Got help from manger alex help me find out which battery would fit my mazda and also helped me install it.

I came in to see Alex today with a question about wiper blades he not only helped me find what fit my price range, he then proceeded to put them on my van and fill my washer fluid I am very happy with my service. Thanks guys.

Just dealt with a guy there who had no personality and didn't know what he was talking about. He also seemed rude because of it. Asked for brake pad sensors and he looking up something else pertaining to the ABS sensor. Plus they all were standing in a corner talking while I waited. Lady who worked there had to call him over to help while she went outside to do a battery in the cold without him even asking if he could do it. Lazy lazy and rude. Think his Nance was Chris. Won't return to this one.

Professional and very kind to help replace my headlight bulbs. 100% recommend coming here!

Erin helped me find the correct wipers and attachment for my car. It was tough to get them on but she persisted, coming outside to my car with me in 14° weather to make sure they fit. She is awesome and I will definitely be returning to this AutoZone in the future!

From my husband Ron: This afternoon during the snow storm, my waitress confided she had a problem with her Jeep. I offered to have the battery checked. During the blizzard, Ron and Erin at this AutoZone confirmed the battery was no good. Ron changed it, confirmed everything was working properly, guaranteeing my waitress could get home in the blizzard safely. Ron is a gentleman. Thank you.

Came in with an issue with my tail light, Ron at the Autozone in Braintree went above and beyond to assist me. It turned out all I needed was to tighten a connection on a tail light and didn’t need to outraces anything, Ron was extremely helpful and kind, standing out in the cold opening my tail light to help me even though it didn’t end up in a sale. Thanks again to Ron for all the help, highly recommend this location and their staff. Editing 1/8/26: I am not sure how they do it but the staff at this Autozone are the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever come across. Even something simple like grabbing wiper fluid and they went out of their way to make it easy, grabbing it for me and carrying it to the register. Whoever manages this location should be proud of their team.

This is by far the BEST Autozone in greater Boston. Ronald not only helped me within 5 minutes but he went out and changed the headlights for me in my 2007 Honda accord and also cleaned off the battery for me. I would suggest that if you need help with auto parts to go to this location. Thank you guys for your hospitality, friendly welcome and help with getting me new headlights. You’re all rockstars!

I went To AutoZone to get an air filter for my car. When I got home, it was the wrong size even after TWO people at AutoZone told me it was the right size. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME DRIVING BACK-AND-FORTH. Maybe these guys should know what they’re doing.

I went to the Braintree location and Jake, the manager, and Steve helped me get a new battery for my car. They made the process very quick and easy and were so friendly and knowledgeable when I asked a million questions. I usually deal with Alex who is hands down the best auto parts retail employee you will ever meet but he had the day off so I was helped by Ron who was pretty darn good as well. Will definitely be coming back to work with Alex again on one of my muscle car projects.

I went in to get a new battery and the team here helped me pick out what one I needed quickly. Mikey and Matt offered to help put it in my car and did a great job. Great service from these guys!

Mikey M had incredible service! Very respectable, nice gentleman who didn’t have to be so nice to me, but he made me feel good, even though I know nothing about Cars. I don’t know much about cars since I’ve been driving for one year, but Mikey gave me great tips about when to get check up’s for my car, what oil is best for my car and how to register my car since I’m in a new state! I would like to start off by saying "Thanks again Alex!'"he was attentive, professional and helped me with finding exactly what I needed. If I could give this location More stars I would. Shout out to the other guy work king as well. Both greeted me As soo. As I walked in, Being a woman and walking in an auto parts store should always be this easy!

I came to this store to replace the battery in my truck while still under warranty. The store associate named Sheron was going to help me change the battery but he told me that his co-worker Johnny said the battery can’t leave the store before I took the old battery in. Then I asked Johnny nicely to remove my old battery for me. He refused to do that but at least Sheron lent me the tool to remove the battery. I gave them the old battery and thought that they would at least install the battery for me. Guess what, Johnny said they did not want to do it and I have to install the battery by myself. They were just standing around and chatting.

Thank you to Luis for helping my friend yesterday who was locked out of his vehicle. He even refused a $50 tip. He was just the kindest guy and helped a complete stranger. Autozone is lucky to have such a nice employee. Thank you Alberto ( owner of white Rav4 ) This review was meant for the Quincy store !!!!

Mikey was very helpful and showed me how to change my wipers. He was patient, kind, respectful. Will def come back to this location to have him help me in the future.

Brian and Victor made me feel incredibly safe. I was nervous driving my car and didn't know what was wrong since I had never had issues with it before. They ran a diagnostic and stayed with me outside until I felt secure. Brian referred me to a nearby mechanic and was very kind, especially when I walked in frantically. He followed Victor in helping me out. Thank you both so much.

This store is awesome not your average Autozone this one is clean bright and super organized and your counter man Alex is great. He came out to my car diagnosed the issue and topped up my a/c he even checked my oil after without hesitation even in the hot sun. What a great employee. I will definitely be back.

I walked in this hot afternoon, my AC stopped blowing cold air. I had to pick my two little ones from daycare very soon. I know nothing about Gas Freon, the salesman was so patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me get my AC back working… Thank you so very much costumer service has become very rare and you prove to me that we still have genuine people working willing to go the extra mile 🤓🤓🤓

Mikey was excellent! I had a flat and knew I could repair it myself. Mikey pointed me in the right direction and recommended the right kit. He was already assisting another customer with their wipers and then came over to help me and ensure I had the right tools to remove the nail in my tire. Sullivan Tire next door was great too. They filled my tire with air and checked the patch to make sure it held.

Mikey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Upon coming into the store he was able to identify I had the wrong replacement bulb for my car and was able to quickly get me the right one and process my return. Upon getting the right bulb he helped me put the new one in my car and checking the other bulbs, where he realized that the light on the other side was out as well and helped me replace that one too. He was very efficient, helpful, and professional I will be going to see Mikey and the team at AutoZone Braintree whenever I have questions or need parts for my car.
