She helped us work with the bank, made sure we had everything needed for the RMV and insurance company, and kept the process smooth and stress-free. As first‑time car buyers for our son, this meant a lot — she made it a genuinely positive experience. Anthony was just as incredible. He made sure the car had a complete once‑over before it left the lot — new brakes (pads and rotors), spotless inside and out, and a brand‑new sticker. We were searching for a solid dependable used vehicle with our daughter who needed a car quickly. We had done extensive research & went to many dealerships. Anthony at Master auto was our last stop of the day … it didn’t take us long after dealing with all the different dealerships we dealt with that day to realize Anthony stood out from the rest. Not only did he treat us with the utmost respect … & honesty without any pressure, the vehicle was in great condition. We agreed to purchase the car & Anthony went above and beyond to ensure us that our daughter would would take away a safe vehicle. I would recommend anybody to go to his store and know when they’re buying a car from him, he would not be selling it unless he himself would sell it to one of his own children! We will return to Anthony for any automobile needs in the future!

Buying a new car can be a daunting experience and buying a used auto can be downright scary—I searched for my Toyota RAV4 V6 for 2 months. I needed a dependable car to immediately drive 3,250 miles from Massachusetts to Oregon for my daughter at the U of Oregon needing wheels. These models, 2009-2012 were $3-5k more out on West Coast—probably due to less overall rust than cars here in the East. I’d seen private sellers from Facebook Marketplace and big Toyota dealers but it was Anthony and the gang at Master that made me feel like I’d not only found the car for my precious daughter but also a seller I could trust. Anthony and the guys understood the assignment and got the vehicle ready for the long journey. From the test drive to the final paperwork, throwing in new tires at cost, helping get me a spare key fob, he treated me more like an old friend. I just flew home last night from Oregon—the kiddo and her roommate were over the moon with their new found freedom. Other than a small rock ding in the windshield that I blame on my brother-in-law for following too close to a semi (smiling here) the car did great. We drove her 8-10 hours/day—Manasquan, NJ—Dayton, OH—Kansas City, MO—Denver, CO—Twin Falls, ID—Bend, OR—Eugene, OR. Saw 18 bald eagles, met friends along the way, soaked in natural hot springs and played our 1980s rock and roll. Highly recommend these folks and their service—they sold me a car fit for a cross country trip and trustworthy for my beautiful daughter for all her upcoming adventures.

We had an amazing car-buying experience with Master Auto. We purchased in December but waited to write this review because this company truly deserves it. My Spanish-speaking brother-in-law was looking for a used Toyota Highlander, and I helped translate and negotiate. After a terrible experience at a large dealership, we were relieved to find Master Auto—and it was absolutely worth the 45+ minute drive. Anthony (the owner) is honest, straightforward, and not pushy at all—something rare in car sales. We test drove the 2017 Highlander twice and even brought my parents the second time. My dad was genuinely impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and smooth the vehicle was for a used SUV. The price was fair, and while Tony stayed firm, we respected it because the car was clearly worth it. The process was smooth and easy (under two weeks, only delayed by our schedule). Inside, Marie and Candace made everything even better. Their waiting area is clean and welcoming, and they were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Marie walked me through every step and answered multiple questions about insurance and DCU paperwork—always with patience and kindness. We can’t say enough good things about Master Auto. If you want a stress-free, honest, and smooth car-buying experience, we highly recommend Tony, Marie, and Candace. I will absolutely be coming back when it’s time for my next vehicle. Tip: Be extra careful driving through the rotary near the dealership—watch the traffic pattern closely. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic that will treat you right then Master Auto is where you should go. I have taken my car there for the past couple of years and Anthony knows how to fix cars and will always do it at a reasonable price.

This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had in terms of buying a vehicle. Marie, Anthony and Candice are three of the nicest people you'll ever meet. But my car is perfect, the service was the best I've had and I used to work for several car dealerships but but none can compare to the service and personal touch you will get a Master Auto they truly are Masters at what they do but don't take my word for it go check them out they're best no doubt. They were super responsive when I had questions about the car and this is also a great one stop for everything. Inspection, repairs ,sales and gas! My family bought two vehicles from Master Auto. Anthony was very communicative throughout the entire process and was willing to work with me throughout the week when I had time on my lunch breaks. The business was very busy when we came to check out the cars but Anthony made sure that we were seen in a timely manner, offered photos of the work he performed and was straight to the point when it came to purchasing. Throughout the purchasing process, Marie was beyond helpful. She ensured that all documents were completed and walked us though the entire process of buying the vehicles. She even worked late on a Saturday allowing us to complete the paperwork and register the cars the following Monday. When we came to pickup up the vehicles, they were spotless and ready to go. The tires on my truck are still shining over a week later. Anthony also performed my inspection at the time of pickup at no cost. Overall it was a great buying experience. I have never written a review for anything but Master Auto deserves one. 10/10.

I went to John T’s Citgo in Revere (new owners) said my car needed a new manifold so I let them do the job $550 later the car came out worse so they gave me my money back and I went to master auto and they said the manifold was put on wrong and that it was the Cadillac converter so they fixed my car and now it runs like new. I highly recommend them!!

Visited Master Auto to look at a few vehicles on the lot. Anthony is a stand up no pressure guy. Answered every question I had and even put a truck up on a lift so I could personally examine the frame. I would not hesitate recommending to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle...

Great service and great people! I despise doing car maintenance as a female bc we get treated poorly most of the time, at least that's how I feel. But Master Auto is no nonsense and upfront which is what you want from a mechanic and an added bonus is they're kind and treat you with respect. I understand why they're so busy and why all kinds of people and businesses come here. Thank you to the owner and Marie, my few experiences here are always fantastic!

Bought a Toyota Camry. Have to say it is very amazing car, well taken care of. The staff that works there are excellent Marie is on top of everything and makes your experience shopping a breeze. The owner is very kind and takes care of cars with love and respect. Please if anyone looking for a car master auto is the place to go.

What can I say, it started with a listing on Facebook Marketplace for a vehicle and before knew it, I purchased the car. This is a long overdue review, but I wanted to take a minute to highlight the incredible experience I had with Master Auto. Back in October, I was car shopping for my girlfriend who was out of state. I found a beautiful Jeep Wrangler at Master Auto that was stunning. I had to deal with a bunch of issues with a power of attorney and the bank that my girlfriend was using. The process with our bank took over a month because of issues with the checks that I was being given. During that time, Master Auto was incredibly gracious and understanding. They made a few updates to the Jeep and they even detailed and added an undercoat protectant to the undercarriage. I even ran into an emergency with my own car that needed a new fan…Master Auto dropped what they were doing and got me on the road in less than an hour. I honestly can’t say enough about this team. Anthony, Marie, Candice, and the entire team were amazing. I drive over an hour to come here to have them work on my vehicles because I trust them wholeheartedly. I highly recommend doing business or getting any repairs done by this great family-owned business. You will not be disappointed!

I had some issues with a truck that I purchased there, but not to worry. The owner Anthony is a man of his word!! If he says he gonna do something he does it; and that's a rarity these days. I was coming in from out of state and they offered to pick me up at the airport which was really helpful. I just wanted to say that my experience with Master Auto was an excellant one. From the moment I spoke to Marie and Anthony about my problem with my car. I felt like I was putting my car in safe hands. Marie kept me informed about my billing and updated on what was going on with all aspects of my experience. ( I called her more times than I probably should) But she was always friendly to me and understanding. She is great at what she does. Anthony and the men who worked on my car, did an excellent job. My car looks great, and It looks like when it was new again. You would never now it got rear ended. Thank you all for the excellent job with my car. You forever will have a customer with me. I had a fantastic experience with Master Auto in Revere, Massachusetts. After my car broke down near the McDonald's in Everett, I had a terrible night dealing with AAA. They eventually recommended Master Auto as one of their certified pre-approved locations. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is always a challenge, but I was thoroughly impressed with Master Auto. The very next day, I received a call updating me on the status of my car. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed and felt confident in their care. I had the pleasure of working with two amazing ladies, Candace and Marie, who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and regular updates. They are truly an asset to the team and deserve recognition for their hard work. I also spoke with Anthony several times and appreciated his assistance. Bravo to Master Auto for their outstanding service! I will definitely be returning and recommending them to others.

I stopped here for some gas⛽️ and then I noticed that my the car tire was pretty empty. I asked Anthony if he could please fill it up for me, mind you I didn’t have an appointment and they seemed pretty busy. However, he did NOT refuse me service because of this, in the contrary he was very eager to put some air in my tire. Now, I only have 2 months living in Revere months , yet I pump my gas ⛽️ here all the time and service it as well.
