Warren couldn’t fit my large truck in so he came out to my shop and replaced my windshield. He also took care of some broken window switches. I’ve used him many times over the years and he always goes above & beyond for his customers. Can’t say enough about this man!!

So it’s June 27. I looked at a car got to run around for a solid week. The owner Bob kept lying to my face every day saying he was gonna take care of it and then after waiting a week he told me it was gonna be four more days before I could get my plates. Don’t trust a word they say.
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with!! Wanted to buy a truck they had. I Wasted my time bring my trade in to have them look at and was told by mark that he “needed to make some calls” before he could give me a trade in value. After almost a week of calling every day and sending multiple emails they have yet to get back to me. They don’t even have the decency to call me back. It’s like they don’t want to sell any trucks. No idea how they are in business!!
Went there to look at a vehicle listed on the website. Was told the vehicle had sold the day before. I asked why it was still up on the website and was told it takes a day to update the website. I’ve never heard of such a thing and it already was a day later anyway.
I bought a 2011 Tacoma recently from here and paid good money for it. He got more than he should have for a 2wd. Noticed on test drive low tire pressure light was on. He said he would look over the vehicle and make sure everything was good before I picked it up..noticed a few days after I took it home the light went back on. I put air in the tires...not thinking too much of it. So...the light kept coming back on every other day ..turns out there is a hole and small leak due to a nail in one of the tires and it cannot be fixed because its on the shoulder of the tire. Emailed Mark..asked him if he could take care of this as it was clearly an issue from day one. NO RESPONSE. But he sure was quick to respond to my emails when it was about him getting top dollar for his truck. Wouldn't go back...wouldn't recommend.
I bought a used truck from auto town in August 2016. In December 2016 I had an issue with the truck that I had purchased. Even though I was out of the specified warranty, Mark at Auto Towne went out of their way To make it right. They took care of the towing, and they took care of the warranty and work through Ford. I can't think of another used car dealer who would do this. Thank you Mark for taking care of your customers.
