They are rude ,way overpriced they typically charge 40% more than buying brand new OEM original part from actual manufacturing place such as Yamaha or Polaris,they have lots of parts but expect a gold mine for nothing.example they want 225$ for a part I can buy brand new with warranty for 65$they will not not budge on their prices,and have no respect or any advice on anything,I got treated like I was dumb,and told I'm not a mechanic take it or leave it, Go to my.pleasant where things are way more pleasant.the ole man seems grouchy but isn't rude and typically is willing to be fair
I understand you’re busy, but I quite literally never get a return call from anybody here. I’ve tried to find something here twice now already with no answer or callback to either part I was looking for. People who I get when I call are irritable and barely helpful too. I’ll take my business elsewhere, I tried.
Great service in the parts department. They helped me with my ATV they got me a after market part to save me money, did the research on the best option. They also have decent pricing compared to online will look at them in the future if I need anything.
Friendly atmosphere, large selection of parts and accessories. People were real helpful even out in the lot area to tell locations were to search for what you were looking for. Will definitely be going back there again.

this place is so nice and respectful they will get the things you need in no time nice to talk to there merch is probably the best I have ever seen I have 2 sweatshirts the best yet. Over all that are a great place to go to if u need parts for snowmobile or quads and some dirt bikes.

Got some parts at a good deal and had fun walking around looking at all the old sleds and everything else they had there. The guys working were pretty cool. So many parts its unbelievable.

I've been here a number of times to get odds and ends for my 1998 XCR. They always have what I need. I recommend visiting here if you need that one part, but don't want to wait for it on Ebay. Prices are good too.
Very nice guy that runs it. He is polite, friendly and most of all Fair. I would have no problem doing business here again. I'd recommend it to anyone that has a sled to junk .

This place is sled heaven! I usually go minimum once a yr for parts. Just picked up a oil reservoir the other day that was very reasonable. Super cool staff too. (Ski Doo Luv)

Upon my first visit to their huge inventory inside and 30 acres of retired Sleds, I was like a "Kid in a Candy Store" !!!! Great Service and got a super deal on what I was looking for. They even let me borrow tools.
This place has been amazing. Chad is awesome!!! Orders part on Monday, he told me he would get it out when he could that they were crazy busy. Figured 3-4 days. Came next fricking day!!!! Wow. Unfortunately it was wrong part. NOT his fault. Polaris has issue with creating a whole bunch of parts for the same damn machine with same part number. It was a gamble and I knew it ordering it I packaged and sent back then called him. He was all over it. Found right part and sent out right away. I will have tomorrow. Hope it’s right one lol. Unbelievable. Chad rocks and I appreciate him trying to get me mobile again in a hurry. I will be sending people your way. Thanks again buddy
