We broke down on the way from Maine to NC. The gentlemen here were so accommodating and nice. They towed us to the shop and fixed the car right away to get us back on the road.

Definitely recommend Castro as a mechanic! I was told by another local mechanic that I needed a ton of work done, but I had had some of the same work done recently and brought my car to Castro for a second opinion. They told me what I actually needed, charged me way less than I was quoted for the same work from multiple other places. They were able to get me in the day after I called, and finished the work within a few hours. They were very communicative the whole time, and also very friendly and easy to talk with.
Not sure about their mechanic services but I got my car towed by them when the axle snapped and although the damage was pretty bad the towing only made it worse and caused a lot more expensive damage -didn’t even get a sorry. Got it re towed to a shop by another company with no issues and they actually helped with a lot of the issues castros caused. Wouldn’t recommend their towing services, you get what you pay for. Would’ve preferred he told me he didn’t have the proper equipment for my situation from the start
Castro has been fixing my cars for years him and his team are one of the sweetest bunch of guys honest hard working and good always willing to help good prices also will diagnose also does a test run with your vehicle before giving it back to you to ensure your safety they take their work seriously and try to make the customer happy and I always have been
Very good environment, Rodrigo is a great guy, with a lot of knowledge on any brand, new, and old car.His price is reasonable, for any kind service available in his shop.
Worst Service I ever had . Tried to scame us not to mention the most dispicable aditude. Overpriced the heck out of us . Don't recommend this Rodrigo for dust.
I have multiple good experiences with this repair shop, the Owner is honest and straight forward and he didn’t mind that I buy my own parts which I respect. The price was good and he started my repairs on time. I recommend this place if you want to get the job done in a timely manner and affordable price. They are very busy and focused on the jobs that they have to get done so I also recommend leaving your car/truck there and picking it up once they call you.
I don’t normally write reviews, let alone long ones! But it will be unfair if I don’t do it about this awesome mechanic. When my daughter’s Honda Accord had issues with heat, she took it to a mechanic near her place. They said that the thermostat is faulty and it needs to be replaced. They said it will cost between 200 and 250. I took the car to Castro’s at around 4:15PM one day when they will be closing at 6:00PM. There were two vehicles in front of mine. When I said I would come back the next day, Rodrigo said he will take a quick look. He was able to fix the loose screw in 5 minutes! I truly appreciate his expertise and honesty!
