It's totally fine. You drive up and sign in with whoever is working and then can bring your recycling to the bins. Be sure to have your Quincy ID as it is required for access.
Got there and they said only Quincy residents can use the recycling facility. Online on their website it clearly state “Massachusetts ID required”. No part of the website specify for Quincy residents only.
