This place will look you in the eye and steal 60lbs of scrap right in front you. Carts weigh 30lbs, not 80. Save yourself a trip and let these guys go bankrupt
Went in with copper and put it in their cart when weighed. It said 186 lb when I went to the counter, and they said it was 85 lb. I was expecting it to be less because of the cart, but there is no way the cart weighs 101 lb
Very accommodating for a last Minute request. I had been running around town trying to off load an item. The man took it with no problem. Have been using them for multiple occasions. Always recommend.
Very easy to bring back a load of old residential wiring pulled out of my basement. Didn't get much for it, but they were completely transparent about the pricing.
Absolute crooks we brought 200 pounds of number one pure copper one little peice had a speck of tarnish on it so they gave us brass prices for all of the copper it should have been 600 dollars worth of copper they gave us 121 dollars and when we asked for the copper back they said no it was theirs because it was already in their possession would give the most possible negative star rating if I could

For at least the second time this scrap yard has taken advantage of my handicapped and disabled friend--He takes metal there tells him he has copper wire and brass, stainless as well as regular metal and they make him dump it out back after weighing the truck --in other words he doesn't get the rate for copper and brass etc. only the base metal pennies on the pound. How can they do this to someone who obviously needs to be instructed to bring his good metal inside--they have been doing this on purpose and not just once!! I'd like to report them to the police, but we all know how far that would get us. Shame on you McConnell's.
