absolutely disgusting from the doors you walk in all the way to dairy it smells like it’s rotten and rancid i almost threw up walking through the meat isle smells worse than roxie’s and all the meat looks like it has gone bad would NOT buy meat from here unless you want to be sick.

Just curious but I bought my thanksgiving turkey here Saturday. It was frozen and thawed in my Fridge. When I went to cook it, it was bad. The smell was awful. Anyone else buy a turkey here that was bad? Otherwise I like it here never had a problem before. Will call store tomorrow to let them know too.

I love the fresh meats, fruits and vegetables here.

I come here frequently for groceries. Never super crowded but I never buy too much and always use the self-checkout. Prices have been getting better but you can still find good deals here by using their app and other coupons. Place is usually kept clean and tidy and shelves are quite well stocked. I wish they would do a better job stocking the baskets at the front. Some times I would have to go search for an empty basket as there was nothing out front.

Bought rancid hamburg meat there not once, not twice but three times in the last 10 days. Returned the first, got another gross package that I tossed. Bought yesterday (8/23/25) and same result.

I went to this store today for my weekly shopping trip. I had a great experience shopping in the clean and organized aisles. The store was crowded but everyone moved along nicely. The selections were great at the meat section. I usually get stressed at checkout but the worker was so nice and efficient. I believe her name was Chan. I’ll be driving a little further for my next shopping trip just to go to this store. Thank you.

I bought 9 bottles 2 liters cola today. The cola was packed in a plastic container of 8. When I was checking out, a man wearing a mask said I can’t take the container with cola away, then he took it. The 9 bottles of cola rolled around in my shopping cart. There was nothing on my cart to hold them in place, so the 9 bottles cola rolled all the way back home in my trunk. I was very unhappy. When I bought many bottles cola elsewhere, the staff would always let me take the container that held the cola with me because it was more convenient for us to carry.

The best Stop and Shop in the area! It’s efficient, all items are fresh, reasonable prices and also it’s very clean. Plus they sell a ton of whole food type goods and ethnic food. The people working here are really nice and helpful. My go to when I can’t make it to wholefoods or trader joes?

This Stop n Shop is very clean and product-organized. I found it easy to navigate for my choices and on their on-the-floor staff were friendly and focused on my grocery needs when I told them that it was my first time shopping at the store.

This grocery is good with a lot of quality food. But The cashier said bad words to me today when I was pushing my shopping cart away after payment. The worst cashier I’ve ever met! Very terrible!!!

Much better than other locations and I've been to many all over the state. You should be able to tip the people that bring out your groceries

I go here with my mom and friends all the time my go to places to get food so many Good picks it is just a bit expensive and when I found Sushi they didn't have the kind I liked so the lady made some for me The self checkout pisses me off though

Just to be clear this observation is for the M.O.D on duty on Thursday April 10 at 11:40 the cashier had a long line she asked for help from a manager walking by, the only person who stepped up to help and also open another register was a young man wh o tead the room as a team player!! So my 1star review is for the lady manager and i give the 2 two staff members who took control.

I experienced an employee of yours white guy with glasses follow a customer around he usually works in the wine he waited for her to check out then go to Dunkin donuts then had her stopped by a detective I can see the embarrassment in her face which in return made me feel so disgusted that this happened to her she produced her receipt there was no need for this from the moment she walked in he was following her this is discrimination you will not get my money ever again this incident happened Saturday afternoon

STEALS FROM YOU!!! Loyalty/rewards program is a scam. Website does not work if you want to update your information. Locked out of points. Help desk is taught to say they can't enter the info for you and to do it yourself. Cashier was rude Shop elsewhere. Walmart, shaws, starmarket, BJs Costco, etc. Points mean nothing compared to saving in real dollars

I recently purchased figs from Stop & Shop, and upon cutting them open, I discovered mold and bacteria in the center. This is a serious health hazard. What if someone had eaten them whole without checking? It's unsettling to think about the potential health consequences. I'm very disappointed by this experience and the apparent lack of quality control at Stop & Shop.

I can't believe the blatant discrimination by the employees at this place. First time I was verbally and rudely treated by an employee in a grocery！This rude old woman with short hair in the self-checkout area whose name starts with K has even worked here for over ten years. It's a novel experience for an employee to verbally abuse a consumer to their face

Supermarket is clean, well-organized, and has a wide variety of fresh produce and quality products. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Prices are reasonable and less than others, and I appreciate their weekly specials ??

I had a very disappointing experience at the florist department of Stop and Shop last Saturday. After selecting a large pot of roses, which was quite heavy, I approached the checkout counter where another customer was finalizing his transaction. He was putting receives back in his wallet. I gently placed the pot on the checkout stand due to its weight, not to rush the other customer. However, the florist, rather than acknowledging the situation, sharply remarked, "Oh, he was not done!" I was taken aback by her tone and lack of consideration for the physical strain of holding the heavy pot. It would have been helpful and courteous if she had offered a more understanding approach. I hope in the future, training for staff will be more considerate. People are here to buy flowers happily. At the end I put the pot of rose back. Stop&Shop: We are human, we are not AI. Human can feel and understand! When trining employees, understand human needs is very important. You will only losing customers for having such in-considerate staff!

The manager’s giving her poor employee a hard time, can you imagine? At 81 years old, I’ve just witnessed my cashier losing her job because she kindly overlooked my forgiveness and let me buy alcohol without my darn ID. Never again will I step foot in such a toxic establishment. Back in my day, we had stores with a but more decency, I tell you.

Your everyday groceries, nothing special about it. Regular prices and variety of products There's a good amount of parking, easy access by car, walking distance to the T station. What I like the most ja that they have a lot of cashier lanes and self check out options

Great store. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Very clean . I love their selections and location. Prices are favorable depending on items. Big store with a big variety of food, So many wonderful fresh food to choose from! From cheese to seafood to vegetables or meat. Plus,the flowers are wonderful!

This is nice store. There are only fresh vegetables and fruits. Also there is a good location and a big parking.

Clean and fairly consistent with having shelves stocked. Will always come back here!
