Waited about an hour for them when they got there they charged 205$ to tow less than one mile down the road terrible customer service way overpriced. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS
This place should be investigated
Called to have them get my keys out of my car, gave them my name and location and they told me it would be 3 minutes, almost 30 mins went by i called again and they said they didnt have me in the system and i had the wrong number and was very rude to me, i told them this was the right number and i had called before and yet again very rude and pretty much hung up, this place is a scam, dont call trust them
Called for help to get a tire changed. The dispatcher didn't know anything about Midland even though it says it's a Midland based company. Heard dogs barking in the background which made it difficult to hear. ETA was too long and price was over $250! Thankful I didn't go with them and called another company. Would NOT recommend.
Didn't even have them come out. Locked myself out of car. Called to have them send someone out and they tried to charge me 420$ BEFORE THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE. Didn't ask if I had insurance. Do not recommend. Called second place. 50$ and 1st thing they asked is if I have roadside. Do not fall for this.
I rarely leave bad reviews for any company but this company is a joke. Talk to them for 2 minutes and you will 100% understand what I am talking about lol
This place is practically a scam. All of their trucks are located hours away from town yet they have their address listed as a nonexistent place in Midland. Was on the phone for nearly an hour as they asked us pointless, nonsensical questions such as “which side of the tire is flat?” Do not use Mills Towing LLC.
Used them to have my car towed 2 miles when it broke down past 10pm. The process to get the tow set up was 20 minutes and the tow was over 250. For two miles. At the time i wasnt in a position to find another company. The service was tolerable but the price was insane for a midland tow company to go two miles. Also took over an hour for the truck to show up. I question if they are really midland based. Price and time taken aside, they did the work as expected and i have no complaints about that.
All in all if you live in Midland find a cheaper tow company. However, if you are in a tight spot Mill's towing will fill the need.
Falsely claim they are in Midland. All their trucks are located in Detroit. Quoted us $179 and 2-3 hours to tow us a mile down the street. Not saying they provide bad service, we didn’t end up using them. But call around to other Midland tow companies first for a much better rate and time frame
