Broke down on the highway. Called and you came right away. So thankful for you guys.

Had a flat and needed my spare put on. Called Harley’s the had a very nice man come out in less than 10 minutes. Even with messed up lug nuts he had myself and my daughter back on the road in about 20 minutes.

Long tow today. Driver arrived early, always personable and professional. Price was about what I expected, maybe slightly less. Highly recommend.

The young gentleman who came to help was just a gentleman and kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciate it. It was an uncomfortable situation being in the middle of the road and not being able to move the car. I really thank him.

Kiel and crew are great. Our business uses them frequently as they are 2 doors down and when we call it’s pleasant and they are always on time as promised and those trucks…. MAN! Clean and nice never raggity and no job is an issue for them. Highly recommend

Good luck. My truck was towed and when i picked it up $400 in cash was missing from it's location inside. Guess it was my own fault for trust people like this to be honest.

I found myself stuck on the side of the highway and remembered I had Kip Hadley's phone number in my pocket from the night before. I gave him a call, and up he came straight away. When we got back to his place, he said he’d love to give it a thorough inspection free of charge. I tell you what, Kip sure knows how to work with his hands. He mentioned the job would require some lubrication, and boy oh boy, that sure did the trick. Kip also said my dipstick was one of the finest he’d ever had the pleasure of handling. My boot needed a good cleaning out, and Kip offered to help with that as well, which was a real pleasure. He took the whole load with ease. While he was at it, Kip noticed my exhaust pipe needed some attention. He got down on his knees and gave it a good, hard look. After a few minutes of careful examination, he said it just needed a bit of polishing to get it back into prime condition. I couldn't help but admire his dedication to getting into all the nooks and crannies. Then, Kip suggested we take a look under the hood. He popped it open and spent some time checking out my parts, making sure everything was well-oiled and in top shape. He even commented on how impressed he was with my engine's performance, noting it was one of the best he'd handled in a long time. Finally, Kip decided to give my chassis a once-over. He said it was important to make sure everything was nice and tight. He gave it a few good tugs, making sure everything was in place, and assured me I was good to go. By the time he was done, my engine was purring like a kitten. Kip wiped his hands, gave me a knowing smile, and said, "I think you'll find everything runs smoother now." I thanked him profusely, knowing I had found someone who truly understood my needs.

Joe saved the day! Three other tow companies could not tow my car and Joe figured it out. I will definitely use Hadley towing in the future. Thank you Joe!

My husbands corvette broke down today and the company our roadside assistance sent out damaged the car and ended up not being able to tow it. We called Hadley’s (like we should have done from the start) and they came out super quick, with the correct equipment, and got the car home in no time. Nick was very competent, knew what he was doing, and took great care of the vehicle!

My car stopped running on the corner of Grand River and Beck Rd. I was freaking out and I kid you not Hadleys arrived maybe 10 minutes from when I called them. I don't know the gentleman's name driving but he gave me some advice about what was wrong with my car which I was so appreciative of. And at an extremely affordable price. Highly recommend.

Hadley’s are a life saver! You want a towing service you can depend on? Then your first and only call should be Hadley’s! Our son broke down on the highway while we were out of town and our road side assistance told us they would be there within the hour… unfortunately 3 hours later we were getting the same message. Called Hadley and Joe the dispatcher listened to our situation and had a driver (Micha) on the road within minutes! Micha arrived exactly when they said they would! That’s dependable! When we need towing services from now on, our first and only call is going to Hadley! Thanks Joe and Micha! You guys are the example of trust worthy and dependable!

Excellent towing service. Joe and Garrett provided highly professional services in a difficult situation to get my car out of the garage that was locked in all four wheels are required “Go Jacks”. Love Harleys would highly recommend them

He was extremely aggressive and violent with my car, that he caused further damage. He charged me $135 for towing my car less than 20 ft from the accident location, and took advantage of the fact that I had to get that vehicle removed from the road while I waited for my friend to tow my car. Do not recommend at all.

Called for tow on one of are work trucks told us how long it would be ,then we got the truck started call back to cancel and they vey nice about it and thank us for calling to cancel the tow. There a great company, that's why my company only uses them very professional all the times we have needed them !!!!

Broke down today and called Hadley's as I had seen their trucks before and they stuck out for some reason as clean and newer I guess. I was told ok we will be there in about 45 mins. I call back after an hour and they can only tell me someone will be there "shortly". Driver finally arrives after an hour and a half. Driver was awesome and very personable and professional. Just mad at dispatch for making me wait so long. Driver admitted that dispatch had only recently sent him the job so they knew I was waiting without even sending a driver. As great as the driver they sent was I will never use this business again and would not recommend them sadly.

I was in my first car accident in my brand new car and Joe was the driver sent out. He showed up promptly and was professional, kind, and so understanding being that this was my first experience. He was very careful with my vehicle and took me to the rental car office before dropping my vehicle off at the Body shop. I will definitely recommend Hadley's Towing from now on. They definitely helped to make a bad situation not so bad!

Hadley’s towing came through! Not only were they fast, professional, and took great care of me they also made me feel so safe, especially when you break down at 10:00 pm with your small son, you feel very helpless. Reading through the reviews of Hadley’s Towing after my accident made me nervous to deal with them. But, I had the best experience. All the way from the gentleman who towed my vehicle to the gentleman I spoke with at the main office. After the car was towed to the dealership for repairs, a rep from Randy Wise that is handling my vehicle even commented on how professional and nice the gentleman was who dropped my car off. Hadley’s was there as soon as PD called them for my car to be towed. No delays. So, thank you Hadley’s for making this experience a pleasant one!

I would recommend Hadley's to anyone I know! My boyfriend was stranded in downtown Detroit with a flat tire during the 'polar vortex' frigid temperatures (he didn't have the wheel lock to change the tire in case you're questioning 😊). His roadside assistance would not help him out to get a tow truck until the following morning...they told him to call 911...😐 Also, the other tow companies we called were quoting the following morning due to being backed up with the weather (inconvenient but understansable). I called Hadley's and Kiel Hern dispatched a very kind and professional driver immediately, and was to the car from farmington to his vehicle is 25 minutes! The kind driver had my boyfriend's car to the infinity dealership in under an hour. Hadley's, you saved the evening after a rough couple of days for him over his birthday, thank you!

Our roadside assistance company called them to come and change our flat tire. We were about a mile from their office but it took over two hours for them to show up. The guy that showed up couldn’t get the tire off with his hand tool and he didn’t have his electric tool so he couldn’t do anything. He charged $75 even though he didn’t do anything. So...took forever to respond, didn’t have the tools to do a basic job, and charged us for not improving our situation. If that’s the service you are looking for, give them a call!

Ms.Angie was so polite,pleasant and very helpful when I came in and asked about my chevy sonic. The driver also kept me calm after my accident and was also very nice. Best towing service I've had the pleasure to work with in a long time. The office,parking lot and car yard were also very clean and orderly. I highly recommend this company.

Angie was great, friendly and helpful. Helped us remove items from vehicle and even offered umbrella to use while waiting for tow truck. Had to make follow up call to confirm vehicle had not been released before making drive out to facility. Kyle at main office took extra step to place me on hold while calling Angie to verify truck was still on the property.

@Joann you are so wrong they are nice, honest and fair in everything they do. Dont believe her review people. I had the best experience with them when I needed help and was broke down. They were also very caring, and compassionate. The tow truck driver was so nice, professional and very skilled..I might add that he was cute too. I will recommend Hadleys highly.
