These guys are great!!!! I needed to have a vehicle towed Essex Junction, VT back to Marlborough for an agency I do business with. The team there answered right away, was super friendly and completed the job lighting fast. I know people never want to deal with towing companies but if you do - This is the Company to take care your needs at a very reasonable price!

Well I wish I could say good things with this business. But unfortunately they were the worsted towing service I had. I got a flat tire at the parking lot where my friend lives at Marlboro. I removed my tires and took it to fix it and the next day I would have it done. I left my car on the jack over night and they simple towed my truck with no tire on it, and left my jack on the side of the road for someone to steal it. They damage my suspension, they damaged my rear bumper, damaged my drive shaft. And I lost a 200 dollars jack because they simple can’t take personal items. Poor quality work poor quality communications. I called them and they hang up on me all the time for it

Thomas was upbeat, positive and nothing but professional. He was thorough and courteous and to my location in less than the stated window of 30-45 mins. He gave me a ride to my final destination and made great small talk with me. I would definitely use him and his company again !!
My car wouldn't start, even after trying to jump it. Before towing it, Thomas offered to try out his jump kit. It worked right away, and I was driving in minutes. Thomas couldn't have been nicer and more professional. He even recommended some places on my way home that would change out my battery.
OMG! This guy Thomas, has to be the friendliest person I've ever met. He totally made a horrible situation of my car breaking down into a calm and reassuring transaction. Last week my car stalled during rush hour on 495N and wouldn’t start. A MassDOT driver stopped to check on me and gave me Thomas’ number from ADR Towing, saying he’d take good care of me.
Thomas showed up quickly, was friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even looked under the hood and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed on the spot, so he towed me to Eastside Classics (reviewed them as well), where he keeps his equipment. They got right to work on my car and had me back on the road within an hour.
What really stood out was that Thomas went above and beyond—he could have just towed me, taken payment, and left it at that. Instead, he made sure I got real help, which saved me from scrambling for a rental the next morning.
If you ever need a tow, I can’t recommend Thomas and ADR Towing enough.

Thomas at ADR Towing came out to tow our vehicle after a tree had fallen on it at my wife’s work. He was polite and professional with a speedy response time. I would 100 percent call again for any towing needs.
I called ADR towing after my FJ cruiser showed strong signs of a blown head gasket. Thomas left as soon as I called ADR towing and was happy to take me home before taking my FJ to the shop. Thomas was so great! He came swiftly to my rescue when my car had unexpected (as it always is I fear) car trouble. He communicated very well regarding his eta, and was very kind when I was stressed. Hoping I have no future car hiccups on 495, but if I do, he is who I will call. Price was reasonable as well, and he dropped off my car to the mechanic shop for me. So great!
