They do not call you back, I contacted them about a vehicle and same day submitted my paperwork. Two weeks no call no communication Ive left voicmails called many days in a row nothing, finally called non stop untill they picked up Mark picked up with an additude that the phone wouldnt stop ringing while he was dealing with a customer and said he would call back in 20 mins its been 3.5 hrs still no call. RED FLAG RED FLAG AVOID THEM customer service sucks.
If you care about service, quality and someone who listens to what you want don’t go here. Absolutely the worst car dealership I have ever been to. This guy will take weeks to respond to simple emails and work up deals. I’ve been ready to purchase a truck for a month now and he just ignores my calls. Don’t give him your business go elsewhere.
Bought a box truck from here. Not a good experience. Problems with the truck right away. Had to bring it back three times and still wasn't fixed. Ended up taking it to Ford to get it done right. Mark didn't want to deal with the problem. Got mad and just wanted to buy the truck back instead of fixing the problem. Didn't even bother to call back or offer anything. Ended up paying two thousand dollars out of pocket to have a vehicle I could use. You would think spending 22,000 dollars you wouldn't have problem's. Very disappointed.
Purchased a truck there and delt with Mark, best experience and Mark was very attentive and helpful. Go there and get your next work truck and you will not be disappointed.
