I had a wonderful experience here. The storage and building were clean, and the customer service was consistently friendly and helpful in resolving any issues. I liked how easy it was to access the storage and how available it was 24/7.

Chantel was gracious enough to hear my concern of the annual price increase and lowered that increase from here forth instantaneously!

The facility was well equipped with personnel, clean, and considering all the snow that had recently fallen, it was plowed and accessible to freely move around.

I can not say the same about the service I unfortunately encountered at the McBride Street branch in Jamaica Plain,MA.
Chantal was SUPER helpful in getting me set up with a storage unit and was extremely generous with her time and energy while I was in the office. She helped clarify any questions I had and was very thorough. Once I made the decision on the unit itself, signing the lease and making my first payment was very easy, and having the Bluetooth access to the gate makes getting into the building very convenient. Thank you!
I reserved my unit (got to choose the exact one) online and a few hours later the manager (Zack) called me to welcome me and explain how to access my unit, etc. I had a few more questions as well and he answered them so readily and with a such a pleasant demeanor. I have used other storage facilities at different times and they always seemed irritated, but I definitely picked the right one. Great customer service so far. Thank you!
Very good customer service and overall experience up until now… as I sadly I find it to be dirty marketing when you list a price on the website and then less than 2 months later increase the rent from $75 to $145. Shame on them.

Chantal, the store manager, was super helpful and understanding with our issues of finding the right storage space. We had rented an inappropriate one at a different location and were referred to Old Colony. Chantal understood the situation and made sure that we taken care of. I'm sure she'll do the same for you!

She is quick to answer your questions and willing to work with you if you run into any challenges. 10/10 experience! Highly recommended!
Chantal M at the Old Colony location is AMAZING! The experience from start to finish was hands down the best experience I have had in a while. I visited another location in person and didn’t receive a 1/4 of the information Chantal gave just over the phone. I am so glad I took a chance a drove the 30min to meet with Chantal and get the unit I was looking for and for A LOT cheaper ($150 cheaper). Her bright smile and clear knowledge of the company and what she was selling to me was clear cut! I am so happy with my unit, the cost, and the service!! In the words of my dad (who the unit is for) “She’s off the hook” lol. Thank you so much Chantal for all your help! You were truly amazing! Keep the beautiful smile and the joyful spirit!!
Our unit was clean and easily accessible. The move was very easy. Staff was attentive and there to answer questions we had. Zach made sure we had everything we needed, and made the process smooth. I recommend this storage location.

It was a pleasure doing business with extras space storage. They resolved all my issues, went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was advertised. The manger- Chantel was phenomenal and was available during the entire storage process. Highly recommended and affordable.
