I came here to buy a few things. The punk at the desk said I couldn’t use the restroom so I just left.

Avoid this location at all costs. I bought a coil for $80 . took it to my mechanic he never used it ,When returned to advanced auto part Revere Melissa open it and started looking for reasons to not return it. I explained that I was present with the mechanic but She got very loud and rude. I left the revere location and went to another advanced auto part all they did was to ask me if it was used or not, then they took the part and gave me my money. The problem wasn’t the part , it was rude and unprofessional Melissa who discriminates against her customers and treat them like scammers. My mechanic advised me to use AutoZone revere better service. Train your employees especially Melissa!

Employee told me he didn’t have time to change my battery with over 20 minutes till the next person left. Terrible customer service, couldn’t have tried less. Wasted time talking to his buddy vs changing my battery. Don’t ever go here. The guy who was working at 12:30pm on 8/31 royally sucked at his job.

Everything your car need you can find there. Good service and good customer service.

Manager is rude and sick person, He refused to replace my battery which is still under warranty and receipt on hand…he want me to wait 30 mins to test it after he already checked it and said it’s weak. I took it to another location and replaced it in few mins. I almost called the police to file a report that he is refusing to help under my active warranty and take this to court but my car was blocking my neighbor driveway I had to go and not waste my time with him and will never go back even to any advance auto store again. Autozone is much better prices and never had any issues with them.

About average for an AA Parts store. This is not the closest to me, but I have been here on occasion because they had a part in stock. Average selection, good parking, overpriced like most AAP stores but when your car is broken it can be worth it to buy here vs online to avoid shopping. Nothing very high end. I was refused a battery change here by the local clerk because I had an amp wired into the terminal and he said he would not touch it even though it is properly gauged and fused, so there is that.

I ordered a part for my car in 09/12/2022 .it supposed to be in store a 2 or 3 days after order. I was in store after 3 days .I asked the worker there who did not take time to found out if the part there.he answered me that was not here yet . I came Friday ,the worker there said it was not here yet . So I asked them to cancel my order .suddenly he asked someone else to find my part and found it .so they dont take time just to look for your order. when they gave me the part , the box was open and part scratched..so you can’t sell the part used as brand new.it should be a the price less

Quick service and was very busy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

2 pm no one at the store we have to wait 20 minutes for the guy to come back and open

Broke a wiper during the ice storm and stopped in because I was in the area. They happily looked up my wiper type and immediately installed it. Great service and happy to help.

DAY 2 in MA from down south and my poor battery was hanging on by thread. The folks here were speedy, courteous, and patient as they explained what was up with my battery and discovered the previous shop put in the wrong size battery for my car.

You are not open till 20:00 on Sundays as it shows on your official site.

Im almost always in store buying things to clean my car👌..their deals are really good sometimes

I only go there because it's convenient for me when I'm pressed for time since it's closer to my apartment than AutoZone. They're overpriced & the shelves are always poorly stocked.

Never have what you need waste of time going there

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were happy to do an extended search to find the right part for our vehicle without giving us the regular "get out of here" look. Will definitely come back

Great staff. Let me borrow tools to deal a quick fix.

The guy working behind the counter told me why my check engine light was on, free of charge. Hooked up a scanner to my car despite the cold weather. Included was diagnosis and issue code.

April is always very helpful. This is my favorite location. Great people and location

Helpful staff, usually stocked, and similar or often less expensive than other chain auto stores. I like this location because it is convenient for me to get to. Staff doesn't hesitate to help you out, or assist in answering a question.

I get most of my auto parts from this store when not shopping online
