PURCHASED AN A/C COMPRESSOR FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT ON FRIDAY WENT TO GO INSTALL ON THE VEHICLE AND THE COMPRESSOR WOULD NOT ENGAGE WHEN I CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THE COMPRESSOR THEY SOLD ME WAS NO GOOD THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE RETURN DID NOT EVEN OFFER STORE CREDIT I WORK IN THE SAME LINE OF BUSINESS AND I WOULD NEVER TREAT MY CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. ALSO IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME YOU CAN TELL HOW MUCH PROFESSIONALISM THEY HAVE JUST BY LOOKING AT THEIR RESPONSES TO PEOPLES CONCERNS ON HERE

Bought a spindle from em and i told him multiple times to please make sure the spindle is not damaged. They sent me a spindle and i paid my mechanic to put it on and it turned out more damaged than my original part. After he said that they will send out another replacement spindle. I waited the whole day at my mechanic for it and once it arrived and my mechanic put it on it turned out to be for the wrong side. I called them and the person who answered was very rude and didn’t even apologize. I paid my mechanic 3 TIMES because of ur mistake!!! Very rude, careless and irresponsible!

This place is absolutely disgusting. Staff are so rude and unhelpful. My husband had brought a car from them on 3rd July. We unfortunately was not able to use the cat as we couldn’t get the license plate. Besides that my husband had brought 2 new tires, oil change, anti coolant and a new seat as it had no drivers seat belt. My husband put a lot of money into this car. To only have it less than a week and it’s caught on fire with my husband inside it!!! He could have lost his life or been severely injured. He brought the car for $2000 and all they could offer him back was $400. How is that even enough for him to go out and buy another car? He is $1600 out of pocket for only have the car for 5 days. This is absolutely outrageous!!!! When he went in to collect the money… the guy who sold it jumped up with a lot of joy and was not even apologetic or asked he was okay? We personally think they knew that something was wrong with that car that’s why they wanted it sold. Well you could have caused someone to loose their life and he had lost his belongings such as he work tools and work boots. Who’s going to replace them in order for my husband to return back to work. His out of pocket for this too. Disgusting services and rude people.
Rude and unprofessional behavior towards transporters. They called out names and threatened our employers for their unwillingness to load their scrappy cars out of salvage auctions. The cars they buy from Copart and IAA are scrap.
Very unprofessional on the phone doesn't acknowledge customers when they walk in waited 5 mins for them to ask may I help you prices are no lower than other auto parts not going here again
Best experience I've ever had at a salvage yard. Inventory catalogued well online, very nice owner and employees, quality parts and fair prices. Will definitely be checking with AAA first next time I need parts.
