Pro—I like my car—with caveats —salesperson Ryan was a nice guy Cons—drove car out of the lot with a check engine light on and a known code. Was told a drive cycle would clear it up. Went to get the car inspected and it failed. Brought the car back. They thought it would be a quick fix but it turned out to need the entire engine taken out so they were going to send me on my way and I had to insist that I get a loaner car, which they denied me at first but I pressed and they did give me one. Said they fixed it and brought it to me. It was not fixed. They came out to get it again and it was still not fixed. I took it to a local mechanic and they would not allow me to have it fixed locally on their dime even though it was still under dealer warranty, so they brought me the car again but I had to get in a screaming match with the service department over it. They told me this was going to be the last time they would lend me a car for free, to which I responded good, because I wanna drive the car I bought, not this piece of junk with a urinal cake smell absorber for the cigarette smoke. They took a while to fix it and then I got it back. Spotty issues with the car ever since, though overall I do like the car. But midway was a tremendous hassle to deal with.

Best thing I did going to Midway Auto. Thanks to Bill Kougias, he is not like any salesman I've dealt with, he was honest, down to earth, no trying to sell me products I don't need. He got me my favorite car. Chevy Impala. Nice bright Red. Showed me what all the new features were, I'm very happy. I would Definitely recommend Midway Auto. Mike in Finance nice explained all papers I signed. Will post pictures soon.

This was the worst experience ever. I would take away the one star if I could. I had an appointment. They were holding my car for me. Someone else showed up and bought it even though I was early for my appointment. I can't believe they didn't hold the car like they said they would. I would not trust these people any farther than I can throw them. Huge disappointment after a long trip to get there

Great experience with Midway Auto Sales and Michael. Communication was excellent by text, email, phone, and in person. We had a couple blemishes and brake questions and they fixed everything immediately with no hassle. The car looks brand new and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll definitely be back.

Buyer Beware! Ensure you have someone else check out the car you are interested in other than the dealer. I purchased a car in July 2025 and I have already spent close to $3000 at the Nissan service department and a different auto body shop trying to fix all the issues with the sunroof as it was leaking/broken and the car smells so bad like wet and mildew. I was told by the dealer that they were not aware of this but I disagree. Once you open the door the smell is immediately there. I have had the car for four months and it hasn’t been driven that much. The car already had this problem prior to my purchase. I feel this issue was never disclosed but the dealer said they were never aware. Just thought I’d share.

My experience was very good. The sales person was Francisco, he was a great communicator and helpful every step of the way. He accommodate me with photos, videos and wheels. Kevin was excellent to work with. Listened to our wants, negotiated quickly and fairly. Only issue is their service is behind so took a week to get the vehicle I purchased. But the process of looking, choosing, and negotiating was fast and painless.

Recently had my car totaled within a month of purchase. In searching for a replacement I stumbled upon a listing at Midway. Ended up getting a better deal on a higher model of my lost car. Super straightforward and easygoing people and you can’t beat these guys on price!

I was quite indecisive when choosing a car, and the finance manager made me feel rushed to make a decision. I didn’t feel comfortable with the option they were pushing, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. If you pay close attention, they tend to stock vehicles that are generally known to be unreliable

As I said in my previous review, I had a very pleasant experience. Pleasant and used car dealer usually don't go together. Francisco Flores was very helpful, went above and beyond for us to make sure our transaction was smooth and seamless. Very pleasant dealership to visit. Even if you don't buy a car I think you will enjoy the team there. I would definitely recommend Francisco and his team.. FYI I love my new "to me" Jeep I purchased.

I got perfectly used car from Midway last Friday. I like my new car :) I would like to recommend the Midway Automotive and salesman Bill !

It's unfortunate that the issues with the car we bought from Midway just keep happening. We have had to replace the turbo, suspension springs, rotors, and timing belt all within 3 months of purchase. I did speak with the owner and he told me to send the invoice from the suspension issue since, as he admitted, Midway mechanics should have seen this when they looked at the car. I've yet to hear back after a month, so I'm not hopeful they will take any responsibility. At first, I said Midway is fine, but if you see a comparable car at another lot, go there first. Midway should be your last resort. Only go to Midway if you have extra cash to pay for inevitable post-purchase repairs. The sales experience was sad. The sales office is depressing, there is no sense of customer service or urgency. I understand it is a used car lot, but seriously, consider a renovation of the sales room. It's very bleak and unwelcoming. They do the typical used lot stuff like calling the manager over to strong arm you if you need a night to think on it. It's just cheesey.

Great dealership and great customer service. Mike was so helpful and made the whole process stress free and never pushy. Financing was fast and easy. We had a fantastic experience helping my son buy his first car. We highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for great service and a great deal.

I had ryan as my sales man and he was great. this was my first car, and I really didn't know much and he was good with helping me pick out something that checked all my boxes included price range. I ended up leaving with a car perfect for me!

We traveled far for this dealership because of their good prices and multiple car inventory. We had a great sales experience with Kevin, he was helpful but also left us to make the decision on our own. After we agreed to purchase the car, they said it would be ready for pick up in just 2-4 days. It ended up taking a week. Kevin was communictaive but not apologetic. Just 10 days after having the car in our possession it started to smoke from the engine. We called the sales desk and they advised us to use the warranty at a shop close to our house. We did, but the warranty was not active because they did not inform us it would take 30 days to go into effect. After lots of calls, they agreed to pick up our car and bring it to them to fix it, but they picked it up 12 hours after they said they would. They then did not communicate about the repairs clearly and kept calling us with very limited information and would not bring the car back to us, knowing how much of an inconvience this was. No one there was apologetic, supportive or willing to help us more than the very bare minimum. I would not use this dealership and I would be very wary of their promises to check the car before you take it home, always be respectful and kind and that you can trust them to do a good job and sell a quality car. None of those things are true about our experience.

Had a great experience here. Unlike most dealerships that play games to hold you hostage, it’s the opposite here. Adam was my sales rep and he was nice and down to earth. They gave me a fair price for my trade and we quickly agreed a to deal. They handled everything to get my car on the road in ‘like new’ condition and communication was excellent. I love my new BMW X3 M40i and would recommend Midway Automotive

I just bought a used Volvo Cross Country from Midway. Francisco was the first person I spoke to when I called to inquire about the Volvo. He offered me an appointment right away but was patient when I needed time to be sure this was the right car for me. I never felt pressured and he kept steady communication with me throughout the process. He worked very hard to negotiate a deal we both thought was fair and reasonable. I felt he was honest about what options were best for me. This is a very busy dealership but I never felt like things were not moving along as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone who appreciates honesty and professionalism. I hope my car lasts many years but would definitely return to this dealership if I needed another vehicle.
