My car died on me as I was driving into my apartment’s garage. I had to have it towed nearby where I could get the battery changed. It was 6pm in the evening and Julio, the store manager, was extremely helpful. A time where we all want to go home and unwind, he stepped up and made sure my battery was changed correctly and even ran the testing on my engine, finding that I also had an issue with my alternator. He connected me with a mechanic in the area for a great price who was able to change my alternator the next morning. I highly recommend coming to this AutoZone location for your auto needs, they will take great care of you!

Its really bad experience I'm still waiting for more than 15 minutes when I ask the manager julio it seems egnore me with bad attitude intel now I'm still waiting Again when I ask him he said the guy is outside very nice customer service from manger

The manager Julio is so kind and helpful and he made my day! Not only did he help me test my battery, alternator and starter, he went above and beyond to get a new battery in my car and even helped me follow up on the warranty so I didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get my car running again. I’ve honestly never had anyone in any customer service role be this helpful. Thank you Julio!!

Julio who is the manager at the revere AutoZone location was very helpful. His customer service was top-notch. He was able to assist me with this alternator issue I was dealing with and also explained thoroughly how the warranty process works. At the end I got the result I wanted and I couldn't be more happier. He really values his job and cares about making his customers happy. I even tried to offer him a tip but he wouldn't accept it.

I went to get my battery replace and I’m thankful that Julio was there to help me!! He change my battery and didn’t turn me away even though it looked so complicated he made it look easy! i was in the store to return some parts and i was a little confused about the return, JULIO NEVES took some time and went through every details and explained to me how it worked and could not be any HAPPEIR to do his job , I like to let you know Autozone is very LUCKY to have such a GENTELMAN work for them, these days employee like him are ONE IN TEN MILIONE every where you go most people seems bothered to stop looking at their phone and talk to the customers .please give my sincer tganks to him and i have been a customer for years but now because of him i am changing my store to Rever 3232. THANKS JULIO.

I don't see the point of ordering online if it takes more than an hour to to get the parts pull out and still when you get to the location is more than 30 min of wait because they haven’t even pull the order out of the system this sucks to be honest need better management

I've been to different autozones all around the country.Julio "the ziptie master" helped me zip tie my breather hose on to my intake because A certain mechanic at SICA AUTOMOTIVE snapped my connnector..because ofJose the Ziptie Master I was able to get home or else I would have had to toe the car! Rene was also very knowledgeable on how to assess the situation. This autozone part store can qualify for a mechanic shop. Great expertise and I am grateful for the accommodation and friendliness. This is now my go to auto parts store ty Staff

I had a very disappointing experience with Julio. He refused to return my brake pads and rotors, even though they were still under warranty. While I was still at the counter trying to resolve the issue, he ignored me and started helping the next person in line. On top of that, he asked me, “Do you do Uber or Lyft?”—as if that justified not honoring the warranty. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I expected better service and respect. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

I just went here and met Ariel. He was beyond amazing . He was polite , patient , engaging , helpful and kind . He helped me pick windshield wipers and also windshield fluid . He showed me how to install them . He also helped me with my coupon . Ariel deserves a raise or a store coupon . He went above and beyond and I really hope someone recognizes him .

I didn’t get his name but the gentleman working on 12/08/24 at 4:00pm was wonderful. He gave me a call to tell me my order wasn’t available. He was very friendly and efficient in helping me find a replacement.

I APOLOGIZE FOR THE FIRST RATING I LEFT, IT WAS A MISTAKE WHILE I WAS DOING ANOTHER REVIEW ON GOOGLE MAPS. THE TRUTH ABOUT AUTOZONE, FROM WHEN I STEPPED IN TO WHEN I STEPPED OUT, THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE AS USUAL. THEY ASK IF YOU NEED HELP ,IF U Don't NEED IT THEY BACK OFF , BUT IF U DO NEED HELP THEY ARE ALL OVER IT IN 2 MINUTES. THEY TREAT EVERYONE LIKE A HUMAN BEING, THEY DON'T FOLLOW YOU AROUND LIKE THEY THINK THEY'RE GETTING ROBBED AT GUNPOINT, BUT THEY DONT IGNORE U NEITHER. VERY WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE , THEY ALWAYS HAD THE PART OR ITEM IN STOCK. A HUGE PARKING LOT ON THE SIDE OF BUILDING WITH PLENTY OF SPOTS ALSO I NOTICED A FEW SPOTS FOR HANDICAP PARKING

They do not take care of their inventory. Made me waste my time and come by for a part they did not have in stock and also made me wait 30 minutes on one foot. They were apparently supposed to call me to let me know. I ordered the part at 10 am and it is 5:35 PM ….. I mean to make matters worse no manager was attempting to come fix the situation. Nobody knew how to transfer the order to another store and nobody offered to call another and place the order. They ended up refunding my order and I had to ask that they call another store to avoid the same situation again. SMH 🤦🏽♂️

Workers here are amazing, they where able to help me find the right windshield wipers for my vehicle, and they even helped me install them! I tried offering the employee a tip but they refused to take it, I will definitely be coming back here again!

Of all the stores I have been to and the employees and mangagers I have spoken to Victoria S. was particularly noteworthy for her outstanding customer service. She demonstrated a great knowledge of the parts and components. Her recommendations were spot-on, saving me both time and money. She took the time to explain each of the products and even gave me tips for my future visits. It was clear that she wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and more than just a person trying to sell me something.
