I can't say enough good things about this establishment. Every time I'm here, even with 5 cars ahead, Im inside the bay and out within 20mins. Im always greeted with smiling faces, handed a water bottle, dash wipes and an air freshener. Always informs me of services I dont need and things I need I may have missed with a proper recommendation on how often it should replaced. Special shout out to Keem and the older gentlemen for always providing exceptional service every time i return in conjunction with quality prices.
Keem was one of the most genuine honestly kind warm hearted humans I've ever cross paths with and I just came for a oil change thanks for making me feel special at y'all auto shop. Most appreciated
First time customer turned into life time customer! This place hands down has been one of the best oil change shops I’ve been to especially as a single mother just trying to save money, receive great service and not being pressured into buying anything extra.
The three gentlemen informed me step by step the process, offered water, coffee, a clean place to sit while they vacuumed by front seat, a clean restroom, wipes for my car, a air freshener and a free car wash.

I literally just brought my roommates ford maverick in and I am very satisfied. This place is truly full service at a solid price, they didn't even try to sell me an unneeded air filter replacement. They offer good, fast, affordable and friendly service and I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on
Just left Planet Oil Change a few minutes ago. I haven't been to this location in quiet some time. Always have had good experiences here. But today was even better. They are so kind, my son enjoyed getting a sucker and a toy. You guys are doing a great job, I hope it stays this way!
Unless its under new management i would avoid this place. My mom came in for an oil change on her flex and they almost cooked her engine due to a mistake made by a tech. They didnt check to make sure the rubber o ring/gasket came off with the old filter and put a new filter on. So it had 2 o ring/gaskets so the filter wasnt properly seated and caused oil to leak out when she drove home. Excuses were made left and right to avoid fixing the mistake until proof was provided they were at fault
After reading the great reviews, I sent my husband to planet oil change for an oil change. He was literally gone 20 minutes. The price was amazing. There’s a coupon on the website for $25 off..
He said the guys were super friendly and very !!!

I have been going to this shop for years, and they have always been friendly, kind and efficient! They keep you very informed and up to date on maintenance my car may need without being overly salesy and I really appreciate that! I would definitely recommend them for your oil change service needs.
I was very pleased with my visit here. The entire team was friendly and knowledgeable. Received free gifts: water, air freshener and a car wash! Most importantly they were not pushy with unnecessary purchases like other places. Highly recommend and will return.
They are so kind and helpful here! I was greeted with a bottle of water and a cleansing wipe for my dash, they were informative and quick! They also offer top-offs for all maintenance fluids and air for your tires. Brad and a few others helped me out, they were great!

The customer service was outstanding, and they even included a free car wash and air freshener with the service. Hussain is a great honest guy he personally checked out my car and gave honest recommendations on what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend this place!

Service was done great. I wanted an oil change and tune up, he made sure I needed a tuneup before charging me for it. He had to get special plugs brought over for me. The workers are friendly and make you very comfortable. I'll definitely come here in the future. Eddie was the man. Very professional and honest with me. I appreciate honesty.
