I am a broker. Dispatched them the order. My client paid them cash on delivery including my boker fee. They took it and never paid me. I called to the driver and dispatcher as well. They blocked my all numbers. My client contacted them too. The driver was so rude. He is so nice and friendly till he takes the order but he will never pay your broker fee. If I could do 0 stars I would, a company hired them to tow my car.car was dropped 2 times with no apologies,then after noticing it had a straight pipe he lowered my offer, he would have known that if he looked underneath before dropping it two times,he started jacking the car up before even speaking to me,but its what i expect from them type honestly.i was sceard to even keep the after it was dropped twice.
These guy's are the greatest..... punctuality on point, response, on point and my tow truck driver was magnificent... thank you ever so much... I will be getting back in touch

The person on the phone was very friendly, I informed him of the box truck I needed towed (many companies didn’t tow box trucks). He informed me he was going into a doctors appointment and would be able to pick it up as soon as he was out. That’s exactly what he did. Picked it up and delivered it to my office per requested with no problem. Communication was great. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely keep their number handy in case of any other tow needs.

A To Z towing is a 10/10. I called to have a car removed. They were there when they said they would be and paid me exactly what we agreed upon. Which was nearly $200 more than anyone else was offering. Call them and see for yourself.
Alex the tow truck driver was very responsible. Him called to being prompt of the time of his scheduled arrival. Him was respectful, kind, funny with a great Sense of humor.
