I needed battery replacement at my home. Jeff, who I think is the owner, was able to come out within a couple hours and get me taken care of. Great service! Highly recommended.
This place sucks. I emailed them months ago and spoke to the store owner about my mom Porsche key that I had brought in for battery replacement. After leaving the store, I noticed that the ACTUAL key of my mom’s fob was MISSING. It FELL in their store somewhere. They agreed. Then they denied it. They have done NOTHING to make this right. Shame on you!!!
Our technicians often need to get batteries for lifts & elevators from Batteries Plus, and they're great; they almost always have what we need. Steven is also very kind and helpful, as are the other staff members at the various Batteries Plus locations. Keep it up guys, and thank you!
Previously went to the phone Clinic on 430-43 Grand River Avenue Novi Michigan 48375 Grand River in Novi for 15 years it's been sold new ownership new employees nothing in stock signs say same day service not even close a week between service and if you show up at 6:30 even though it says they're open till 7:00 you're told to come back the next day they don't even open till 11:00 a.m. hard to keep a job and do repairs there they broke my phone frame and the phone operation was compromised broke the main button that works the phone 6 weeks of return visits at their convenience and left with a broken phone then threatened not to come back that was the employee telling me she doesn't care if I come back or not so then I went to my favorite phone store in Novi right by Sam's Club Verizon the staff is incredibly kind and helpful and Matt was wonderful obviously a great manager to work for the staff is happy and helpful they recommended I go the Batteries Plus in Novi spoke with a young man Drake he was very kind and helpful fixed my phone in less than an hour and it was less than a third of the price over at the phone Clinic very happy at the service both Drake and Corey do a great job for everybody Matt sends over there from Verizon to get repairs on their phones when reporting back to Matt everyone says that both Corey and Drake are fantastic text and know what they're doing and do it with a smile and do it correctly the first time I wish I could rate more than five stars thanks again Drake for making my day
I am leaving a glowing review for this company, even though I didn’t utilize them for repairs. Customer service is just as important as technical service, and they exceeded my expectations in that regard! The screen was shattered/black on my Samsung Galaxy S23, and I called them to see if they were able to do a same-day repair. They didn’t have the part in stock (would have taken 4 days for them to receive it), but they went above and beyond by referring me to a different company that they indicated typically has parts in stock and does good work. They even gave me the phone number and address, since I wasn’t able to do anything but make calls from my phone using Android Auto in my car. The company they referred me to had my new screen on in 1 hour! So again, even though Batteries Plus didn’t do the repair, they get a 5-star rating for being so incredibly helpful. For that, I will think of them for future needs. Thank you!!!
I went to "We Fix It" inside Batteries Plus to get my phone looked at. It keeps not recognizing that the sim card is in. Cory offered to take my whole phone apart and diagnose the problem for free! He was far too kind.
Unfortunately, my phone had no visible issues so we still couldn't figure out what the problem was (I'm waiting for a new sim card to arrive, I now believe the problem is the sim card itself), but the service was phenomenal and I'll definitely be back again if I have other issues with my phone! Cory, is my guardian angel. I was having problem with my car and wanted to know if Batteries Plus+ carried a portable battery jumper, and if it would correlate with my make and model of my car. Since this was Sunday, I will have to get back with Corey on Tuesday for follow up to find the proper portable car jumper for my car. Cory went to assist even further by going out to my car to check the starter and alternator to see if that was the problem. I could not believe that somebody would volunteer to do more to help a customer but that’s what kind of person Cory-is and Batteries Plus+ provide such great service.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had a shattered screen on my phone and Cory took care of me and went above and beyond with customer care!!

Don’t buy keys here. Received 2 keys from them in 6 months. The first one completely died and the buttons would not work so I got a replacement. The replacement had a cracked housing I was told that if it broke completely it would be covered under warranty but now they won’t do it because it “is no longer under warranty” they said the keys had a 3 month warranty but the first key that got replaced was over the 3 month mark. The key will not stay together it comes out of my pocket in pieces and falls apart while driving. They are decent for batteries but the keys on the other hand are junk from my experiences
Took three watches in for replacement batteries. Replaced two. Told me he did not have battery for the third and didn’t know when he would have one. Took to another shop and was told it could not be replaced because whoever previously tried to replace the battery messed it up. Honesty would have been appreciated. Definitely do recommend going there

Everything from shopping, recycling, and giving knowledgeable information to installation and outstanding service. They give 100%. The West Oaks Dr, Novi, Michigan store and, Cory Hill get 5++ STARS for outstanding service. Cory is the ultimate gentleman who is patient, positive, does everything to get the job done and makes sure the customer has the best service with a good outcome. The store is neat and clean, and the staff is courteous, professional, and helpful. Everything from checking key fob batteries to installing new batteries in your car is done with top-notch care. A couple years ago I come to this store when the battery in my car only worked if it was jumped. The customer service was great and they were so helpful. They even installed the battery for me and it’s been working ever since. Today the battery in my Lincoln went out and couldn’t even hold a charge. I was worried about having to tow to a shop and pay all those fees but Jeff came to my location and installed the battery. It even proved to be a little difficult because the area around my battery is so small and hard to maneuver in. He didn’t complain and worked to figure out how to get it done. I’m so thankful for all Jeff’s efforts and great service. I highly recommend this location! I would’ve been stranded without them.
Absolutely hands down great service. I’m not the type to take time to write a review but if the service is exceptionally great or bad I will take the time to make it known. This was an exceptionally great experience. I had purchased 2 batteries for a vehicle and had some issues 2 years later. The batteries were still under warranty Jeff and Keith made it a priority to get me back running. They came to my residence delivered and diagnosed the system on my truck and checked all the batteries and made sure they checked everything possible to remedy the problem. Lately it’s hard to find service and customer care like this. I will be returning for all my battery needs because of how they handled the situation. Top notch service. Thanks again

Amazing customer service provided by Brandon and Corey. This location was the only location within 2 hours from my home that would actually program a key fob on a weekend. Not to mention they also fixed an error that wasn't caused by their location. Saving me time and money is what they promised and that is 100% what they delivered. I will drive almost 2 hours again just have it done correctly by them...
Brandon, the manager, provides top notch support and service. Adam did a great job replacing my iPad Air battery, and did a free diagnostic on other functions. They also had hard to find miniature bulbs for my front porch address light. I highly recommend this store!
Went in for a miniature bulb for my boat, I had brought in the old bulb they had a miniature one except it was a little taller. I believe the gentleman was the owner and told me that he did not have the exact same one to try the one he handed me. I paid for it he told me that if it blows out and doesn't work to bring it back and he would refund my money. Showing me that he has a Class Act business, and also thanking me for patronizing his business. Now to me that is pure customer service. Would 100% recommend this location to everyone. Brandon is very helpful and caring. I shattered my phone screen and Apple said it was unfixable. Brandon took one look at it and had it fixed in about a hour. Did not have any problems with my phone after it was fixed. They have everything you need.
Called Batteries Plus in Novi in WestOaks. They knew exactly what I needed, the price and packaging size without checking. I was in Detroit so I wanted to make sure it was available. The store was very clean, well stocked and organized. Cory, the young man taking care of customers was great. I highly recommend this store. Worth the drive.

When I visited the store, the owners were there and were really friendly and helpful. They installed my car battery right there. I also noticed other people chatting with them like they were family. I definitely plan to return for future battery needs. A real local business feel.
I have shopped in this store several times and I have had great service . The employees are knowledgeable in every aspect . I was so impressed as they treated every customer with such respect and handled their every need . I have seen the associates bring chairs out for the elderly to sit while they had car batteries installed , they go far and above the call of duty. Brandon and Amber are definitely an asset to this store.

Very nice store, Lady my son spoke with was very nice an helpful, knew her stuff. Held a battery for us, it was the last one in stock. Went to pick up an Ken was very nice an pleasant. It's great when you get great phone service an customer service. An they speak English, that's a big plus in my book. Will go back if need be.
