Complete integrity and great buying experience, unlike many other experiences I have had buying used cars. The guy got a lot of calls about this vehicle, but knew we were driving from CT in horrible traffic and waited for us since we had committed to coming. He could have sold it out from under us and he didn't. Polite and professional. Also managed to extract a precious CD that was stuck in our old vehicle's CD player. Highly recommended.

Purchased my dream truck here a couple weeks ago and they were so incredibly patient as I set up a pre purchase inspection on it. Because I am from NC, I had to get a tag overnighted and some payment shenanigans, and they were so flexible and accommodating. Didn't purchase a vehicle but I called to get more info about a SUV. I asked for pictures of under the hood and of all the frame. He took my number and said give me 30 minuets. Sure enough 30 minuets later I got sent about 15 pictures. He had nothing to hide. I had a time issue because he closes at 5pm and I work till 5pm. I asked if he would stay open till 630ish because It will be about an hour drive. This guy didn't bat an eye. He said no problem. This guys seems very straight forward and very accommodating. I have taken my mothers car as well and brings family vehicles as we needed someone to go over if anything is needed specially with kids in them. I bought a car from TC Auto recently and we ended up finding some problems shortly after we brought it home. I was very upset, thinking that I made a costly mistake. I called Tony and expressed my concerns. Tony and his team worked with me to make things right. They went over and above - and took on some significant expense - to make sure the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Now the car is running great. I'd never expect a used car dealer to know every issue these cars have when they buy them from the auctions. What's important is that they stand behind what they are selling and take care to make their customers happy. TC Auto did that for me and exceeded my expectations.

I fully expected to leave 5 stars when helping my sister buy a used Matrix. I trusted the business due to the reviews that stated they are great mechanics. Tony was helpful and accommodating but I don't believe I received an accurate assessment. I found this car for my elder sister traveling an hour to MA as there were no available Matrix in RI. Explained to Tony, that after a year layoff and first week on new job, she totaled her old Matrix - needed it quickly as rental costs were mounting up. I said, tell me if there are any issues with the car as she has no more expendable $$ for problems. Their $100 deductible warranty would not serve us, as it's 2 hour drive round trip, half a tank of gas and you can't ask for time off on a new job - so that is on us. 1) Did not pass RI inspection, 2) Brake job to pass $400, 3) Bumper repair failed, falling off, 3) Check engine code p0335 - powertrain control module (PCM) fails to detect proper sensor operation from the crankshaft position sensor - serious! $350 4) Check engine light continues to intermittently go off - have not had that code evaluated as of yet. This car has been costly in repairs right after purchase - would never go back and expected better. Plan to trade in as soon as she's financially back on her feet.

Bought the car ahead of time ! So 30 days has past. within less then 7 days of registering the car which was parked in my driveway, passenger window now does not work correctly ! Had to get an alignment and balancing because the car seem to have turning issues and does not seem safe to drive honestly. up to 30 mph the car shakes until you hit 40mph. To repair it costs $550 maybe more, mechanics don’t want to touch it that’s how bad the rust is. mechanic showed me the bottom of the car an the catalytic converter is totally rusted and broken has to be replaced $1300 Have not even been driving the car for 2 weeks yet ! Paid $7000 with taxes that I saved up over time, an now I’m stuck with junk please stay away I would not recommend at all. Stay away from places that sell cars from new hampshire. Red flag 🚩 definitely an auction car that definitely did not get looked at before selling. Only thing seem to be really done to the car was an oil change. I was assured nothing was wrong with the car. I can’t even pay to get something fixed because it’s rusted really bad so $7000 down the drain in less than to weeks of registration ! Brakes also got to get done scratching really hard now smh. Only thing it did some how was passed inspection.

Bought a used 08 Sienna that needed some work done . The dealer sent me to this shop. These guys really went the extra mile for me. Work and parts were top notch, and they they put in rear rotors and pads, charging ZERO labor, on a car they did not sell, because they weren"t covered under the warranty. I was speechless at their generosity. I had just spent $15,000 for the van and warranty, and they took care of my family as if we bought the car from them. They will likely by my first stop when I'm ready to buy again.

Bought a 07 hyundai elantra from tony this week. It had a bad shifter and check engine light was on. He promptly fixed this at no charge as its important to pass inspection. Im going to the registry tomorrow and getting it inspected. Hopefully this car will do me right as i will do it right. Very professional and personable. I highly recommend this shop for a used vehicle. Its nice to know there are true mechanics and auto dealers still out there. Thank you again so much. I will see you soon for my oil change.

I got my Ford Escape from here. Love it. I would get another vehicle from here in a heartbeat. Very trust worthy. Had it now a week and still can't say one bad thing about it. Update: It's a month today and still love it. Update again: still love it and its runs great.
