Fantastic Repair shop ! Takes a little while to get in there, but believe me they do excellent work for the best prices around ! And they won't try to pressure you into fixing a bunch of stuff that doesn't need to be fixed . Budget friendly & precise, accurate, and excellent quality work done ! I personally won't take my vehicle anywhere else !!!!

It was great, didn't take long to fix my car.

I was referred to Chuck by another shop for transmission service. I had my fluid and filter changed on my 1/2 ton Silverado. Chuck also tuned my transmission, which I was unaware that anyone in the area did. All I can say is "what a difference". The changes that Chuck made make a noticeable difference in drivability. If you own a 2014 up Silverado and are experiencing the typical transmission issues associated with these trucks give West Michigan Auto a call. You will not regret it. I highly recommend West Michigan Auto and Chuck's expertise.

Always great, friendly. Communication is great throughout the day when car being worked on. Have a question, you'll get an answer.... Had a Friday appointment, dropped my car off Thursday morning. Car was looked at by Noon, and fixed by 4pm. West Michigan Auto always has my business.

Took 4 days for my transmission to be completely rebuilt at a very reasonable price.

My husband & I were referred to West Michigan approximately five years ago. With owning three older vehicles, we need to keep them in good running order. Since having our cars serviced here, we have only had very wonderful service, prompt, quality repair work completed at very reasonable prices. My husband & I have referred many people here & they have all been very pleased. We both highly recommend them. The absolute worst service I've ever received for a car!!! It took them a week of "looking" at it to finally diagnose a dead battery!!!!!! They didn't even ask if we wanted them to fix it and fixed it on their own. $150 btw just to change a fricken battery!!! You couldn't pay me to take another car there.

My folks told me the people at West MI Automotive (of Saginaw) repaired their RV. My very fussy parents were delighted about the quality work, the repair person attention to detail and informing my folks as to the what & why for the repairs. The W MI Auto folks also helped them get back to the freeway. Very positive experience.

Im always treated like family over there, and they work with every customer to make sure they're safe on the road and their vehicle is in its best condition. Can not recommend enough!

The most unprofessional over priced service center in town. Went for outer tie rod and they attempted to charge $4-500 over and above what I actually got it done for. Further, rhey had my car for 12 or more hours just to tell me that. Con artists. Different prices for "different" people. Horrible. Will not return! Ever!
