This place is horrible it deserves to be shut down! My car was towed there after having a flat tire on the side of the road. They didn't offer to change my tire instead they towed it to the lot for 240 dollars and said we don't change tires even though they say they do. They offer "free shuttle" but the tow driver dropped me off at the gas station at the next exit and said thats the best he can do, then I had to uber to my final destination. When I tried picking up my vehicle they told me I have to have it towed somewhere I can't fix it on their property and neither can they even though they offer road side assistance and change a flat tire. I found a tire shop 1 mile away and told them to tow it there for an extra 110 dollars. Again refusing to give me a ride even though they offer "free shuttle service" i walked 20 mins to the tire shop and waited outside for 3 hours. The rude lady behind the counter told me it will be 30 mins to 1 hour. I waited 3 hours and still no truck. I called DPD and they finally helped me out and got my truck back after waiting with the police back at the shop for another 45 mins. I hope this establishment gets shut down and the owner and the ladies behind the counter along with their families go through the same thing they put me through!! If you're ever stuck on the side of the road make sure not to choose Troys towing.

I can't thank these guys enough!! I called at 7am needing a tow asap, I was stuck at an intersection and my car died. The tow truck arrived within 20mins and he gave updates while in route. Friendly staff, great prizing!

This place is a total scam! They are running a bogus operation and they get away with it because they tell u that u can't record in the building (even if you just keep the camera on yourself). Two of the ladies at the counter (both of whom refused to give there name) are very rude and unprofessional, have nasty attitudes to ppl who just trying to come and get there vehicles back! They purposely make it hard for you to do so in an obvious attempt to get more money out of ppl! The lady talks as if she is superior to you because she feels like she must be a police officer or something, even went as far to lie and tell me that this is a police lot! When it's clearly not a police owned lot! They lie to you, and when I asked to speak to a MANAGER they ignored me, and when I asked for a managers name they said they don't know a name of any manager! Made me pay $155 towing fee when my car was only in there for 20 hours! Then made me pay an additional $110 towing fee bcuz I didn't have a plate on my vehicle and said they can't give me the car and let me drive it without a plate! Even tho I had my proof that the vehicle is mine (MY TITLE) and proof of insurance (which further proves the vehicle is mine) and my driver's license which proves that the name on ALL DOCUMENTS is me! After about 10 mins of going back and forth about that, I became obviously irritated and decided to just pay the fee to have them tow it across the street...they said they can't tow it to anything close, anything like across the street or the MacDonald's or down the street etc (must be one of they practices because she told me that b4 I even asked it). She said it has to be a home and that it's their POLICY (I ASKED FOR THE POLICY TO READ OVER MYSELF BCUS NO POLICY IS POSTED INSIDE THE BUILDING FOR PPL TO SEE, she said she doesn't have it, I said can u get that for me I have a right to see any policy I do business with, she said she don't got it) after going back and forth about that, I decided to cut it short because I had to be to work soon..so i gave an address literally on the next block over because I know it would be the cheapest tow. But before that, I asked does the price vary , depending on how far it's getting towed and the miles , and the older man working said yes! So the first address I gave was a good 15 mins drive and the total came up to $110.. I didn't want to spend that much so I gave a second address at that point which was the address I mentioned that was literally around the corner on THE NEXT BLOCK! the man said they can't take it there, bcuz it's not a home, I pulled up the address on my maps on my iPhone and showed him the address showing up proving its a home...he said he would be right back he need to talk to his supervisor, keep in mind this was personal for these ppl by this point because I had been in this building going back and forth for about 20 mins at this point, pretty much calling out their lies and trying to speak to a manager or someone higher up, which they did their best to see to it that I didn't get that opportunity! But he went and whispered to the lady so I couldn't hear what was said , and when he came back he said"THEY HAVE to tow it to The 1st address" (which just so happen to be the further one ). The "supervisor" lady came up to the window at this point and repeated the same thing , and I said I don't want it towed at the 1st address I want it towed to the home right here on the next block (never stated why but she was obviously privy to my reason) and she said it's gonna still cost the same rather it's towed on that block or at the further address..so just tow it to the 1st one! at that point I was so mad I had to laugh. Because at that point I knew they were playing in my face! It was like the more logic I spoke to these ppl, the more rude and unprofessional they became . It's almost like they were mad at me for not being an idiot and having a little more than common sense! My car came back with damage as well!
