Pessimos ! Me venderam um carro que com tempo foi dando problemas a parte elétrica toda cheia de gambiarra . O interno passaram um produto preto e depois que saiu estava todo manchado . Carro cheio de problemas , um lixo. Simplesmente não comprem com eles , pra você não passar raiva depois
Terrible! They sold me a car that started developing problems over time; the entire electrical system was full of shoddy patch jobs. On the interior, they applied a black product, and once it wore off, the whole thing was stained. The car is riddled with problems—it’s a piece of junk. Simply put: do not buy from them, unless you want to save yourself a massive headache later on.
Don't worry. In court, you will have to explain everything done to the car—the purchases and its provenance. I have already sent over a record of everything I’ve spent since the day I took possession of it. Don't worry; everything will be resolved there.
I don’t recommend this company to anyone. I have been waiting for a refund since November, which was supposed to be issued when I picked up the vehicle. Since then, I've been in contact with the owner, Lais, who keeps giving me unrealistic deadlines. When the promised date arrives, she simply extends the deadline again. I've sent multiple messages and made phone calls, but I'm no longer getting any response. The customer service during the sale was great, but if you have any issue afterward, be prepared - the post-sale service is terrible. This company clearly acts in bad faith and cannot be trusted
If I could give 0 stars I would, I must be sincere I did not purchase a vehicle from this place but I had the chance to see first hand how poorly they treat their costumers. After we entered the establishment trying to fix a matter with my friend the apparently owner “sized me up”, presented himself and once I told him what we were there for rudely he said I’m not going to talk to you since the deal wasn’t with me. I can definitely understand that but it’s sad to see the tone in which what could’ve been a possible future client was treated. I remained calm so I could explain to my friend what he was being told. But it’s sad to see that there is no intentions on staying professional. I would personally stay away from a place like this. Do not recommend it. Clients must be treated with professionalism and if one is not willing to do that individual shouldn’t be dealing with people at the least.
ALL POSITIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE THEIR EMPLOYEES Absolute disgrace of a business. They treat you amazing when you first walk in, ghost you, then attack you to get the deal done. They will seem super helpful and offering to do all paperwork for loan application, but instead they make their own numbers out of left field. The bank declined my application only because it was too suspicious. Of course they also didn’t tell me the vehicle was in TWO accidents when we were in conversation about it. Oh, and lastly, they require a 500$ security deposit to do whatever, THEY WONT GIVE IT BACK IF YOU DONT BUY THE CAR.

Shady dealership, before you buy they treat you like a prince, after you sign the contract, they treat you like trash, don't ever go to this place, worst experience ever, most disrespectful salesman I ever seen, almost a month to deliver my car

Não recomendo, estou com uma grande dor de cabeça com eles. Olhei um carro com eles no valor de 35.900, entrada de 7.500(troca). Exigiram o tille do meu carro para dar início no financiamento, o banco ao me enviar o contrato percebi que os valores estavam totalmente diferentes, valor do carro 46.600, entrada de 10.700 e valor a ser financiado de 38.213,00, liguei para eles e me disseram que estava corretos e que não poderia mais alterar! Não assinei o contrato, encerrei a compra devido os valores não serem cumpridos, porém não querem entregar meu tille, ainda estao cobrando 495 dólares.

I purchase a vehicle late six months ago, completely rip off if you don’t want to be ripped off stay away from this dealer miles is not the original ones after that I purchased the vehicle leaking transmission they refuse to fix
