Went to this place over three damn times now to get my breaks rotors and break pads done to find out none of that’s shit got replaced only comes to find out my rotors burn extremely bad red rings around them been still having problems with them now the other side is having problems rotors getting extremely hot breaks squeak horrible break pads like to seize up now after I asked for new ones still have to old ones on before still never got replaced I don’t recommend this place to anybody if they need there car fixed they did horrible job on my car ever since I took my car there been having more problems after problems.
Went to 3 different places to get a quote for repair on my car and Bridgeport Towing was not only the best quote, but they got my car back to me the next day. Friendly folks, very reasonable prices, and great service.
One of our service vans broke down in transit to a customer. Called Bridgeport Towing & Repair. They arrived to pick up the van within 20 minutes of the call. Hauled the van to their location. Fixed it and had our tech back on the road within an hour! That's fantastic customer service!!!! Thank you so much Lisa & team!!!!
I have brought several different vehicles in for numerous repairs and they have always done great work at very fair prices. They are honest and trustworthy. Same family had owned it for many years. Highly recommend coming here.
My car got towed here and when I paid to get picked up I had flay tire and then they aired it up next day it was whole screw in my tire from them putting it in their lot

It took them over a month to do a clutch repair that went out again 8 months later. It took them over a month to do it again and they took zero responsibility for not repairing it correctly the first time. They used to do a good job but I was informed that they were under new management. Never again.
Excellent workmanship and great prices. They are busy because they are good so it takes time to get your vehicle in for work. Highly recommend August 6, 2020, took my car there for a leak in my transmission. They found the problem fast and repaired it. The cost was very very reasonable. Again, highly recommend. Worth the wait if you do have one. Quality workmanship and very nice and polite personal!!!
If I can help it. I'll never go back. Ridiculously overcharging goes on there.. i bought a battery from them in October it was bad my March The recker came to get my car, waiting a whole week for it to be done. I literally walked to pick it up. I live less than a half mile away. They charged me $70 ??
Took my car in for repair. Four days later they still did not repair it. Nothing had been done on the vehicle. They don't work on weekends so it will sit idle for another 2 days. It will take a few days for them to work on it. An entire week to 10 days I've had to rent a car because of their poor service.
The staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable the 2 times they came out to my house for my vehicle. I will definetly be recommending and using them again.
