Just bought a 2019 Jeep Wrangler from Crown Auto. I had a great experience with them, Emilio, the owner was very helpful from start to finish. Very good experience, he went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Crown Auto if you're looking for a great used vehicle.

I'm honestly stunned by these reviews, as my experience with Emilio was not pleasant at all. I gladly waited four days for him to take a car to my mechanic for a pre-sale inspection. He insisted on taking it (rather than letting me do it) but he was only available to do so four days after my visit. Once that was done, I wanted a day to think about the purchase but he grew impatient. In fact, I took less than 24 hours for me to make up my mind, but when I texted him about buying the car, he ghosted me. He did not respond to numerous texts or calls. I completely understand that he may have sold the car during the time I was deliberating. That's how the process works, but why not respond and tell me that. My mechanic had the car on Monday morning, and Emilio and I spoke about that on Monday around noon. I told him I was looking at another car with another dealer but that I would let him know as soon as possible. I texted him at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, about 20 hours later, and he did respond. Texted again at 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday, still nothing. Called the office and spoke to Nick after that, who told me he'd get a hold of Emilio and get back to me. Nothing. I had to stop by the office on the way home from work to be told by Nick that Emilio sold the car to someone else. Why not just tell me. In fact, when I texted Emilio a third time asking why he was being so unprofessional, he still didn't respond. That kind of "customer service" is not for me. Perhaps it is for the others who have given such glowing reviews. My advice is to stay away.

Nick & Emilio are absolutely AMAZING!!!! They went above and beyond to ensure that I got a great deal and approved to drive off the lot within 24 hours!!!! I will be coming back and recommending Crown Auto to everyone I know!!!!!

I was hesitant at first going to look at a car here because of the many horror stories I had heard about smaller dealerships. After going to two other large dealerships (Mercedes and Audi respectively) I decided to take a look at a car that was on the lot. I worked with the owner Emilio, and I could not have had a better experience. I noticed that the front brake pad was low on the car I was looking at, and he immediately offered to replace it before I bought the car no questions asked. He gave me a good price on my trade, the car was well priced, and he helped through every step of the process. From my experience he wants what is best for his customers, even advising to go with local credit unions so his customers get a better rate. The only issue I have had with my new car was a small bubble forming on the sidewall, in which Emilio helped me get it fixed for a much lower price than I would’ve elsewhere. Other than that the car is amazing and I have had no issues with it. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and I would 100% buy another car with him if the need arises again.

10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for help finding their next car. The general manager Emilio was a huge help. He is an expert on cars with a mechanics background, and extremely kind and understanding. I had a great experience buying my car, he helped me out and remained in contact for any questions I had even after the sale. If he doesn't have what you want, you can talk to him and he'll work on finding your next vehicle at the best deal he can.

Emilio was wonderful to work with. This was most pleasant experience we have had buying a vehicle. I would recommend this establishment to anyone buying a new to you vehicle! Regardless of your situation, they will make it work for you!

Purchased a 2016 Honda CRV in great condition from Emilio. Emilio, the owner, was extremely informative, helpful, and honest in the process as this was my first time. The process was fast and he did a good deal of the work by providing the plates, inspection, etc. Very happy I found this auto sales shop, and I would highly recommend!

From staying open late well after hours to meet with me, to going the extra mile by going to the local BMW directly without being asked to b uy a new factory license plate bracket for me without being asked, and did it for free!! Hi, I WOULD NOT recommend this car dealership to anyone. I have had the worst experience with this car dealership. they are unreliable and dishonest. Just yesterday, i went to this dealership and had the money in cash and IN FULL after being in contact with them. After having a conversation with them, I was assured that i would be getting the car tomorrow because they stated that papers and documents were not available and ready. the next day, AS IM ON MY WAY, i get a call saying that the car has been already sold to another customer, although the car was promised to me. This dealership is beyond unprofessional and has caused a huge inconvenience for my family & i. I would avoid this “business” at all costs.

Wow... such a bad experience here. I worked mainly with the owner Emilio. The car was OVERPRICED but it was what I really wanted. The new sales guy during the buying process of my car had no clue what he was doing and I was stuck there 2 hours longer than needed. They gave the car to me covered in GUNK so I had to get the interior detailed ELSEWHERE. Also some body rust that wasn't disclosed to me so I made them fix it (it was so poorly done). I went to them THREE TIMES to fix my LOOSE grille and they messed it up and broke it more each time. They messed with my head being like "well these issues were all disclosed to you", THEY WERE NOT. They kept messing things up every time I said it needed to be fixed. At one point they gave me a "loaner" car... WOW. Covered in someone's trash, food, drinks, kid's toys and car seats. It was grimey... made my body cringe. It had a repair plate on it, a CRACKED windshield and the TAILIGHT WAS DUCT TAPED ON. Such a disgraceful experience. (last 2 pics is loaner car, others are my car) and i will be buying a grille out of pocket to get it done right the first time

Great experience. Fantastic car for my mom, well serviced, Jimmy the owner made the process easy. The best thing was Bobby. Guy was amazing… treated my mom with the utmost respect, knew exactly what we wanted and how and he worked to get it all right, he was a sincere absolute pleasure to work with. Guy can make a Scrooge feel comfortable.

Great place to buy your next car. Bobby B helped me and he was great let me look at the car as much as i wanted, he's not pushy. He tries to get you in the car you want not the one that cost the most money. I bought my car from there its great, so did someone I know who recommended this place and he loves his car too. They check though the entire car bumper to bumper if anything is wrong they don't bye it. Nothing but Great cars here. Like Bobby B told me take your time do plenty of research and you will know it when you see it.

I looked at so many places and was heading home disgruntled when I saw crown auto on the side of the road. I pulled and immediately saw a car that I was interested in. Within a week I am driving off the lot with that same car. The process was so smooth.
