this is third time using firestone in past 2 months. I am very pleased with the service and work done. I have a Chevy Mailbu ,a Vw Atlas and a ChevyEquinox , all had tires replaced mounted and balanced. All done on a timely manner at a great price. Shawn Maciel the Service manager was great, friendly ,answered all my concerns . Fit me in and work was done timely and now 2 months later all good ,no issues. store was clean , mechanic was friendly , overall I am very pleased. Will be doing basic car repairs at this firestone. bill from braintree

In summary, it is a kindergarten rather than a professional shop. Do not send your vehicle there so the kids will not have yours as their new toy. - The person at the front desk was not professional. He kept me with some issues that could be done on his end. - The tech staff did not complete all the work. The screen of my car still shows "maintenance needed". Additionally, the issue with the tire light remains unresolved. - The engine light was on the day after maintenance. I tried to get it resolved. The shop is supposed to be open at 7:00. - When it is 8:15, nobody is there, and two technicians also told me that they were locked, and the person who was supposed to open the business was late today!!!

Just wanted to shoutout Sean at this location. I've come here a couple times for different small things about my car and I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help. Give this man a raise asap !!!

This is a shout out to the person who basically save me from my car breaking down in the middle of 5 corners and re route traffic for me to be safe! I was too nervous to ask for his name but a biker that was also another angel went to the Firestone store and none of them hesitated to help a stranger! that says a lot about them,he asked if I was ok if I needed service on my car so I am very thankful that your store employees go above and beyond, thank you so much!!!

I made an appointment for an oil change and showed up to my appointment and was told they had no information about my appointment even though I had a confirmation and they weren’t able to take me. The technician asked if I could come back the following day at the same time for a new appointment. I came back the following day for the oil change and was told that I would have to wait at least an hour for service. Terrible service and waste of time at the Braintree 5 corners location. I went to Valvoline and was in and out in 20 minutes, fast, friendly service.

This was my third visit to Firestone. Unfortunately my alignment didn't come out good the first time, nor the second attempt (different location) to fix it. Finally, after taking it to this location, I was told by Shawn he'd do everything he could to get it properly aligned. It turned out that a sensor reset he performed on my steering mechanism, and an alignment, put my car the way I knew it was supposed to ride. It's as smooth as ever, and I'm so happy Firestone didn't give me any issues during all my visits. Shawn is a spectacular tech, and an asset to this company. He made me feel welcomed, acknowledged the issue, recommended a plausible fix, and performed the repair in a matter of 20 minutes.

Yesterday while moving my son into college my tire blew. Called Sean who said “bring it in and I’ll handle it”. Dropped it off with no appointment and he fixed the car in no time. My stress was gone and car came back perfect. Thank you once again for making a hard day much easier!

FROM NIGHTMARE TO DREAM I brought my Audi in for a routine oil change. Somehow, the crew drained the tranny fluid and put 4.9 quarts of oil on the old stuff. I drove off with a cloud of smoke pouring out of the car. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. However, upon returning, the Mqnager Sean went right to work making things more than right. He and his tech Eric went right to work flushing my tranny, and getting my stuff right. They refunded my money and the whole crew was genuinely apologetic. What a great bunch of guys. Sean ensured me if there was any lasting damage it would be covered. I plan on these guys being my number one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Service not performed but still got charged. Ask for tires to be rotated, marked them, and got them back the exact same way. Not even sure if they did the alignment for the lifetime alignment i purschased in the past. Very immature clerk who would not even take down a message for the manager. When I did speak to the manager they sided with the employee and saw nothing wrong. Very disappointed in customer service these days. And then to get some absurd reply about how they are so happy to get 5 star reviews. Stay away from this place unless you want to get taken advantage of.

The whole crew at this location are awesome. What a great group of people to work with on a professional level, from the moment you call in to the moment the work gets done. Kind, courteous and, professional are definitely how I would define everyone at this location. I cant get over the quality of work provided either. You guys have a customer for life.

Super friendly and helpful on the phone to book my alignment. Friendly greeting when I showed up. Timely service while I waited. Friendly and knowledgeable when I asked followup questions. Note: I went on a Sunday when he said they're much slower than the Friday/Saturday rush and I have the lifetime alignment package so it didn't cost me anything so no bill to go over though so can't speak to that.

I was repeatedly bounced around between the Brainteee store, the customer service department, and the rebate department after the store failed to inform me about the battery rebate. “None of them could see the offer”, of getting $15 instantly off or a $30 Gift card which is complete bs and false advertising. I have the legitimate screenshot I wish I could attach. I spent $352 on a qualifying battery with in-store installation and all of a sudden they don't see what I'm talking about. The store asked me to return with the printout. I live 4-5 towns away and went to them based on a recommendation. When I called to inquire about the rebate, the guy at the front desk sounded annoyed and even put me on speaker. While I was waiting, another customer mentioned that communication at the store is poor, and I completely agree. I won't go back; save your time and money time and money. #ridiculous

Professional, efficient, and quality work. I had a slow leak in my tire that had persisted for several weeks. A couple of years back, I had a good experience with tire replacement at this Firestone and decided to call them again to make an appointment to have this tire assessed and hopefully repaired without replacement. I arrived at my appointment time at opening and had the car back in about an hour. The technician identified the damage causing the slow leak, removed the screw and repaired the tire. All for ~$30 and my problem is solved. Thank you to store Manager Sean for making the process run so smoothly. He made the appointment earlier in the week when I called, he greeted me nicely at drop off, called with an update, and rang me out at pick up. Excellent service.

Made an appointment for first thing in the morning to have 4 tires changed. Took about a half hour or 45 minutes to get the vehicle in the building, and then another TWO AND A HALF HOURS to change the tires. I worked at auto shops for 10 years and it NEVER took me anything close to that amount of time for 4 tires. It should take no longer than 45 minutes. I was gonna come back for an alignment, but I’ll be looking for elsewhere. Don’t come here unless you REALLY like waiting.

Needed an oil change in a rental - long story short, I called two hours before they closed and they said they could not accommodate because it takes an hour and a half to do an oil change 😒. The woman on the phone hung up when I asked for her name. I called back and asked for her name or to speak to a manager and she refused and said I could come to the store and hung up. It’s frustrating because Hertz does business with them so the options are limited. I would never do business with them regularly. There are three in the area and all the staff are extremely rude. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid doing business here. There are better places to spend your money that offer the same service with a much more pleasant experience.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Staffs were unprofessional and rude. I dropped by on an early weekday morning to ask if they could mount a brand new set of winter tires (bought from an online dealer) to a set of spare rims. The place was a ghost town and the staff still refused, saying it was not worth their time even though I was paying for it. On a different occasion, my wife's car had a flat on the way home so we had to get it patched here. They also did a complementary vehicle check and recommended a new engine air filter. We declined the service and went home. Five minutes after leaving the store, the engine was shaking itself out of the car every time I got on the gas pedal like it was being choked (not a problem before visiting the store). After limping home, I opened the engine air filter box and found a ball of leaves/debris shoved into the airbox, blocking the filter and preventing any air from getting into the engine (pictured below). After cleaning out the airbox, the car ran perfectly fine as it did previously when I drove to the automotive parts store to get a new engine air filter.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. my father in law recently went there to get new tires. They were rude to him, overcharged him and the tire light came on after he left. He went to his trustworthy Firestone location in Coventry RI (highly recommend) and they said they couldn’t believe how bad the alignment and installation was. Corporate should look into this place.

Needed to install a new set of tires and they offered a very competitive price, also went in for an alignment with the lifetime package. I called to confirm I was able to drop off the car in the morning without an appointment. The service was fast and everyone was very friendly, though front alignment is still slightly out of spec (I'll just bring it back in later in the year).

The technicians were very nice and friendly. They were nice enough to call me about the sale they had that saved me $140 and schedule my appointment to come get my car fixed, they also told me about the rebate on the new tires. They were really knowledgeable, they took the time to explain to me how the car could get affected if I don't take care of it on time, and recommended more upcoming works that will need to be done. And also, explained to me about the warranty on the new tires I bought. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service received. Thank you, guys! Keep up the good work!

Got my tires serviced here a year ago. They tried to hide their alignment report, when I asked for it, the report shown that they only did the front tires. I recently had 1 of my tires popped, threads shown uneven wear due to bad alignment job I purposely avoided small vendors and still having to deal with unnecessary issues.. what a waste of time and money.

Very unsatisfied with my tirerack.com tire install. If I could give a ZERO STAR RATING, I would!!! I did an early morning drop off for (4) new tires that I had scheduled a week prior. The install took longer than expected and upon pick up I made it a 1/2 mile from the shop before my car died in traffic (fortunately an accident did not occur, but close enough) because during the "complementary service inspection" my new engine air filter was removed, checked, and put back improperly and when I gave my car gas it tried very hard to eat my air filter and died. I needed to buy a new air filter to replace the ruined one. The next day I went on to the highway and found that one of my rear tires was not properly balanced, actually it hadn't been rebalanced at all and needed to have it balanced. And finally this weekend (5 days since my appointment) I did a lug nut check and found all were way over torqued and one had been improperly fastened (picture )that it would no longer allow the proper socket to fit over it, I took me the better part of an hour to finally remove it and replace it. So, please do not visit this location without double checking every single thing they have touched, better yet just don't visit it!! - S.Wood
