Excellent service, I was in and out. Went in for a replacement tire. Will be going back for more work for my truck.

I've used them in the past and they remachined my heads. I only thought one side needed to be done but they did the other side for a really great cost to alleviate future problems. Here now for a tire on my buddies car and they've been awesome yet again. They're so intelligent, super honest and you can tell they care (those were my friends exact words)

Terrible service. Just tried calling for a tow. I have been hung up on 5 times now, all of which were quickly answered and ended without as much as a breath.

Called this morning after being referred by Woodards.i needed a rim and possibly a tire for my saturn relay. Customer service had me call a different Dept .They said the guy I needed to talk to was way on the other side of the yard .I dialed the number .The gentleman was not in the yard at the time said he would be back in a bit and he would check and get back to me.i told him I would just meet him. I got there called him ( I had never been there and there were multiple places he could have been. He can right out with a cheery disposition,looked at the rim ,said he would see if he had one and test the tire and see if it could be saved. I went in the customer service enterence.The nice lady behind the counter ,took me to the waiting area,turned on the TV and said there's the remote and the bathroom is right down this way , Very thought full. Turned out the tire couldn't be saved but The rim and tire out the door $60 in under an hour. I believe they even stayed a bit late for me. When I left I asked about hubcap's .They said they will see if they have them and get back to me on Monday. I'm waiting for the call.

Garbage. How is it possible that you can speak English yet you don't comprehend anything. And they ripped me off and refused to refund me. They don't stand by they're work. Shame!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop. Completely untrustworthy shady business practices, I dont want to get into the situation but believe me you want to avoid these people at all costs.

Called yesterday for a part. Women told me to call the following day before i was on my way so they could pull the part for me. But unfortunately the lady today said that wasnt the case and that i would have to call the next day in the morning for them to pull it. But was eager to run my credit card today but not help me today. Sad that this company has people who hate their job working for them and are rude to their customers. I was told one thing by an employee one day and then a complete different story from the next employee. Taking my money else where were it is appreciated. Kieth would b rolling around in his grave right now. Rip

I have tried on & off to give them the benefit of doubt, but after 25 years of living in the same area & they always sounded extremely rude, like your patronage is an annoyance.

I'm not sure how you can stay in business when you can't answer the phone.

The guy I talked to was pleasent enough, just not knowledgable. I need a specific rear axel for my old GM SUV, they had one that might have matched, he couldn't tell me anything about the G codes (limited slip, and gear ratio codes) and told me it was still on the wrecked SUV. He also couldn't tell me if it was a 10 or 14 bolt. For God sakes, don't list the part if you don't know a goddamn thing about it. He said he could find out, but it would be more than a week until he was going to get back to me. I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

I have used these guys three times in the last five years. Twice I had them tow salvage vehicles for me and they were both times pleasant and prompt. Just recently they towed a vehicle from downtown A2 to their location free of charge and serviced my alternator providing a warranty. The price was the most reasonable in the area. They told me they would have it ready the next evening and they had it available the next morning. John was very pleasant and started the work before I could get a ride in to pay them. So, all and all fair priced, fast service, and a mechanic who is upfront and my personal favorite: does not do the typical car guy thing of talking down to me because I'm a female.

Salvage was good, good for recommendations to other places that is likely to have the part

Bill the tow driver was extremely courteous and provided exemplary service including assisting in getting the vehicle into the backyard for us. Mind you the company where it was impounded was also a AAA provider and had declined the tow several times, luckily Aachen came to the rescue and renewed my faith that there are still some good people/ good companies in the world. I can't say enough good things about them. They takes parts off cars for you. all you have to do is call them come when they tell you, pay and go home. very nice staff.

never never ever leave your car with these people they hit my car with The tow trucks yellow chain. clearly leaving a dent on my black car with their freshly painted yellow chain on the tow truck. I went to the owner and they cared less than the tow truck driver that wrecked my car. Save yourself the time and money here.??????????

Very Helpful, Under New Management. I have used their towing service a couple of times and every time it has been nothing but professional and very helpful. It wasn't expensive and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful in letting me know what was wrong with my car and why it wouldn't start. When my car was dropped off he explained to the repair shop what was wrong with my car which helped expedite the repair process. I would recommend their tow service to anyone.
