Came in today to get a few tires changed. Upon arrival I held the door for an employee who instead of saying thank you stuffed food in his mouth. Walked in to an empty lobby, 3 people behind desk and nobody said a word or attempted to greet me. After looking clueless as to which desk or who to talk to I get a bug eyed stare followed up by a “cAn I HeLp YoU?!”
Needless to say I walked out and said I’ll be going elsewhere. Went right around the corner to Woodard affordable tires and an old man jumped out his seat and got right to work. Sometimes support the locals these big company’s don’t care

Towed a vehicle for my Customer dropped it off at the incorrect address and wouldn’t go back to pick it up and drop it off at the correct address. They wanted more money after they messed up.
Husband called and scheduled a day to bring his vehicle in, a couple weeks in advance. When we got there the guy, I’m assuming owner, was very rude and said he “wished we would’ve called before we brought it in” ? he had a poor attitude the whole time we were talking to him to the point we almost just said forget it. Well here we are over 2 weeks later, just called for an update and it hasn’t even been looked at yet! No communication at all. We will be going to get it asap. Do not recommend

I had no idea they were a full service auto part repair. I had to repair my muffler, again, after 9 mo. The part and labor were even more affordable, then what I paid last time, and that had been a budget job too. I saved $165.00
I will go to them again. I am to delight. I need to find another back up mechanic. I had been stressing for months as people commercial places always trip me off as I am female.

They made me pay for a seat belt buckle before they pulled it. When they pulled it, they didn’t even unlatch it from the seat, they just cut the wire and kept the money. No reputable junkyard doesn’t know how to simply remove a seat belt buckle
Came from New York, my rim was bent and a different shop wanted $200 for it. I came here and said it was easily fixable, got back on the road and made it home safely. Very honest people, will be back when im in town again for services.
I had a nail in my new Tesla tire and was worried that because I had an electric car they wouldn’t be able to fix it. First place I went to said I needed a new tire for $350. 15 minutes in, Jorge fixed my tire and sent me on my way. Very honest and knowledgeable workers. Always coming back.
Ordered a part it was the wrong part. Contacted them they offered a replacement then they just stopped replying all together. So now I’m left with a part I can’t use and 1300 gone to waste…it’s been three days and they have yet to resolve my issue..bad bad business

Hey this is not a bad place for low cost car parts and mechanics (rare) decent and kid employees. This is not the standard AAA auto that will help you with an unlock
John has been awesome and HONEST with repairs done! He is our go to! Pricing is also far superior than other repair shops. 1/2 the cost of what another shop was going to charge us.
Had a male employee approach me while I was alone yelling at me calling me disrespectful etc because I I went to a gas pump he supposedly wanted after I apologized and told him I wasn’t aware and that I’m sorry he continued to say smart stuff to me. Would give 0 starts if possible.Very unprofessional.
A great and affordable place to find parts and used tires. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Sal helped me repair my car and get me out of the door in a timely manner. I would suggest everyone to get their car serviced here!
AAA Part staff are super i cam to get my car checked for. Engine light i thoight i needed an engine they took it back immediately looked it over and they were honezt and they told me it was only a fuse and they did not charge me, i will come back for sure

This place is a joke! I’m in Indiana drive all the way there to be told I could get the motor I already purchased! There a bunch of lying thieves! Don’t buy a single thing from this junk place! Hopefully it burns to the ground
As a newer customer of theirs, I’ll never be back. The engine I bought didn’t come with what they said it would, and they broke internal parts when they were removing the head to make sure it was good. It’s a shame businesses would rather screw you on one sale than make a life long customer.
I used AAA auto to order a part for my previa. The person who helped me was Nabila. She made it easy to get the information about the part of the website and communicate by text. The way she handled information exchange and her promptness and communication is exemplary. And the company‘s policy about a return part was unexpected and appreciated. Makes me want to live in Ypsilanti. Daniel
