On the website it states that they install the battery with purchase. I called ahead just to make sure and now they say they don't. Equinox 2008 I think they prefer the air conditioning, than doing what they are supposed to do.

I wish I remembered the name of the lady that helped me with my windshield wipers (I think it was Kathy) she was so nice and replaced my wipers in under 2 minutes. Great prices too.

The employer gave me some good information about where to go for a brake check. I appreciate that!

Only bc i needed simple bulb for nephews car so i could fix it and the worker said they didn’t have any yet my husband found one so umm yeah dont just take ppls word go look for yourself

Ordered something went to get it they told me they received it, but they didn't, I waited around 25 minutes nothing, came back the next day waited about ten minutes to be shown someone's personal phone saying my order was tracked and would be there the next day, I cancelled my order and left , they was non caring and very unprofessional I work in retail and it is supposed to be all about the customer. They all seemed lost. Definitely some room for training and more customer care, instead of gee I wish I could help and then the blank stare. Not a happy customer so your LTR may be down a little

Have been to this location 4 times now. 3 times Pete assisted me and all of those occasions were exactly what you'd want/expect when having to deal with car stuff. I'm about as mechanical/technical as a Supreme Calzone (also highly recommend) and Pete took care of business without making me feel like the thicko I know that I am. Thanks Pete!

I walked in I need a new set of wheelbearings and the black kid looked at me like I was speaking Chinese, so I just walked out They should actually hire people that know what auto parts are?

I called them and asked weather there have lED head lights for my car and they said us to come and fix it when I went to the store there don’t have and we drove from Mansfield MA very disappointed with the service too and rude staffs

I called Abington Advanced Auto 5 minutes before they were closing. I know they do no specialize in motorcycles but thought they might be able to help even a little more than I know about them. I was trying to google a back rest on a Harley. Darnell who answered the phone went above and beyond to help me and send me the info that he found for me. Not only was he very helpful, he did all this (at the last 5 min of the day) with such a positive, attitude, and amazing customer service. I will be recommending this Advanced location to everyone. Thank you so much Darnell and I will be a customer always.

I never leave reviews but the guys here were great. They helped me out way beyond requirements. Will drive to this store no matter how far I am.

The gentleman Justin has helped me out the past couple times I have been in there. Fantastic customer service and he really knows his stuff.

The young man at the counter darnell was super helpful he showed me the proper way to mix antifreeze for my specific vehicle showed me the clamps i needed and hooked me up with the rite funnel to do the job very polite very helpful great attitude we need more darnell c's in this world thanks kid great job you make abington ma advance auto parts a great place to get your automotive needs. I needed a locking gas cap and they looked it up, found one in the store and checked it to be sure that it worked properly before ringing up the sale. Everything went very smoothly.

Way too expensive . I got an oil change at Tech lube for less than what it costs to get 5 quarts and a filter at Autozone also the air filter was 10 bucks more than they charge too and they doo all the work. Thats ridiculous

Only two people working on a Saturday. They were slammed and people were being rude to them though there truly was nothing they could do about it. The guy installed my new wiper very quickly and was extremely nice even to the customer being overly rude to him. Id say good employees and bad management

They actually help me out a lot I'm in Abington right now therefore I've been getting ripped off at Auto Advance Autos they save me a lot of money on my headlights had this vehicle for 3 years 2014 Volkswagen Jetta each bulb cost $23 but I got to each 1 for $14 I'm having a great year so far amen

Needed a last minute battery replacement at the end of the work day. Hated being “that guy” but spoke with Keith and he was very nice to let me come buy and replace my battery.

The service is consistently good, it’s mostly difficult to find help though because they are usually short staffed. The information is reliable and the 10% military discount is a plus!

Went there with friend for a Elderbrock carburetor adapter and the sales person had no idea what it was. My friend had to go behind the counter and find it in the computer. So a quick stop turned into an ordeal!
