If you come here get ready to lay it down, my appointment was at 8am, didn’t get outta here till 7pm with the load and only option is a port a potty but to be fair, it is the cleanest port-a- potty I’ve ever seen but still a port-a-potty. As fair the the attitude of the staff they where cool with me.
I have been waiting 43 days for a quote. I have followed up with my account rep multiple times and he does not reply to my emails. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Can someone tell me what I need to do to get assistance? Or possibly point me in the direction of another company that provides this service? This happened in the summer and fall as well and I'm just not sure what to do anymore.
Really poor customer service. I called to inquire about gasoline disposal and the woman tries her best to get me off the line. "We are closed for the season, here's a number you can you. If you have questions ask them." How are they training their people to deal with customers? This baffles me big time.
My technical services account manager in Somerville, MA is David Batogowski. David is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He personally came to our office and set up our waste streams. As a start-up in our first new office, setting up hazardous waste pick up was daunting, but David made it very simple. He is easily reached by phone and email and he answers all of my questions thoroughly. Since my company is a very small generator of hazardous wastes, I wish that the minimum pick up cost was a little lower; although I do understand why this is the case. I recommend David and Clean Harbors whole-heartedly!
Yes they are rude East Coast people. They give you paperwork that isn't filled out and want you to sign it not happening. Then they stand there and act as if what. This is one of Clean Harbors more red headed step child operations. no one I know of likes going there. Most of the loads are not ready until after 5 p.m. but I know a lot of the companies will send you therefore a 3 p.m. pickup.
I would give it less, Rude east coast asshats. Treat you with no respect. One time got out on time. Sucks when you have to wait over night and still no idea when your load will even start loading.
