I had a vehicle towed to my house, I specifically asked for it to be dropped in my driveway next to my house, not back by the garage. This vehicle is sideways across my yard completely blocking my garage. It doesn't start, I can't move it myself. I've called 3 times and keep being told to call back at different times. The first time they said they'd call the driver and have him come back, he never did, and I never heard back from anyone regarding it. The second time they said they don't have anyone in the area, and this last call I was told the boss had to approve it? The vehicle should have never been dropped there in the first place, and now I have to wait until its convenient for them, to have access to my garage. I had an important vet appointment today and am not able to make it or leave my house in general until someone comes and moves this vehicle out of the way.
Positive attitudes from this business. If your willing to put in the work this is the place to save some of your hard earned cash. New people have gave this business a new outlook and a second chance for everyone to benefit from it's success.
This place is all in order now everything is being documented and everybody gets reciept everything is organized or almost organized we are bettering the business and environment we don't expect to be perfect but we will try our best and to those who do not know Gregory Berkobein is no longer with us awesome guy we love and miss you man
Their cars are crap, they don't like to refund for something that don't work, trying to get them to do anything on a timely mater is like waiting for $ to grow on trees.
