I had an excellent experience at AutoZone today. Ryan provided outstanding customer service he was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help diagnose the problem with my vehicle. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care, and Ryan definitely does. I’ll be returning because of his great service.

I had a sudden issue with my car while driving back to Boston and Ryan at this AutoZone helped me get the situation under control for my trip home! He went above and beyond!!

I was traveling down to PA from MA at 4 am when my check engine coolant light came on. I stopped at a few service stations on RTE90 West but no one could help me bc my car needed a specific coolant which few places carry. I arrived to AutoZone at 5:30am but they did not open until 7:30am so I waited in the car for 2 hours. It was worth the wait! Bryan opened the doors at 7:20 and was immediately on it. He took care of everything with knowledge, patience, and was one of the kindest people I have ever met I will never forget how wonderful he was to me! I was back on the road by 7:30am thanks to Bryan!

Had a check engine light come on suddenly and went in for a diagnosis. Bryan was super helpful and pleasant. Came right out and checked it for me. Gave me local recommendations for a garage to get to quickly and it ended up saving me so much money. So pleased with my service today! Thank you so much

We were in your Sturbridge location recently, we were greeted by Mike W. An awesome experience. Mike went over and above to provide the best customer care. Mike used active listening skills to access our needs. Mike got the tools needed to come out and check our charging system and he fixed a battery terminal that was loose. We are extremely great full.

Tried to pick up marine battery that shows in stock in store online and rude miserable lady tells me it’s not in stock. Offers no alternative or way to order then tells me to have the day I deserve. Go anywhere else.

My battery in my key fob died in the parking lot and I was unable to access my car. Thanks to the kindness of Auto Zone employee, Mike W., the battery was replaced at no charge. They will have my business for life.

We were driving back from a visit to Canada, and our Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo started to sputter out on us, and only just limped us to this location. Unsure of what could be the issue and hoping it was just the battery, we brought it in and had it tested, and were told it was entirely full, but the terminals were dirty. Nicole helped us a ton by highlighting the issue, because the Jeep started back up like a dream. We were terrified of not making it home, but everything seems great now. Thank you Nicole for your help!! :+)

Went in and purchased some front struts for my vehicle, on the phone they said they can price match advance, parts has the same part number and brand but the manager refused to price match them down, if negative starts were possible I would give them

AutoZone usually has decent employees that are helpful so when I go out of my way to leave a review to tell you how amazing the two employees were last Sunday I hope it gives you some sense of what I'm talking about. Super smart, great ideas, genuinely tried to be helpful and they were so stand up that a guy who bought a battery they called him back and told him the one he dropped off was still good and he didn't need the new battery. Class act!!

Great service and staff. They went above and beyond to help me. They made recommendations to make sure that my concerns get taken care of like a professional. My car battery was in a weird position and air filter needed to be removed before the battery can be replaced. AutoZone associates were not licensed to take off the air duct. Instead of saying that they cannot do anything and I should mind my business, They gave me the tools to remove the air duct and gave me instructions as well. I took care of that in five minutes. Then they replaced the battery for me Free of cost staying true to the AutoZone promise. They also gave me a report of my car since the check engine light was on. Highly recommended. Will continue to be an AutoZone customer

I ordered a sensor Thursday I got a used one for $155 they returned it. It will now be Tuesday when I get it. 5 days for a pack to come in. I've gone out of my way going to a different town to pick up a part that was ordered and they gave me the wrong part so I had to return an order the correct part. I would like to not go back to the store but unfortunately it's the only one that carries what can order the parts for my car. And then it's no big deal but for somebody who's on a limited income and has to keep running around for something that's not being done correctly the first time is extremely frustrating.

I had a wonderful experience at Sturbridge Autozone yesterday! Our check engine light started flashing two hours from home and I am so glad that this is where we were. Peter and Brian were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - absolutely going above and beyond what's expected while my husband replaced an ignition coil and spark plug in the parking lot. I am so grateful. Thank you for your help!

Today I went to autozone needing a headlight fixed for my toyota rav4, I have a road trip planned and needed help asap. Brannon had suggested both as the other one is sure to go out soon. He was nice enough to replace them for me and put on some dialectric grease as he explained it will help prevent getting debris in the contact points of the bulb. He was extremely helpful and I am very grateful for him.

My check engine light came on while I was traveling through Massachusetts with my dog. I called AutoZone and they confirmed they could find out why. When I got there, they were great about my dog and were quick to check my car. After the diagnostic, they even recommended the best mechanic shop I've ever used. Thank you

I showed up after finding out while traveling home to New Jersey that I had no headlights. Because I walked in at 8:50 and they were closing soon, the two young children that work there told me their computer doesn't tell them information and they don't know anything about cars. They let me leave with no working headlights and high beams in a state where I had no idea where I was. You should go somewhere else where people actually know what they're doing when they work in an auto parts store and they can actually HELP people when they need it. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in an auto place ever. Maybe this is why people shop at Advance Auto parts instead of AutoZone?

So unfortunately there’s no way to rate AutoZone overall rather than this specific location. The location and its staff seem great its the Corporate and its online service that I’m rating here. So my apologies to Sturbridge staff. What has me upset is the online promo code touting a 20% off your total order if placed online. Having been a longtime Advance Auto customer this is very close to their standard online discount and I assumed Auto Zone was matching in order to be competitive. So I signed up and went thru the process of setting up an account. Spent 10-15 minutes there and then another 15-20 finding my items. Then was told promo code was no good on pick up orders or curbside orders. Good for next day delivery only and sone other restrictions that I never saw in print anywhere tho I’m very sure they covered their a**es and put it in ultra fine print somewhere on page 32 of “the agreement”. Well. They can keep their 20% and their product and I’ll just keep going to Advance.
