While you're on hold, their commercial tells you how no job is too small, yet when I needed them to simply winch me out of the snow in my own driveway they told me they couldn't do it, followed by radio silence and complete end of communication. LOL what a joke! Called Cruise Control towing and they arrived within a half an hour and had me good to go within another 30 minutes.

Car was towed and I picked it up the next day, less than 24 hours they had it..and had to pay $360!! What a racket!! Highway robbery at its finest!!

Worst company ever Beware of this company! They damaged the underside of my car, and now they don't want to take responsibility or fix it. I even have videos of them hooking up the car from the wrong side, but I was alone and didn't know that wasn't allowed. They wouldn't even give me their insurance information or anything. My car is essential for taking my autistic son wherever he needs to go; it even has stickers indicating that a child with autism travels in it, and I still can't use my car.

I had them tow my car carrier about 2-3 miles. I gave them specific instructions on what parking spot to put my truck only to find out the next morning they put it in someone else’s parking spot. I called them and spoke to there manager. He said his driver said there was a car and trailer in the spot I told them to put it which was not true. I said why didn’t someone call me and tell me there was a car in the spot. No response to that question. I said you had no problem calling for the payment $640. Plus they didn’t put my drive shaft back in. I asked the manager to come back and put it in the right spot and he said that he would charge me for another tow. So you want me to pay you to fix your mistake. I said no you should have called if there was someone in the spot I told you to put the truck. Also they didn’t come back and put my drive shaft in. But they never came back to put the truck in the right spot because I refuse to pay for their mistake. I won’t ever recommend them or use them again. Bad business and the manager has a bad attitude. Never even told me his name.

11 mile tow cost my friend that I went to pick up with his other truck and grabbed his camper and it still cost him over $1500 literally highway robbery I’m filing a complaint with the attorney general’s office I’m sure the tariffs are the reason for the increase in price ……

Did this location used to be a truck stop? I seem to recall before it permanently closed it had a food truck out front during lunch hours

Over $12000 for 10 miles tow truck and trailer and 2 day storage

$275+ just for the tow and 3% charge for using a card. Just a heads up they are pricey.

Worst tow company i have ever dealt with, paid $470 to tow my car 6 min away when I was originally quoted 200$. Drive was extremely disrespectful when I was trying to explain to him what I was originally quoted, refused to put my car down and proceed to let me know he’s driving to the pound lot with my car. I feel like I got played and there’s nothing I could’ve really done at the moment but pay the new price.

This place is scam they my driver have a accident on I90 other car hit my semi truck nothing happened to my trailer we told them please don’t tow my trailer just truck we got other tractor wright they to pull my trailer the said we have to tow just for towing no extra work done they are Bill for 1 Night almost close to 11.000 and they take all the Fuel For My tractor when my driver ask why you guys take the fuel they said safety reasons we said this fine cam we have a our fuel Back they said no they kept all My Truck fuel close to $ 1,000.00 worth that Lady work there she is too Rude

Hi, Was cut off in traffic between Stallion hill and Cedar st. It turned into a three car accident with only two vehicles damaged, mine and yours. Remember to check your mirrors before crossing over white line when stuck in traffic. I understand sometimes your the first to respond to the scene of an accident or crime. So please be careful. I hope all is well and never in a hurry, please carry others in mind. It is hard to fulfill a full load of work, time and effort. Just concentrate on your job. I know you may have had saving someone life in mind that day and went on even knowing full well you left someone behind as long as you knew they were safe but Remember traffic builds from these collisions in the street. No one is perfect. Keep your spirit and head were yours needs to be to complete your day one day at a time. Thanks for your help. Stay safe

Late Sunday night (close to mid night), I got a flat tire right off the Charlton Service Plaza on I-90 (I drove a SUV with a full spare tire). Called AAA and they said they couldn't send service truck to Mass Turnpike so patched me to the state police service station in Charlton. The turnpike service truck came pretty quickly but the driver said it wasn't safe to replace the tire in the breakdown lane. He said he'd call a towing company to tow my SUV to an exit and then replaced the tire there. The interstate tow truck came, but the truck was not the right size, so the mechanic called in a flatbed tow truck. These two mechanics from Interstate Towing (Tyler & Zach, Tyler being a really funny guy) worked together and replaced the tire on spot, which surely saved a lot of time and hassle than having to tow my SUV to the nearest exit. By then it was past 1:30am. I really appreciated the help from Tyler and Zach!

This place is a scam and should be investigated. My car was towed here after an accident on a Saturday, and I showed up the following Wednesday with $500 in hand, ready to pay. That should have covered everything. But the first girl at the counter refused to let me pay, claiming my insurance had to be involved—even though I made it crystal clear that my insurance wasn’t covering the tow. I told her I was paying out of pocket, and she still refused, causing days of unnecessary storage fees to build up. When I came back, a second woman refused to believe what happened, called me a liar, and wouldn’t even review the camera footage. While she did eventually lower the storage fees to the legal $35/day, it was too late. The bill had already ballooned, and then they factored in my car’s title, bringing the total to $900—because now they owned my car. They had the opportunity to do the right thing when I showed up with cash, but instead, they delayed, manipulated, and let the fees pile up—just to take advantage of me. Avoid this place like your life depends on it. They’re dishonest, cold, and predatory. They prey on people after accidents, block you from retrieving your own vehicle, and make a profit by dragging things out until they can claim your car. This isn’t just bad service—this is theft.

Horrible. They towed my car. When i called to try to get it released to a towtruck, they said i had to come in person to sign for it. I did, once arriving they simply called the cops to come and arrest me. Got arrested inside their store, they the opps. Would never recommend them to anyone.

This business is extremely racist and unprofessional. First, I waited 30 minutes while the man behind the desk completely ignored me. Even after ringing the buzzer for assistance, he acted as if I wasn’t there. He never acknowledged me, spoke to me with an attitude, and repeatedly told me to wait—while taking other customers ahead of me without issue. When his assistant arrived, he conveniently took a break and had her handle me instead. Even then, they continued to push me aside, prioritizing others behind me, making the process unnecessarily difficult. While other customers were in and out within 10 minutes, it took me over two hours to retrieve my vehicle. Two of my friends came in to help, and they were immediately discriminated against for being Hispanic. The staff falsely accused them of not having valid licenses, spoke to them with hostility, and even went as far as calling the cops to check if their licenses were up to date. Meanwhile, I watched at least 6–8 people behind me get in and out without a single issue—and not once did they verify anyone else’s license. A white woman standing behind me even noticed the blatant discrimination. She walked in, paid, and waited for her ride to pick up her car—all within 10 minutes—while I, with two licensed drivers, was forced to wait over two hours. She even commented on how differently we were treated. The only helpful person in this entire experience was the tow truck driver. However, the brunette woman with blue eyes and the man with glasses behind the desk were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and blatantly racist. They should not be in any position dealing with customers.

While attempting to retrieve my vehicle from this business, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being discriminated against. It seemed as though they were intentionally making the process more difficult, creating unnecessary obstacles to reclaim my rightful possession. Despite patiently waiting at their window for assistance, I was completely ignored for an unreasonable amount of time. When I was finally acknowledged, I was told that nothing I provided was valid even though I had driven there with a valid license and brought a witness to help facilitate the process. They disregarded everything I presented, making an already frustrating situation even more difficult. Their unprofessionalism, bias, and overall lack of organization were evident throughout the entire interaction. The way they handled the situation felt discriminatory and unfair, as if they were looking for reasons to deny me access to my own vehicle. No one should have to go through such an exhausting and unjust experience when simply trying to reclaim what is rightfully theirs.

Was stuck in the freezing cold and was told a tow would be there in "25 minutes, maybe sooner" so I didn't bother looking for a different company. 45 minutes later I called to see where the tow is. "Oh he's ten minutes away". 20 minutes later "he's packing up and heading out soon". At that point I cancelled. Do not recommend.

Wretched. They were like vultures, and tried to charge me $200 to fill up our spare tire. The worst thing I could ask for in the dark of the night alone. It’s worth the wait for another tow company two hours later…

I very rarely ever give reviews but I had to after tonight's experience. My vehicle was stuck in a driveway on a very icy road with not a lot of room for vehicles to maneuver. I had pulled in thinking it was just snow and I ended up with fallen branches lodged under my car. We tried to push the vehicle out with no avail. The police came and recommended that I call AAA which I did. They sent a local company out with a flatbed tow truck and the technician said that he would try to pull it out but was unable to attach the chains on his truck to my vehicle. He recommended that I call AAA back and have them send a wrecker. I waited for 2 hours and they never came. Finally, out of desperation I called Interstate at 9:30pm, they had a wrecker there in 7 minutes and Dan, the driver, had me pulled out in less than 10 minutes. He was supposed to be on his way home but he took the call. I was beyond grateful for not only the speed in which they had someone there, but also his knowledge, professionalism and very reasonable price. I will always recommend them and thank you for getting me out and home safely.

Tonight my mother and I and my dog "Charger" were in a accident on the mass pike we were hit from behind,in my father truck. These guys were absolutely amazing awesome. They had no issues taking us and the dog to the tow shop. Tiffany was so sweet and caring. Extremely helpful. The guys in the trucks were so kind and professional. You guys have been the best towing I have ever experienced. I can't thank you guys enough for helping us and your kind words to ease my mom. I will be always using you guys for towing experience from now on.

This lady here is the worst person working with customer service! I took a video while she was laughing and making fun of me on the phone just for the simple fact of being HISPANIC! She wanted to charge me extra money that she was not supposed to charge me and immediately when I told her to show me where said I had to pay "extra" when my car had only been there for an hour she said that the supervisor would not charge me when I asked to speak with someone before and she told me that there was no one available... The treatment was 0/10 she was rude, RACIST, and very un professional, the whole time she talked to me was like the picture and from a distance! She took my belongings out of my car and gave them to me in a bad way. I can't explain the hours of bad treatment I passed even though I am a pregnant woman. And the other employees just laughed like is funny I spent more than 5 hours trying to get my car out and she did everything possible to keep me from getting it out and all because I was HISPANIC! I paid AAA, I called them and apparently she had contact with them and after I paid online they wanted to charge me an extra $379 just because she wanted to make everything impossible for me! When I had already paid and done EVERYTHING I had to do. In the end I was able to pay for another private towing service to be able to take my vehicle. She don't know treat customers as if she were the owners. I wish I could send the video to a supervisor a woman like that doesn't deserve to work with customer service 0 STARTSSSSSSSS! They supposed help people no do everything impossible

Terrible service & scam artists. Our car broke on i90. We called AAA & they were unable to assist us. We called 911. The police told us that the tow driver would call us before arriving because police were able to give us an arrival time. The driver never called us (we were a 3 minute walk away at the rest-stop because it was 95 degrees outside and we thought we could be waiting for hours for a tow. On top of that, we felt it was unsafe to be in our car due to the breakdown). Our plan was to be at the car when the tow driver arrived. The driver, AJ, never called us, he towed our car and called it abandoned. Suspiciously, we did receive a call saying the tow driver was 15-20 minutes away; however, this was a lie & our car had already been towed long before the call. Our car was impounded. The towing company did this to charge us extra money. In total we paid over $430 (the tow was under 10 minutes in driving). The records of arrival time for the tow were falsified on the paperwork. The woman at the office was terrible. Given the situation of the breakdown, we were upset and scared. We wanted to get out of the towing office as fast as possible, but the office person was dragging her feet and made us wait for hours before allowing us to pay & leave the office. I am giving 1 star because the company did actually tow the car & come back to pick us up to get us to safety.

Just because of the rules and registrations, if you need a tow when you are on I-90, there is no other way for you to tow your car except interstate. And they know it that they do not need to provide good, fast, reliable service. So the permission of government and requested by State Police, you need to pay extreme towing and parking costs. I dont think that somebody wants to work with them in purpose.

What an experience. . The lady in the office is a Sweetless heartless with touch of racism ( you will pretty much never forget in your life). The attitude, demeanor, racist tone is just the cherry on top. Having your car towed away for multiple reasons, might be the lowest point in anybody’s life. Having to go through aftermath with ppl like the lady makes the whole experience terrible. The management of the interstate towing service, you guys should definitely retrain this employee. . So we get there at 10:30 AM , there is no one in the office. So we call the number in the door. A lady pick up and says OK. I will be there in 10 minutes.. yeah we waited for 10 minutes probably 15. Then a lady just comes in through the other door and just started working on the paperwork and etc. etc… we were very calm we waited probably she starting up the computer and doing some paperwork. She made us wait maybe 25 minutes. And she was taking calls from other customers, while she not even acknowledge of our presence. After waiting for this long, a white guy open the door and she immediately said hey, I will be right there, we were like wow, we have been waiting here for the past 25 minutes, and this lady did not even say a single word of acknowledgment of our presence. . Instead of stating clearly what paperwork she needs to release the car. She will question you with a tone authority. Bring this paper or bring that paper, she wouldn’t even let you finish. Even to Tell her that we have the paperwork she was stating, provided didn’t she ask us for the same. . I truly understand the complexity of the process and peoples emotion in the process. Management staff or a person like this will Make the ordeal much more worse for a customer . Definitely multiple sessions of training may need for this particular employee. As long as this lady is in the office, if you have any option, don’t use this towing services.

We were involved in very bad accident on the Pike today, Mayo and Joslin were top shelf and super helpful and made us feel at ease while we were still shaking from the accident. Thanks for making a difficult day a wee bit easier. Thanks James and Jacqueline

I broke down on July 4th!! They showed up in 20 minutes, and met the requirements I had for towing my GTO that was low to the ground. Brought it to STEBBINS Auto Repair in a timely fashion!! The service and driver were professional and did an excellent job.
