I don’t know much about their service , I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Adam LaRue, He works there , He Sold my daughter a 2009 Buick , look me in the eye and said there is nothing wrong with this car it in tip top condition , 3 days after Purchasing it, it was only getting 6 miles to the gallon , took into a certified mechanic plug into diagnostic machine and a code of P0006 shows up , no check engine light was on , which means Timing chain issue a $3000 repair also took it back to Adam to look at it…yep he got the same code , question is why no check light at time of Purchase, WHY ! Because it was cleared By Adam , So next time your there for service at Ken’s ask yourself this ? Is Adam , that work on your car being honest with you ?? He sure wasn’t with Us ….

My husband's vehicle died, on the side of the expressway, around 9pm. He was stranded 800 miles from home. Our road service coverage had his vehicle towed to Ken's General Repair. My husband called Ken's, using the number on their website. He got an immediate response. He was told that his car would be looked at first thing in the morning. True to their word, the problem was diagnosed by 930am. The problem was fixed, and my husband was back on the road by 2pm. We definitely recommend Ken's General Repairs..

I broke down during really clod weather. I am from out of town. He got me back on the road right away for a very reasonable price. He even picked me up at my hotel to go get car.

This place is 10/10. My girlfriend and I were starting a road trip from southern Ontario to Thunder Bay and needed to cut through Saginaw. 2 hours into our trip we noticed something wrong with the muffler. We showed up at Ken’s thinking we would be stranded. In 15 minutes our car was patched up and good to go. This place saved our trip and we couldn’t be more appreciative! Highly recommend this place to anyone who is in a pinch!

I brought my Hummer H2 here and the service was excellent (particularly Adam). They replaced my spark plugs, coils, brakes, and muffler (replaced stock with Flowmasters). She may be old and has some miles on her, but she runs like a brand new truck again. I'll be back soon for some other minor repairs. Highly Recommend.

I wanted to thank Adam and his crew for an awesome job they did on my 2010 Taurus Ford. I needed an engine, and this is my only car. Adam worked diligently to get another engine put in and returned to me. He is courteous, professional, and his work is good quality. Thank you for your hard work.

Extremely fast and friendly service. The alternator failed on the way to a wedding. Ken's was able to get us in and taken care of in the same afternoon. Within less than an hour we were back on the road. Highly recommend taking your business here!

Adam took time to look at our car when we broke down and gave an honest opinion of the damage. Didn't charge and allowed us to leave it at the shop untill we trailered it home.

Nice Shop. Did a great job repairing my motor home. Update- 2020 Had my 2008 4x4 pickup into the shop. New Brakes all the way around, also tires. Fresh oil change for my trip to Florida. Very happy with the work.

Both Adam and Steve and any other mechanics that work there are very professional business men who appearance reassures their customers that their service needs would be met to the best of their ability and to the company’s standards. Whenever I took my vehicles there for repair I no longer had to worry about any further complications with that particular service that they rendered at that particular point and time. I struggled with this for a couple weeks calling different mechanics in the Saginaw area and was highly disappointed with their customer service. I finally called Ken's and was able to get first class treatment over the phone and with my actual repair, adding with an extremely fair price. I rate my likelihood to recommend, repair quality and customer service all five stars. The owner Stevin, cares about his customers. I had my transmission replaced, which took a few days; I was concerned about being without a vehicle, but he assured me that if I needed a ride, he'd personally transport me around. Every time I called, he answered and arrived on time. The staff was great to work with, and they all exceeded my expectations. These guys treated me like family, and I didn't know anyone before my appointment.

I’ll recommend KENS to literally everyone! The whole team is professional, kind, and makes you feel like family! They do go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience! I will not take my car anywhere else but here! Once they fix a problem, never have I had a problem with the same thing again. They are really quick most of the time if they are not busy have you in and out! So happy I found someone who actually cares!

I had a great experience here. Stevin was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on everything that was going on with my car. They even have a pickup and drop off service while my car was being worked on! I was very impressed with their professionalism, quick turnaround, and quality work. Could not recommend more!

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! I had a sudden malfunction with my car and called at 1am on a Sunday and spoke with the owner about having my car towed to Ken's overnight and they started working on it right away the next day. I received updates about my car from Adam and he explained everything that went wrong and assured he would fix it for me. I picked it up 2 days from the time I dropped it off. Excellent customer service.

Awesome experience for an automobile repair facility. Very reasonable price for an oil change to my Mercedes chassis sprinter motorhome. I informed them of my specific requested oil & filter prior to my appointment and the request was fulfilled. Adam was extremely efficient even though I arrived prior to my appointed time. There was some necessary post work that needed to be done and it was completed without any problems. I would definitely utilize their services again if I was in the area. One satisfied client!!

Had a great experience with them today. I checked out them in the first place mostly due to stellar reviews and I must say these are apparently warranted. Needed to get my brakes+rotors replaced (1 axle), they got me the best quote for parts+labor (~$80 less than the closest competitor around), I got scheduled promptly and was in and out in less than an hour (again, others estimated it would be an hour at best). Things to consider: I love when service shops have big windows into the work area so the clients could see what's going on there -- this one does not, due to the waiting area configuration mostly. Also, they don't let you bring your own parts - apparently due to their insurance restrictions (they give warranty for parts and labor). In all fairness, their quote for the materials was almost equal to what I saw at AutoZone/OReillys. Overall, a great place (and they've been around for 50 years!), the manager Adam was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will consider them for my future car needs.

Being stranded out of town on the weekend with car troubles is not a pleasant experience. Everything is closed. Thankfully, Ken's General Repair service was recommended to us by the manager of the hotel we were staying at. We received great service and turnaround on our vehicle repair at a reasonable price. Plus, they recommended a nearby hotel since we needed to wait for the part on Monday. They drove us to the hotel and also picked us up when it was ready. Thank you so much for your kindness and prompt service.

AMAZING owner and Great customer service!!! Kens General Repair was the best experience I had as far as getting my car fixed and back on the road for me and my children as soon as possible! They truly work hard for their customers. I will never go anywhere else to get my car fixed. They are honest and reliable in telling you what’s absolutely important to get your car fixed.

I am extremely pleased with the great customer service here! I knew my car needed some work due to check engine light, but was hesitant on choosing a trustworthy auto mechanic. I spent time reading reviews and Ken’s were exceptional. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning. A few hours later, I received a call explaining the diagnostics and estimate (which was reasonable). My car was finished before 130 pm; it runs great. Adam was nice, very informative, and seems to really care. I will be returning for any car troubles from now on. Thanks!

Ken auto repair has great services they were the only repair shop who could fix my parents previous cars Isuzu, Nissan and others. Very happy with their services. Recently they fixed my land Rover disco which is running like new and did also fixed my A to B Honda car. I am very happy with their services and I recommend to anyone. I place my confidence with Kens. Own a 2006 Hummer ( perfect year before GM turned them into an oversized minivan). I drive 175 miles a day. Kens work is top notch. They also always find issues that would be a problem that I was not aware of. The repairs are always done with expertise and and knowledge. First class each and every time. Recently I had Kens drop a Jasper rebuild engine in the truck. I live 75 mins away and could take to other repair shop. I don’t!! Would rather drive the extra miles to obtain the excellent service I have always received. They have done a significant amount of work to my Hummer as I am restoring the truck. In today’s world. It is hard to find a good trustworthy repair shop that knows what they are doing and can place your trust with them. Kens is that place. Prices are competitive with today’s market. But the value that you receive is excellent receiving top notch accurate repair work that gives you peace of mind as your rolling down the road. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite and a no nonsense shop. Always provides excellent value for the money with your safety and road vehicle in mind. I highly recommend Kens. Over the years had like we all have had. Not so pleasant expensive experiences. Not at Kens. They are class “A” from my experience. A trustworthy shop dedicated to customer satisfaction. I am so impressed with the level of service, attention to detail, and communication. My van’s transmission failed and, within a day, they had a replacement ready to go, worked me into the schedule and also performed some other smart replacements, while the suspension was dismantled, to save me money in the future. Very happy.
