They towed my brand new Mercedes for a zone violation and when i got there i had damage notifications on my car and had to call the police to report the accident.

I’m a Property Owner in Lynn My property is commercial Apartments and Daycare Across from my Property Has a Bar Where the clients that goes there use My Property I placed no Trespassing signs up I signed a Contract with G/J towing company I did call them few times they never showed up I did Question them why they said that They would need the vehicle information Them bring it to the Police station Fine , again I call them with All vehicles information Make model, plate, color and I wait for them I was told that the driver went to the police station when saw one of G/j truck driving by without stopping One of my tenants vehicle got damaged by a drunk driver that was at the Bar and again I Called G/J towing and said that was no authorized vehicle in the property and I would Like to have it removed and said that tenants Vehicle was damaged because of people was violating the notice G/J person over the phone said that wasn’t he’s Problem that I would have to call my insurance always rude over the phone Today I went to get my prove of ownership That I provided when I signed up the towing Contract Again I was missing theater, I never Recommend this towing company to nobody

They very rude very unprofessional highly priced do Do not know how to talk to customers on the phone poor customer relationship besides that I called up to find out about my car that was impounded because it was stolen and one of the staff members actually Hang up the phone on me. It was very rude and told me to listen that he’s talking. I’m going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau.

Was driving down route 1 today and nearly got run off the road from one of these trucks. They were weaving between lanes and going faster than it should given its size. I couldn't see its license plate or I would have called the office to report it.

Terrible customer service. I don’t know who trained them but no respect whatsoever. I really hope they get shut down.

Had a terrible experience with whomever answered the phone there today. There's a huge flatbed truck that's 3ft into the parking lot ACROSS from the only 2 handicap spots at the small lot at Horn Pond! At this point I've watched 2 cars try to park & could not because somebody that actually cares less than the receptionist who answered their phones, does left it there. He/she nowhere to be found!! Hopefully someday you, your Mom's, Dad's or kids don't need those spaces & some creeps like yourselves do the same to you!! Receptionist hung up on me!! Karma has a way.........

wish i could give 0 stars… awful scammy place. the guy on the phone was nice and said $220 but when we got there the guy at the desk was so rude, told me I didn’t know my license plate when he wrote it wrong, and randomly said it’s $263. a man in line behind me had a similar experience of them overcharging him even more. all the other reviews share similar experiences as well.

Dishonest, Overpriced, and Incredibly Frustrating My experience with G and J Towing was absolutely awful. They originally quoted me $190 for the tow and $35 per day for storage, but after 17 days, they’re now demanding $785. To make it worse, the OWNER himself told me the total was actually $853, with no clear explanation for these additional charges. On top of that, they don’t accept card payments. It’s 2025—there’s no excuse for refusing modern payment methods, especially when dealing with such high fees. To add insult to injury, they made me jump through unnecessary hoops to get my plates back. They told me I needed to call Revere Police for a release form, but when I did, the police said I needed to call transit police. Then, transit police told me a release form wasn’t even required! Why are they making customers waste time on pointless calls? This company has zero regard for customer convenience or honesty. If you want transparency, professionalism, or even basic respect, avoid G and J Towing at all costs.

Unprofessional Staff, the “guy's” don’t know anything about what they’re doing and get mad at you when you explain. They wouldn’t provide any information on my vehicle, as well as their names because they knew this review was coming and didn’t want to be named. Super sassy couple of men for a tow company. There’s a reason this place hasn’t reached 4 Stars.

Just had a bike delivered from Swampscott MA to the Lakes region NH. Called them last night and had it by 11am. Driver was awesome and I talked to Donny at G/J and he made it happen! Thank you guys!

Was told twice a price with taxes and fees to get the car back. We get there to get the car and not only is the car not at that location they didn't tell us that they also charge a lot fee for us to get it at the lot that it was at which was in Lynn they made us go to Revere to pay it when I asked the guy why didn't you tell us that over the phone when we called the two times that we called the guy told us that it didn't matter because we still had to go there to pay to get the car well yeah it does matter because I didn't go there with cash in hand I intended to use my credit card and we should have known where the car was they could have told us when you have to come here and pay for it and then go to get it there and they should have told us the lot fee which was $100 more than what they quoted us so their business to me was horrible the guy was rude and a jerk

These guys are the biggest slime balls of all times. Their service is garbage and they make most of their money screwing hard working people over. They all act like tough guys (especially the fat balding red head) but when you ask them to step out of the truck they suddenly change their tune after talking crazy..... It's ironic considering the owner is one of the biggest rats in history and makes his money shilling for the police. I would rather take my chances with literally any other company than give these jabronis a single penny... Zero Stars if that was possible

This place is a front taking all the cars in the area of the more lower income sections charging 197 only cash in a snow storm with no snow !! I called to ask if my car was there I got hung up on !! These ppl are scammers and only except cash on a parking band with no snow !!! You guys are disgusting and should be ashamed of your selfs towing every single cars on a street of lower class !!

Towed my car then required me to pay cash. No other forms of payment. Charged ridiculous sums for storage per day. After looking up the company, the owner was charged with tax fraud. It's clear why they only accept cash.

Let me start by saying Triple AAA is horrible and G&J Towing saved my life. I was stuck on 95 N freeway and neither police or road service wanted to help without a very high cost towing. I found G&J towing - professional reliable - great value. He showed up at 3 am and suggested even a closer drop of LG place that could probably have the service I needed. He even checked in with me the next day. Highly recommended Thank you sir for being there for me

junior is the absolute worst driver. i looked up his license plate on and it popped up on tik tok, this leading me to his employment- thought since he drives for a living yall should know that he tried to run me off the road and turned his brights on D: very scary!!!!

The guy in the office was nice and very helpful. But the blonde/red head kid needs training on staying professional/de-escalate situations because not all customers will be happy with your service.

Donny & G/J Towing did a great job & were very helpful! We had a non-running forklift in Lynn, MA that needed to get back to Minnesota. Not only were they able to make things extremely easy for us when we sent in our driver for pick-up, prior to getting the tow set up, they went to the pick-up location to check everything out to make sure they were going to be able to get it done. Will definitely use them again if we ever need towing service in the area again. Thank you!!

I had my car towed for a reason that was not my own fault. I’m a 22 year old girl who was stuck 2 hours away from home, I was cooperative and polite through the entire experience. I don’t normally leave reviews but I must say, this dealing with type of person was the kind of person that makes you loose faith in society. Rude and impolite for absolutely NO reason what so ever, but for there own enjoyment, like they got a rise out of my bad situation. The tow driver completely belittled me making snarky remarked the entire time. Truly sickening. I don’t understand how someone could enjoy being so rude for no reason. Please if your going to use a tow company, I suggest giving your hard earned money to people who don’t feel the need to bully strangers. Truly disgusting.

I wouldn't hire these people. Almost run me over and ran me off the road a couple of time. Using their vehicle as a weapon. Doesn't even respect other driver on the road. I remember reading in the news one of their driver rear end a car and killed the passenger.

Called them very late in the evening for a difficult spot tow and they arrived in good time. They took as long as they could to safely remove the vehicle without causing damage. Great work guys!

Keys were locked in the car. They said they would be there in 1 hour. Almost 2 hours came and went I called back and they said they would be there in 2 MORE hours. Told them I waited just to be told to wait again. I'm all set.

They are a very rude company. Was on a very busy highway late at night and wanted a quick update on a tow. The receptionist or whatever she is was very rude and rushed us. As if we were not already startled from our tire popping on a 60mph highway. They really need to work on their customer service skills will definitely NOT be back. Will make sure to not recommend to family or friends.

Glenn and the gang at G/J are great to work with! They helped load a asphalt roller on to my trailer, were prompt, super easy to work with and offered great service and a great price! Would definitely use them again in the future!!

Warning. Make sure you ask G J Towing to disclose all their fees for all the services before you hire them. I was told it would cost $125 to pick up a car in a nearby area and hold the car overnight for an auction house to pick up the next day, which i paid up front. The next day, they wanted an additional $160 to release the car!!! 35 a calendar day to store it and a $90 GATE FEE. All total: $285. I had to pay or they would hold the car and charge $35 a day more. I work all over the nation hiring 3-5 tow companies a day and NEVER heard or paid any gate fee. I guess they exist but gee, WHAT FOR? THE GATE? WHAT DOES IT DO?? OPEN/CLOSE? FYI: National average for a tow is: $75 - $100 to pick up, 3-5 per mile, and 10-25 a day storage. AND DON'T LET THE GATE HIT YOU ON THE WAY OUT.
