On a Sunday afternoon, I had to get an oil change, I randomly called Firestone to get that done, Jay & Stevie delivered excellent customer service and I’m glad I came in, definitely coming back.

Went there to have a battery replaced. Here is: They took 1.5 hours to do it! Then they attempted to give the car back with the windshield wipers not working properly. Stated to the mechanic that the wipers were not set correctly...He states he didn't touch them. I told him I saw him when he was working on the battery that they were in his hands. Lie #1. I notice the dash doesnt light up upon starting. I bring the car back in the morning. The manager tells me I'm wrong. I show him that the low beams don't work. He states that I need new headlights. Then offers to do the work...Lie #. 2 Its the fuses that had blown due to the battery. The exchange with that guy was ridiculous. He assumed that I was stupid and it was clear with the arrogance and dismissive attitude he projected. Not woth the aggravation! The car place should return the car fixed. Not with added problems. I only went there for a battery replacement! Now I have to go get things done elsewhere.....Beware!

Jay delivered excellent customer service at every step of the process, including submitting an credit card application to be able to pay for the work done in 6 months without interest. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I brought my car in for a repair I thought would be a lot more than it was and with spending an extra 90, I saved a little over 400$ all thanks to Jay and his amazing team. Plus the repair was super fast, everyone was super nice, and this location is just overall excellent. Huge thank you to Jay (Service advisor), and the awesome mechanic Keith for their amazing work

If you want to waste your day doing nothing but waiting… this is the right place. I brought my car in to literally put a screw in the plastic cover under the engine. They told me a 15-minute wait, and on top of that, I paid 140 for this. They made me wait for two hours to only spend five minutes inside, something I could have done in a minute if there hadn't been snow on the floor.

I had to go to this location twice just to put air in my tire. Without question Steven came out and did it for me. Today I had time to repair the tire. It was extremely busy but honestly my t Wait time was less than an hour. They did a complete engine check also and found something that needed to be done ( I have car warranty so I’ll take it there ) Steven again was sweet polite and respectful. I love this shop. I feel like it’s the most honest shop in the area and Steven makes it all that more pleasant. Thank you Steven !!

Amazing customer service I was provided! My car was serviced to excellence. I got clear explanations prior to the issues my car had and those all got taken care of. They were quick to diagnose my issue and got me back on the road safely in just two days.

Super thankful to the service advisor Stephen at Firestone revere. He got me an excellent price on a set of four new tires and alignment along with new brakes all around will definitely be coming back for any future repairs

This branch is amazing and the service is excellent! Specifically Steve who has helped me on two different occasions so far. He knows his stuff, is very polite and friendly with the clients and always has a solution to any problem! Highly recommended for the prices as well!

I came unannounced on a Monday late morning and could still get my car’s alignment done in an hour and a half at a reasonable price. Stephen was friendly, precise and timely. I appreciated that as I had to go pick up my kids. I’ll come back.

I gave my car for tire check. Initially, the representative was obsessed with selling his own brand, which I didn’t want. Post that when I chose to get OG tires(Pirelli for my BMW), he got them installed but also on purpose damaged my valve so that he knew I had to come back to get it fixed. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend. Never get services from JAY.

I’ve been coming to the Firestone in Revere for over 15 years, and while Firestone has good products, the customer service is very poor, especially with Adam. This is the fifth time he has let me down or changed my appointment. The first time I asked him for paperwork, he refused and said, “No one withdraws millions of dollars,” which was very unprofessional. The second time, he pressured me to change my front tires even though they were still in good condition. Another time, even though I dropped my car off overnight for service, he refused to add the service I requested. Most recently, I had an 8 AM appointment, but Adam didn’t return my car until 6 PM — almost 10 hours later. He also frequently tries to defend himself even when he’s clearly wrong, which makes dealing with him very frustrating. After so many repeated issues, I truly hate dealing with Adam. Firestone makes good products, but the customer service at this location really needs improvement.

Went in for a brake job, oil change, and to replace my front passenger tire. I already knew that tire needed replacing because it was bald and rubbing the liner. The tech then told me the driver’s side tire also needed replacing which made no sense, since I had just gotten it not long ago and it showed no real signs of wear. After I paid, I noticed they had tacked on a $20 “road hazard” charge (which is supposed to be optional) they did not ask me and $21.99 for their so-called “inspection” (Most decent shops waive this if you actually get the work done). My total came out to $1,879.92. What really shocked me when I looked closely at the invoice was that the calipers they installed weren’t even brand-new — they were rebuilt calipers — yet Firestone charged me almost $290 each, which is closer to OEM new pricing. Rebuilt parts should cost less, but I was billed premium prices for them. Right after leaving, I went to Squire Road Auto Service up the street to get a second opinion after my mistake. They confirmed the driver’s tire was fine and even told me they would’ve done all the work for about half the price. Lesson learned: always get a second opinion before going to Firestone. And then there’s the Firestone credit card they try to push. When I said no, the salesperson looked at me like I was crazy and told me I’d get $100 back. What they don’t tell you up front is the APR is 28.8%. Do the math: if I had put my $1,879.92 bill on their card and didn’t pay it off in the promo period, I would’ve been hit with over $540 in interest in just one year — turning that repair into a $2,400+ bill. That’s insane, and exactly how people get trapped in debt. Imagine if I had just taken their word and replaced a perfectly fine driver’s side tire too it would’ve totaled to 2,000$ with todays economy that’s a lot. Be smart ask around!

Good experience. The store manage Jay Fernandez is very responsible and nice. They made the whole process smooth and pleasant. And my waiting time was actually shorter than expected.

Awesome service. Quick and efficient. Adam, the manager, leads an awesome team of customer focused professionals. After multiple visits for routine care and tire challenges (Boston roads), I can say this is the best auto service station I have ever visited. Adam is customer-focused, an expert communicator and understands the best processes for working with third-parties like insurance and rental companies. On this visit, I witnessed him politely and firmly explain to a customer’s insurance company they needed to grant approval because there was a safety issue. Incredible service and dedicated to customers’ best interests.

I went here two days ago for a 1pm appointment, to literally leave the place at 5:30pm... mind you, I only asked for a rear brake job. The wait should've never been that long. Someone in the garage bays just wanted to tie up a lift so not too much work needs to be done. I seen people come in after me and leave before me. They had my car on the lift for about 4 hours and when I asked what's going on, I was told to get cozy by Steve, they're waiting on the parts after already being there for 3 hours... Waiting on parts for 4 hours is absurd. No communication to customers, Steve curses up a storm and gets attitudes with customers all the time. Just a very smart ass, nasty dude. Told my wife on the phone that he didnt need an attitude from her when all she asked was why does our invoice say oil change when I got the brakes done. Just a negative experience overall and definitely won't be coming back to this location ever again. Actually, I'm not going to Firestone ever again because of that man and the worker that didn't feel like doing anything all shift and wasted my time. Highly disrespectful. Also, the customer is always right, maybe Steve should learn some morals when speaking to people.

I purchased two sets of 4 tires: little after the tires started losing air slowly. I called and explained the situation but I was given the turn around that due to winter salt the rim and corrosion cause that. While that is true. A good service would prep and clean the surface of the tire. Those this look clean to you?

Do yourself a favor and don't let these people touch your car. They installed brand new tires on my Stinger GT, and when I picked it up, it was snowing and raining. I could tell that there was grease all over the side of the tires and rims. That was until the next day when I seen the work in the sunlight. They gouged my rims soo bad with the machine, then denied that it was them. Taking it up with corporate, but i wouldn't want to go thru this again. Never again actually.

This location deserves 0 stars. I want to start by saying we had our car repaired at Firestone in Revere, MA a couple of months ago (September) our car continues to have the same issues that were supposed to be "repaired" at this location. Besides the point, on September 8th I took my vehicle to get the repairs & on September 10th my truck was ready for pick- up. To my surprise our vehicle was broken into, someone stole our very expensive tools that we used daily for our humble small business. Not only were our tools missing but the door to my truck was pried opened and broken, without any hesitation I contacted the local police and made a report. We followed up with the manager of the location in Revere, Jay Fernandez, he stated that Firestone would reimburse us for the losses/ damages, unfortunately we'd come to find out a month later after being ignored that Firestone insurance does not cover our loss due to their policy, which in fact we were never aware of, this information was finally disclosed by Firestone Corporation after I got tired of waiting for an answer from the manager . I hope everyone looking to repair their vehicle takes the time to read each review this company has including my horrible experience and re-considers.
