded from across the state and separated. He was able to pick her up so she was safe cuz she was walking on the side of the freeway trying to get to me from where she was at. He is truly An amazing and caring person! Amazing job from Alexander and Rashed. They were fast, efficient, motivated, has very good communication and are very good at their jobs. I would recommend this company to anyone. I’m definitely grateful for the service and help, thank you! I simply was finishing my DoorDash run, whipped my car around at an apartment complex and didn’t realize the ditch was there. The snow covered the parking spaces very well, so I ended up going over it and getting stuck. I called progressive and they were a huge ripoff so I found Triple Seven Towing Company and was saved. I was stranded with kids in the cold during the great cold/snow storm of Jan2026 in Detroit Mi at night. I had family come wait with me & to get the kids while I rode in the tow truck. I waited 2hrs, but it was worth it. Rasheed was very professional, kind, understanding and made me feel like family. rashed took care of us. very professional. he gave me ride home in freezing cold and even waited a hr while I got my stuff out of the car. he was very clear with the services offered. I would highly recommend. pricing was affordable.

Tim is absolutely fantastic!!! I hope this company know what a great employee they have!!! I’ve never had to call a tow truck before and he made me very comfortable with the experience and we talked the whole way to my mechanic like we’ve known each other a lifetime, you don’t find that in people much anymore. The dispatcher was also fantastic and I feel horrible for not getting his name but switching my drop off from my home to my mechanic a few miles away and accepted the difference in cash. This is a stand up company I would recommend to everyone!!!

Tim the driver was quick to respond and load the car. Given the freezing temperatures, he kindly offered to have me sit in the truck while I waited. We then proceeded to the dealership. He made me feel reassured that the car would be taken care of and we had a pleasant conversation on the way to the dealership.
