They don’t answer the phone very often. When I finally did get someone on the phone he was nice, said he’d give me $500 for the car which is average salvage pricing for a car that does run and drive, he said he’d be here within 2hrs. He never called, never showed up, I tried calling him that night and several times the next day. I left voicemails letting him know if he didn’t want the car it’s fine just call me back and let me know. He never called back. If this is how they do business I’m surprised they’re still in business. There’s another salvage yard in Howell that pays the same prices and sometimes better depending on the condition of the car, I’ll just keep using that place I guess.
