My name is Joshua cartwright I traded my 2005 sportsman 800 for a 2022 coleman ut400. They were super friendly and helpful and I talked with Matt and Greg for quite a while. Just all around great people. Had a few issues with the sxs when I got but it's a coleman I knew when I got it home I'd have to do some mods. But the condition of the machine is immaculate and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend these fellas because I don't even get service this good in my home town. 5 star to Baker Auto. They make you feel like a friend not a customer and that is key!
Got car from them in may broke down same day kept giving us back the same car kept breaking down then finally gave us another car now it got problems this place need to be closed down it takes advantage of people and something need to be done all they do is lie and took people hard earn money took almost three months to get another car didn’t haven’t for 30 days now something wrong with it just ridiculous
Bought a used truck for my son today, Greg the salesman went beyond the call of duty to prepare this awesome automobile deal. Baker Auto is highly recommended.
I would not personally recommend this establishment, I have had my van 3 days and have had problems since the night we got it, between it over heating, and something wrong with the security alarm, none of witch was disclosed to us, we stated we had 3 kids one of witch is on disability and we needed something safe and reliable to go to Drs.appts but yet we were failed....Do better Baker
I bought a car April 27,2024 drove it home and it began shaking when I went to put it on the expressway for a test drive Greg told me it wasn't enough time the car I wanted they said they didn't have the title so they showed me a 2010 lacrosse he told me wasn't nothing wrong but am oil change when he pulled the car out I asked what was leaking he said it was from another car so me being trust worthy I bought the car come to find out the transmission was leaking radiator was leaking struts was bad tore and rims was bad wheel bearing tire rods and only on tire was good rim was also crack they told me to bring the receipt cause they wasn't giving me a new car I put over 3500 in this car so he called me today and threatened to come get it I told them to bring the ssa I'm waiting I'm sitting on my porch waiting on them and they still haven't gotten here they either gonna give me money back or leave me alone y'all knew this car was a lemon and Im calling the BBB better stop playing with people about their hard working money
They never seem to have any parts available.. I’ve called and asked for a part for my car and they didn’t even check before they told me they didn’t have it. I then called them from 3 different numbers asking them for for random parts for different cars and without even checking they said no all on separate occasions.
I ordered a gas tank 2wks ago that had to be shipped from their warehouse 2hrs away on a Thursday morning and was told they open at 9am and the tank would be here by 1100am Friday morning. Also I had to prepay for it. So already they overpromised, underdelivered. When a week had gone by and no tank, I called the guy at the counter to finally have his driver drop the tank off to my mechanic so he can get it installed. Gave the address(correctly) and it was delivered to the wrong address. Total incompetence. As of 8am this morning 3-16-20 my mechanic STILL has not received my tank. UNBELIEVABLE!! 2 weeks and no tank!!
Will never go again . it took them almost 2 hours just to put 2 front tires on and the 2 guys couldnt even put the tire on the balancer so they had to call another guy out to do it so now theres 3 guys trying to put 1 tire on this balancer and then the guy constantly keeps getting on his phone on facebook . like this is a work place get ur work done then later get back on the phone . im going back to wheels and deals there alot more professional and get the job done quick
Came down from the Upper Peninsula to look at a truck. Chris seemed to be honest and straight forward. Didn't get the truck...yet but definitely willing to do business with them in the future.
R&R 23 1/2 hr Towing
On the 19th I purchased a van through them. What drew me to the van was the DVD tv in the back so I asked if it worked he right alway said oh yeah. Then I asked what is all wrong with it. He said there macanic checked it out and found no major issues said they checked breaks and tiers I new some small things would be wrong took it in today for a front end alignment to then be told the van had to have hit something big on the right side. Seat bar is broken and struts need replaced a total of 1000. I also found out the gas meter does not work and half the dash does not light up at night and it's the half with the speed so not happy and there is nothing I can do besides warn anyone buying a car through them get it checked out first no matter what they say. Becasue they also told me the 2 people b4 me took it in and it checked out that both people planed to buy it so I snagged it not even giving it a second thought. I have 2 baby's and he new that and took advantage of me still people in this world. I will never go though them again
