Crooks. Police forced me to use these con artists when I was in a bad accident. I asked to have my vehicle towed to my house. They asked me a bunch of questions like why do you want it. Told me there was no fixing it. Have you seen it. Gave me every excuse for me to not take possession of car. Then when I wouldn’t budge they said I would have to pay for the tow and several fees he rattled off on top of the cost to haul it twice because they wouldn’t tow it the first time to my house 7 miles away. So I said get me a price. Then I went to get my stuff out of my car. Probably 20 minutes later they had plenty of time to figure out the trumped up bill. I went back into that dump of a building to get the tow bill and have it moved to my house. The new guy at desk had no bill and they said nobody was there to figure it out. By then I was done with the situation. I was in pain and tired. They basically gave me the run around to get me to leave so they could continue to rip off my insurance company for it would be there over the weekend. So they refused to do anything I wanted and I’m forced to pay anything they scribble on paper. Never use these con artists. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
Wow. I am absolutely grateful and thankful for your driver tonite. In an accident Jan 29th 15 and farminton. Didn't get his name but absolutely the kindest individual I have encounter in years. My car stalled in the left hand turn lane. I called the police and they called Lakeside Towing. The driver showed up right away. He got me and my car off the road in seconds. He was super friendly and drove me to another town to my repair guy. I wish I could remember his name but he was very nice. The price was very reasonable. I know tow companies can catch a lot of heat but they were a life saver and I am very grateful. I hope I don't need them again but if I do they are definitely the one's I am using.
Got into an accident and left my wallet in the car ofc smh, and I called late in a rainy night and someone came out to opened the gates and car for me to get my stuff. Thank you!
great company very trust worthy professional tow company with great people unlike Hadley's towing who try to keep your personal belongings if you don't pay the bill that's very unlawful. lakeside I had no problem with getting my belongings absolutely a perfect company.

Lakeside was so incredible, reassuring and extremely skillful! We were on the roadside after the front end of our car went into a rocky, cement drainage ditch that was in our blind spot. It was a dangerous situation and AAA left us literally hanging, with our rear tire off the ground, waiting for a tow. Then a tow truck from Lakeside just happened by on another job and Jacob jumped out to see if we needed help. He gave us a business card with Lakeside’s number and we called immediately. Lakeside came to our rescue in less than 15 minutes when another kind employee, Kyle, assessed the situation and was able to figure out a smart and simple way to get our car out of the ditch that avoided any undercarriage damage whatsoever! To our extreme relief, the car we thought would be banged up and undrivable was fine and we drove home so relieved! Thanks Lakeside!
Old cars have quirks. On the day my shifter locked up it only took David 15 minutes to get to my house. He had the car on the flatbed and we were off within 20 minutes. Time was important to me as I had a limited weather window on a vehicle that never sees rain. David was very careful during the 27 mile drive and helped push the car into the workshop on the other end. I will definitely use Lakeside the next time I need a towing service.
I trusted them to haul my classic car and a motor. Tom Bolone the driver helped to secure it to a pallet, spent extra time being so careful. Because I was running late, he even put it in my garage along with the motor that he had to move by hand. WHO DOES THAT! Best towing company around.
Driver showed up faster than expected and was more than helpful with help and information. Shane was a great guy and very helpful. Hopefully I will not have to use a towing service often but if I do I will use Lakeside Towing.

Had a mess with my wife's hybrid fusion which decided to die, just in time for wife to need it. Set up service at dealership and called LAKESIDE TOWING to have veh delivered. I spoke with ELLIE at LAKESIDE and she was a true joy. I explained the issue and Ellie was very helpful in getting all my information PLUS being so polite and cheerful that she truly relieved my stress. She sent out their driver, Tim, who assisted me by giving suggestions as to troubleshooting what exactly might be happening. Tim loaded up my wife's veh and delivered to dealership without futher issue. To LAKESIDE TOWING I say "Hats off" to you for having 2 employees who do a bang up job representing your business. Donny came and saved me from the side of the highway today, and although I was having a panic attack at the time he was able to calm me down and reassure me it would be alright. He hooked my car up fast but extremely detail focused. He made sure us 3 females were okay before he left. Donny is so professional and positive, it truly made me more at ease! Very impressed and happy with my service! Would recommend 100%… Tire blew out, and of course it was raining…I didn’t have a spare, and called Lakeside for a tow…they were very nice on the phone, and the truck was there within 10 minutes! Meanwhile, a police officer stopped to check on me and said they always recommend and frequently work with this company! Driver (sorry, I forgot his name ) was super friendly and informative! He was concerned for my safety on the side of the freeway and worked FAST!!! At his suggestion, he towed me to the local tire joint on the pretext he could drive me home from there if necessary… Very happy with choosing Lakeside and would 5/5 recommend!
I needed help with my car stuck in my parebts driveway a driveway. Tommy showed up and was such a great help. Not only did he get my car out of my parents frozen driveway, he helped my mom to the car and helped my parents get their car out of the garage spot. he was kind and thoughtful and made sure we were all safe. What a wonderful employee so appreciate him.
The best in town me and my buddy called AAA got tired of waiting of waiting and we made the call to lakeside and they where there in 15 minutes. The guy who helped us was a true professional and knew what he was doing took his time he took care of my car like it was his own. Lakeside is the place to call point blank.

I called Lakeside Towing when my 1948 Chevy Coup overheated. In just over an hour I was picked up almost 50 miles from home. Their Driver Kyle was very careful and picky about how to secure my restored old car. I took pictures just in case I ever need it towed again. Isaac could not have been more polite when he arrived, he made sure we were comfortable and accommodated and got us loaded up and on the way home before a huge thunderstorm hit. I took deliver of my 2022 Corvette Stingray on January 26, 2022 and due to the weather, I could not drive it home; therefore I called Lakeside Towing and they picked it up from the dealership and delivered it to my home!! The pickup and delivery was exceptional and flawless!!! I was extremely impressed with Kyle and the professional manner in which he handled the pickup and delivery. He arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment. He looked the car over and then decided the best way to get it on the flatbed. It was truly amazing and awesome!!! A truly unbiased opinion about this company and their staff. I’m new in the Oakland County area, and got stranded last week in the intersection of Telegraph and M59 (Huron). A quick call to dispatch which was addressed by an extremely attentive young man who was able to quote me very accurately and send a tow guy within 30 mins. The tow guy Ben showed up in record time roughly 20 mins and was nothing but nice and helpful about my situation. He got me on the way to the repair shop right away and all along we carried a very nice conversation the whole way there.
This is the kind of family owned and local business where me as a business owner myself like to put my money on. They excel on putting the customer first and provide high quality equipment to get the job done.
