This is the second vehicle in our family we took to Sullivans Tire on Hancock St in Quincy both for full tire replacement and alignments we couldn’t be happier with the service and drop off pickup time for service front service desk gentleman was top notch wasted no time to sign us in and get us on our way I recommend them highly B Cochrane

This is my second time coming to change my tire, the staff Jonathan is very nice and friendly, the price is reasonable.

3/15 - First experience: I waited for an hour and a half for them to tell me they didn’t have the oil that I needed for my car (the next day they comp the oil changes for lack of communication). 11/1 - Dropped off my car at 9:30am even though I had an appointment at 10 a.m. for an oil change, alignment, and check one tire. I asked for it to be completed by 12:30 p.m. The front desk acted like he was pulling teeth to accommodate that request. I called at 1pm they didn’t even touch or do anything to the car. I am a long-time customer for over 8 years, having been going to many Sullivan locations, but this location is the worst location. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. The WORST!!!!!

I was so happy with my service at the Quincy Sullivan tire. John is such a great guy. All employees were great as well. I have a latex allergy and the were sure to wipe the inside down when the job was done. Thank you again. Taken on time, in and out in an hour.

The worst tire shop in the world. They don't know how to do business. They don't know how to please customers. They don't know how to talk. They're so slow. You're just wasting your money.

The staff are always very welcoming and helpful and they get the jobs done promptly!　Will keep coming back for all my tire needs.

I went in for an oil change. There is a oil change coupon for September that I did not know. It got auto applied at the check out! I was pleasently surprised (I knew the dealership that I usually went to will never do this). I probably will do all my car maintenance here in the future.

I took my car for an oil changed couple of weeks ago and the shield wasn't installed properly. It came off when I was driving on the highway. I had to pullover twice and made a make shift fixed. I bought it back to Sullivan in Quincy and showed it to Matt. Matt and his team did a great job getting the new parts and fixed it at no cost. Matt was apologetic and his team was really professional and friendly. Thank you, Calvin

I made an appointment day before, dropped my car off at 6am. I had a small leak in one tire and wanted to get it patched. 3:30pm on the afternoon they still hadn’t looked at my one tire!?!! Terrible service, guy at front desk made a bunch of excuses why they didn’t look at my car. I left without them doing anything! Terrible company, terrible service!

Needed a new set of tires for my 2019 Wrangler. I needed guidance on the right choice for my typical driving while still capturing the look I wanted for the Jeep. Matt talked me through the pros and cons of various options. I'm very happy with what we settled on. Service was done same day. Everyone there was very friendly. Thank you!

This place has the best crew for a tire shop. They helped me with my flat tire in a moment of urgency. Offered me all the assistance for a replacement, even when they fully booked and tied up. I couldn’t thank them enough.

I have had nothing but great service at Sullivan Tire in Quincy. Matt and John and kind and thorough with the service they provide and communicate frequently. I will 100% be back as needed and reccomend to family and friends.

There were some lights on the dashboard and we had taken the car for an inspection and repair. Instead of resolving the root cause of the problem the store manager tried to sell us tires. When we asked if replacing the tires will fix the lights showing up on the dashboard. He said it will but he cannot guarantee 100%. So I feel it's not a fair business practice.

First time ever visiting an auto service, and I had a great experience! I didn’t get any major services done, just had my spare tires changed out, but both visits were exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. If I were to get any services done, it would definitely be here. They were super helpful, especially John and another guy that’s always with him (at the front). Amazing customer service! Highly recommend this place for anyone needing auto services! Update: I ended up needing their services and had the best “first” experience! I bought a tire and had it replaced as a walk-in. John was extremely accommodating, and the whole process was quick and affordable. The service here continues to exceed expectations. 100% recommend!

Ryan is a top professional that was able to locate the issue with my car in less than 30 seconds while others couldn’t after 30/40 mins of looking at it. He went out of his way to explain the issue and give insight. I really appreciated his expertise and kind help

I was not expecting to have my expectations met today for a walk-in slow leaking tire repair. Full disclosure: I called the Sullivan shop by the South Shore Plaza and wasn't impressed with their answers to my questions or their general attitude. I thought there was a shop closer to me in Quincy Center, so I drove there instead without calling first. The answers were the same but with much more kindness and understanding. It was around 9:30 am and I needed to have my car by 4 pm to which they said leave it with us and we'll see what we can do. I got a call close to 3:30 pm telling me it would be done by the time I got there. And it was. I was TOTALLY shocked when he told me he was doing his good deed for the day and charged me nothing. SULLIVAN IS NOW AT THE TOP OF MY LIST FOR TIRE REPAIRS!!!

This place is extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I dropped my car off to have three tires installed. The next day they told me to come around noon to pick up my vehicle. I arrive to pick up my vehicle and they told me last minute that they had snapped my eccentric bolt and needed to purchase a new one from the dealership. I needed to wait another 4 and 1/2 hours to pick the vehicle. I walked back home in the rain. Once I received my vehicle, I got the bill. On the phone they quoted me $50 per tire to be installed if I brought my own, but when I got the bill it was $60. When they offered me an alignment, which they said would cost $149. When I got the bill it was $163 and change. They increased the price of the services to make up for the bolt. I complained that the delay cost me the day and the man got extremely defensive, irate, and upset. I complained about the upcharges, the worker became silent. I paid them and left. Upon entering my vehicle, my drivers seat was leaned all the way back into the headrest of the backseat, grease on my steering wheel. Just extremely unprofessional behavior. I called customer service to complain and never got a call back from the district manager as customer service told me they would. I do not recommend you bring your car to this location. It's not worth the problems... Update: I was hoping not to have to write this post but I did because the district manager took his sweet time contacting me. After contacting me, he essentially didn't see anything wrong with the entire situation except the fact that I was overcharged. This means that being argumentative with your clients, receiving your car not in the condition it was given, and not giving any type of discount for being hours late because of negligence wasn't important. What is important is that I consider going back to Sullivan's tire which I will never be ever again.

I have never had a bad experience at this Sullivan Tire location! As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I've gotten used to being patronized or upsold on things for things as simple as routine maintenance. This has never been the case at the Quincy Sullivan Tire location. I've worked with John several times over the last couple of years and he has always been super helpful and genuinely friendly. He explains everything clearly and often helps me prioritize repairs and maintenance to fit my limited budget. I used to feel a ton of anxiety anytime I had something going on with my car, but John and the rest of the team at this location have made every interaction as painless as possible. I cannot recommend them enough!

I could not be any happier with my experience at Sullivan Tire. John was the most polite, friendly, and professional auto mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to meet today. John was very thorough in accessing my cars situation - and got my car fixed and ready for same day pickup. Sullivan tire will be my place for all my cars moving forward.

Was able to get a quote for what I needed the same day and got my car fixed up that same week. Prices were the same as everywhere else I checked. However, the staff was friendly, and drop-off/pick-up was easy.

I had a tire punctured while driving and Sullivan Tire was just a few minutes away. John was able to take a look on short notice and offered clear steps on whether he could repair or replace. We ultimately had to replace and they were able to source the tire within a day and have me back on the road. The customer service from John and Matt was excellent. Highly recommend.

We came in for an alignment issue and got an appointment in the week after. Had to come back once the same day and they helped fix the issue. My car was as out aligned and going straight again! The amazing store manager John, the mechanic who picked up the work on my car on the spot and another staff member who scheduled my appt and answered my questions, thank you guys so much for all your help. For someone who knows very little about cars and probably asked a bunch of silly questions, I was treated with respect and professionalism, and I’m so happy that we could find a store in our area that we trust.

I went to the Quincy, MA location twice so far and they have been nothing but AWESOME! John, Matt, & AJ are the people I worked with & they ALL were beyond helpful an friendly. John was super helpful the first time, to the point where he is the reason I went back because I never knew Sullivan's worked on more than just tires. When I went back the second time to have my car rotors checked out an Matt helped me an he made sure to explain to me in detail what work was performed on my vehicle (which was very much appreciated). BEST EXPERIENCE.

The team in Quincy quickly found the problem I was having with the front driver's side wheel, let me know what it was, and had it repaired by the end of the day, including the alignment that was necessary because the issue involved the front wheel. They accidentally overcharged me for the alignment, which I didn't even notice. Still, they later called me to tell me they had overcharged me and returned the overage amount to my credit card. I appreciate both their professionalism and their honesty. I highly recommend giving them your business.

I called to see if I could possibly get an oil change the following day and Jim was very nice on the phone, checking the calendar to see what was possible. He told me they were booked but "things always happen" and I could drop off my car so it would be there in case others cancelled and the schedule opened up. My car was ready a few hours before 5:30pm which was great since I was walking to get it. I always have really great experiences when I bring my car to this location!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Mat, Jim, and John at the front are so friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. My fiancé gets both of our cars serviced here and they always do honest and thorough work for a fair price. They did a great job checking a new car we just bought with their head-to-toe vehicle health check and gave us the necessary proof paperwork so the dealer could make the final repairs they were responsible for post-sale. Jim and Mat set up the appointment for our 100k maintenance and the new car runs great. Thanks Team!!
