Excelente atención y personal muy amable y cordial, desde la persona de caseta hasta el señor OJ. Atención 24 horas. Entrada por gate 2 en Textil Rd y Bridge Rd, no hay estacionamiento nocturno. Nos reportamos en recibo #1, directo hasta el fondo, vuelta mañana izquierda. De ahí nos movieron a Black door #2 y sin exagerar en 10 minutos ya estábamos descargados. 1000% recomendado! Excelente!! ✌???

We went for open house, toured the plant, there was food, games, prizes, DJ, balloons, painting and a dunk tank! Very enjoyable day!

Unprofessional was my experience. Won't book a load here ever again if that's how you treat drivers trying to be safe and make sure I'm good to pull out of the dock and everyone is out of the trailer... So just be aware if you're picking up or delivering to be treated unprofessional. Never in my 3 years of driving have I ever been yelled at by a business until I came to ford...

Easy unloading, plenty of room. Friendly and Knowledgeable security.

Rawsonville is one of the easiest Ford plants to deal with. Docks are easy to get into and the shipping clerks are friendly.

Quick in and out and no issues other than the shipping/receiving lady needs to lighten up a bit. No need to be rude because clarification was needed for docking. Otherwise great experience.
