These guys really came through in a pinch. I was passing through on an 800 mile road trip and hit a pothole somewhere around Worcester, almost losing a heat shield. They were able to take care of me right away. Fast and friendly service! I was back on the road in less than an hour.
We could not recommend this place enough! We had a car emergency on a recent trip and the owner kindly stayed past closing time to fix our car. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. 5 stars!

We came from out of town and had car trouble on Sunday night, we called first thing Monday morning and they had us come right in! They looked over the car to make sure it was safe and confirmed the diagnosis originally said over the phone. Sent us on our way and didn’t charge. We were so appreciative, especially traveling with two kids under 3. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating!
We were in the middle of a 4 hour drive (with two small children) and started having car trouble on the highway. The service and engine diagnostic here was fantastic and got us up and running again very quickly - we are so grateful!
Mark did some great diagnostic work on the fly. We were staying over at Sturbridge on a long trip and started noticing a loud scraping noise at certain speeds. I called several places to see if they could take a quick look at the vehicle without any success, until I called these guys and they said to come right in. Mark went for a quick drive with me and within 2 minutes he basically had it figured out -- the front rotors were shot. I didn't have the time to wait for him to get a chance to do the repair so I offered him a little money for his time, but he refused to take anything. Its great to have people like Mark that are willing to help out someone who is not a local. I joked to him that he reminded me of the "Car Guys" radio show, and he smiled.
Super helpful — owner took the time out of his day to check our car when we had an emergency in the middle of a long car ride trip. Really knowledgeable and friendly, 10/10.
While heading back home to PA after a vacation my engine light went on and car was shaking. In the morning I called Mark and he said bring it in. They tested my car and showed me the results that it was an ignition coil. They were very friendly and got the job done in under two hours while I waited. They were trustworthy and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thanks guys for being there for me when I was far from home!

I had a Geico claim through them they took 35 days to do a Chevy nose and gave me a vehicle that could not be driven with mechanical issues I returned with my two year old son with a very unsafe vehicle and told him this is unprofessional and I was left without a vehicle not a good repair shop do not bring your vehicle here scam artist place smells like cigarettes and booze and they will not properly access any mechanical issues will just give you a fancy lawn ornament ???
I could not recommend this shop enough! I recently got into a crash with my Silverado 2500 and received front end damage. From the time I dropped it off at the shop to the time I picked the truck back up I was treated with nothing but the utmost professionalism and kindness. I will gladly be returning with mine and my wife''s car in the future. If they cannot do it, they will work on helping you find somebody that can!
DO NOT go here for painting/body work!! I showed up to have a fender painted to match my truck. The gentleman acted like he had a camera to match the color, but lied and tried to eye-ball it. I was told 100 bucks for the paint over the phone, when I went to pick up the fender, they now told me 300!!! I took the fender outside to inspect the job closely because the price difference was so great. When I looked at the fender it had spots ALL in the new paint, and the color didnt come close to matching. There were even pieces of a shop rag in the paint! When I pointed it out, one of the painters said, "That will buff right out, nothing to worry about my friend." I told them I was not paying them 300 bucks for that job, and the employee told me to leave the fender, they would fix it. 2 weeks later, NOTHING. I ended up buying another fender and having it painted by FULLERS in auburn, came out perfect! Should have had it done there the first time, but I like to give people a chance.... never again with this place.
We had lost the brakes on our way home from Sturbridge and we were fortunate enough to have been towed to Sturbridge Auto Body. They prioritized the repair and did an outstanding and extremely reasonable job . Dinette was an absolute angel driving us to a place to grab lunch and back to our hotel and picking us up the following morning to get our car I can't say enough good things about her and the guys at the shop. Highly recommended and if we lived closer that would be my go to repair shop.
Very professional, efficient and honest auto shop! The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. They speak English and Spanish fluently and are very accommodating. Best auto shop in the area!
I was in the middle of a four-hour drive when my gas cover wouldn't open. These guys got me up and running and on my way in no time. I know they had paying customer jobs, but they did not hesitate to give me a hand so that I didn't end up stranded on my way when I ran out of gas.
I was several hundred miles from home with a flat tire, when I discovered my spare was also flat. I called this shop, which happened to be nearby, and they came to help me immediately. They saved me and my vacation and I am super grateful.
My husband and I had been in Sturbridge and were on our way to Cape Cod. On the way to breakfast, we had a small mishap with a curb that required immediate attention. Luckily, while driving around this area the previous day I had noticed this Body Shop not far from where we were staying.
After our mishap we immediately drove to the shop and the receptionist assured us that it could be fixed shortly. Since the mechanic was busy, she advised us to go eat and come back in a little while.
As soon as we returned, the car was taken into the shop and repaired within a half hour. The mechanic also informed us about some other work that he thought should be done shortly for our own safety. I completely trusted his assessment since he knew that we were traveling and would not be using his shop for these services.
Since we are from New York City we had no idea what these services would cost. When the receptionist gave us the bill we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable it was.

Got a flat tire on the mass pike, the first guy the state police sent said he couldn't get the spare tire out from under the car so he called a towing company. This was Sturbridge auto body who really saved me. The tow guy when realizing I didn't really need a tow just my tire replaced. offered to fix it for free right there and not charge me for the tow and such. Super cool guy, great company. 10/10 experience. really saved me.
