Great customer service from Chris and other staff. Very friendly and accommodating explained everything in detail and made it easier to understand what problems I have with my car. I really liked that I was sent a video showing me what is needed to be fixed. I was a little overwhelmed at the price for a transmission fluid change, but I appreciated how helpful the staff was.

I had a great experience at this Ford dealership, and Tony was outstanding from start to finish. He’s the kind of salesperson you actually want to work with — straightforward, helpful, and genuinely focused on what you need instead of pushing something on you. Tony answered all my questions, walked me through every step of the process, and made everything clear and stress-free. He was patient, honest, and really went out of his way to make sure I felt confident with my purchase. If you’re planning to buy a car at this Ford dealership, ask for Tony. We purchased a vehicle. Robert took care of us. He did not act like a sales man with all the pressure put on us. He was very nice and took care of us like a friend. When he could not figure something out on our phones to sync with the car he went and got another man that was able to work it out. We were very happy. What really inspired me was , my wife was talking to the reseptionist. She told my wife her husband work at herb chambers. When he died she was contacted by herb chambers. They asked her if she want a job. She took it. It is so nice to hear of a company that is concerned about the families that work for it. When I need another car I shall be back.

Cindy the service person scheduled my recall repair and as always she followed through making sure that everything was done appropriately. She also informed me of other issues that need to be addressed. I have been a long term customer at Herb Chambers Ford. Cindy is the only service staff person I feel confident seeing work is done properly. She looks out for the safety and well being of my wife and myself.

Service was easy to schedule using the Ford app. Service advisor was helpful. I Went in for a $100 oil change and ended spending almost $400. However the maintenance was needed. I do have a problem justifying $80 to change an air filter when I can buy one and parts store for $25-$30 and change it myself.

Had the brakes on my wife’s car serviced recently and couldn’t be happier with an unwanted situation. My service rep was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. I love quick and easy. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and my wife is happy. Highly recommend their service department! I never give 5-Stars.

Brought my new F150 (just under 5000miles) in for service due to a vibration I felt in the pedal when on the highway and accelerating. I made an appointment a week out and dropped the truck off as they were opening up for the day. While I was treated absolutely fine and the employees were pleasant, I still received the good old, “unable to replicate the concern” line after they had my truck for the day. They didn’t bother to call to get more detail on what the problem was, they just waited to call with an hour left of their hours to tell me truck was ready. I tried to explain on the phone that it couldn’t be and the problem was a consistent one and I had found plenty of posts across the web regarding the specific issue which was categorized as well documented with the new generation F150s. When I then went down to the shop to speak with them, everyone was gone for the day except the person who was there to give me back my keys. Immediately upon leaving the lot, I replicated the problem within 5 mins on the highway. I detailed the problem to them and when they couldn’t locate the issue, they just dismissed it instead of shootin me a call to ask a few more questions. I get its a dealership service center and they have a ton of vehicles going in and out but I pay a ton of money for that truck and would just like the warranty covered and the issue addressed.

Great service drop off experience for 33k service for my F-150 at 7:30am. Justin was great and super helpful to get me checked in quickly and explained all services and costs up front. Cindy is great! She is my favorite person to work with at Herb Chambers! I feel she actually listens to you when you are discussing your vehicle. Doesn't make you feel like you're crazy when you describe the weird sounds your car is making. What sold me on Cindy is her commitment. I bought my car brand new at a Ford dealership in Rhode Island. I had owned it for a little over 2 months. I stop to get gas. It won't start. I bring it back to the dealership where I bought it. The service tells me it just needed a jump at 3000 miles and he tested my battery and said it was fine. Two days later my car won't start. I bring it to Herb Chambers and I get Cindy and through her due diligence, they found the problem, there was a dead cell in the battery. They installed a new battery. Problem solved. All this is happening 2 days before I leave for a trip overseas. She kept me updated. I didn't have to chase her with calls. She called me. She remembers you. She always greets you with a smile and a positive attitude! She is a pleasure to work with!

I went in to look at a vehicle on there website. The vehicle I was looking for was not there it was a another location 45 minutes away. The told me no worries they would go get the vehicle and bring it to my house the next day. I live about 30 minutes from the dealership. They drove through Boston traffic to bring the vehicle to me on a Monday afternoon at 4:00 pm. This vehicle did not have all the option that I was looking for but they added everything I needed and wanted to it to make it right fir me. they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase I was making. The entire team was very welcoming. They even mad sure that my 7 year nephew was happy and gave him things to play with and color while waiting to sign the paperwork. The sales man Bobby even made several paper air planes with him. I have purchased many vehicles and have been to several dealerships and I have to say the Braintree Ford location is the most welcoming and friendly dealerships I have been to. The deal I got o. my purchase and my trade was excellent. The financing team was also great she took her time to go over all the paperwork and all the options available and made sure we understood everything we where getting. I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

I’ve been to this dealership for several services to my vehicle. It’s always easy to schedule an appointment (not so easy at other dealerships in the Boston metro area). They always are able to give me an estimate on time and cost of services (which is standard but again not so in the Boston metro area). They could be better about every associated greeting people they see standing around waiting to be served. A simple, “hi, hope you’re doing well today. Have you been helped? Someone will be right with you. You’re good to wait right here.” That would give them five stars. I’ve been to dealerships who have this almost concierge culture. It’s about helping customers feel at ease and less anxious about what they’re walking into. The agent, Jack, who helped me was great. And so was the shuttle driver, Seth. The process to check in and out was quick and smooth each time I’ve gone over the past 4 years. Never pushy about getting maintenance and never keeping my car beyond the estimated time.

I have so much to say about the amazing services I've received at Herb Chambers Ford. The customer service is outstanding, especially from Derek, who has been an exceptional technician. I first met Derek in 2025, but we have been in communication over the phone for the past three to four years. I usually pick up my vehicle after hours, which is why we hadn't crossed paths until now. Derek has been incredibly helpful over the phone, displaying a level of customer service that is rare to find these days. I also recently met his manager, John, who is equally dedicated to assisting customers, whether it's with my car or my motorhome. The entire team is friendly and truly committed to providing excellent service. I can't recommend them enough! I love writing great reviews, and this one is a sincere appreciation of the team’s efforts. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone! May God bless you all!

Clyde was an absolute dream to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable and made sure that all of our questions were answered. We went on a test drive and he made sure that we got a real feel for the car while explaining all the features the new Bronco had. I always have a positive experience here, whether routine service or a car concern. Cindy is consistently my “person” and I have a lot of trust in her and the team’s expertise. I appreciate the personalized, kind service I get when I’m there. No reason for me to go anywhere else. I love my bronco sport almost as much as my dog and you can tell this team at herb chambers does, too.

Chris at ford in Braintree was so nice and respectful. It did not feel like the classic car salesman ick at all. He also was so communicative through the whole process. I had a great experience! And my new ford ranger is so cool:)
