I was very pleased with the service. The used part looked brand new for half the price. And I got a life time warranty on the part. I'm definitely going to do more business with these guys. Dom was awesome 👌
I had to come out of town to get a part and Dominic was phenomenal. He was able to get the part for me immediately and they got it installed for me at a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me. I highly recommend this place

I thought I just needed a radio, but when that didn’t work the two guys there helped me troubleshoot with my car for 45 minutes, and then did not charge me any extra when I had to switch out a piece I thought I needed. Best experience with finding a part for my car, definitely will go back whenever I need anything else.
I had an amazing experience dealing with dom. I live in Pennsylvania i drove out to michigan saturday (the day before easter) dom had informed me that the yard would be closed until monday but that he would be willing to come in and open so that i can get the parts i needed. I arrived dom was there with a smile he assisted me loading it into my truck. Dom is a rock star man. I had an appointment for monday to get my car into the body shop without those parts id have to wait a good 5 weeks for another turn at the shop. So thank you dom you are the best...
It took a couple of tries to get through to the shipping manager, but after that they were exceptionally prompt, sent lots of great photos of the part I needed (a boneyard take-off,) and were super communicative throughout the rest of the process. Definitely a great company to do business with!
Needed a very rare wheel- only 5 listed in the country. Dominic searched his yard for me, found the best wheel he had onsite, and shipped it to me in Florida, for less than I found it within a few hundred miles!! Need parts? See the Man- Dominic. Will call him for parts again!
Dominic hooked it up! Could not have asked for a better transaction. He looked out for me from start to finish. Went to five other places this place was cheaper and more professional by far.
I don’t give reviews often but the service I received from Dominic from Holbrook Auto in Ypsilanti MI was top notch. He helped me find the part I needed and met me near my house so I didn’t have to drive far. He went over and above the normal duties of service. I would highly recommend him and Holbrook as a company! Outstanding service and personable treatment is the key to success. Good job RG !!!!

Been going here for years. 7-10yes to be exact.. Best place to take Junk metals... THEY DO NOT STILL AUTO PARTS THEY ARE A SCRAP YARD NOT JUNK YARD.... to all those bitching about prices if you where a true scraper you would know prices always are going up and down.... Would NOT go to the one on East michigan ave they suck and rip you off. Plus the guys there are ass's...if you ever have a prob there talk to Tim....
Have had three cars picked up. Dealing with Kelly was a breeze, she was very nice and helpful. The driver that came out was impatient and rude but I'm not sure what his name was. Price was fair.
Horrible customer service, she didn't try to help me or refer me to anyone else and rushed me off the phone and saying they were booked until Tuesday and I told her the police said we had to have it gone by Monday. Very rude!
Scrapped a couple cars here, they made it easy, providing free towing, and giving offers over the phone based on vehicle model. The only downside for some is they paid with checks rather than cash
Just started taking my scrap here as it's close to home. I had been going to Wayne. Price for shred is comparable, not sure of other metals. Don't know what's with the negative comments.
