Went to the Marlborough location right next to the CVS and in front of the market 32. Ive been having trouble starting my car and have been needing to jump start it for the past week. I figured I needed a new battery and I had help from one of the associates named Charlie R. He came out to look under my hood and tested my old battery and showed me on the testing that although my battery was charged at 100%, it read as failed. We went back inside and he walked me through the different prices of the batteries and the pros and cons of each. Before I did purchase my battery he mentioned that they do free installation with the purchase which was relieving cause I thought was gonna have to do it myself. We both double checked under the hood before the purchase to make sure that I could be installed without removing a lot under the hood. Once I purchased the battery, Charlie got the necessary tools he needed and he completed the battery switch in under 20 min. I started up the car and it worked perfectly indicating to me that it was the battery that had to be switched. Shout out to this man for coming out in the cold providing excellent customer service and being very knowledgable. I wanted to give this man a tip but he declined and said he was happy to help. I've had issues wirh your online and customer service departments but the techs at the store always pull through. Shout out to Charlie at the marlborough location, a mechanic messed up my blinker light and he helped me get a new one and even installed it and fixed my issues. I have a FIAT too which most people don't like touching so he was a life-saver for me.

I needed a car battery replaced and the tech did an amazing job and it was about $55 cheaper than triple a quoted me. Also really fast only took like 20 minutes. Thanks!

Ghost town inside. Awful customer service. Not surprising why nobody goes there. I found out the hard way by attempting to buy something. It was so bad I left without buying anything just to get out of there as fast as I could.

Don’t shop here. They don’t care about customers. The worst of the worst work here. If they worked for me I’d fire every one of them. Since they changed employees the place is a joke. Loyal customer and I will never buy anything from them again.

I ordered a part was told about 11-12 to expect it to arrive I'm still waiting with no time frame for it to arrive this is not how to do business and expect most people would agree this is unacceptable last time I would do business with AutoZone. Unacceptable.

Went to Marlborough, MA location to return an unopened product in 45 days, and well within 90 days return window. The price was under $13. The store supervisor told me they do not have enough cash in store to process the return, and that he cannot process refund to my CC used for purchase either. I was asked to come back at another day and call store to ensure cash availability before coming. This was Saturday afternoon.

Went here for a very specific d3s HID bulb and asked specifically for that. The employee brought me to the fog light section, so I had to show him on my phone which one I was specifically looking for. He brought me a different brand which is fine but he didn’t speak English so he couldn’t understand my questions about the KW and pricing. I then asked the only other person in the store who seems to speak English for help and he shrugged me off saying he didn’t know the brightness, so I left to another auto parts store. If you need attention to detail and questions answered go somewhere else.

Zach- I thought he was older and in a higher position, the way he speaks and carrys himself is astounding. The amount of knowledge as well. Everyone else was also quick to help, I wish I got more names. Everyone that was on shift when I got there was hustling, and they jumped right into their roles.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Grant F at AutoZone. We had concerns about a potential battery issue with our car, and from the moment we arrived, Grant went above and beyond to assist us. He expertly tested our battery, clearly explained all of our options, and ultimately helped us select and install a new one. What truly stood out was Grant's dedication and problem-solving skills. During the installation, we encountered a few unexpected challenges, especially with the cold weather making things even trickier. Grant didn’t hesitate to try different approaches to ensure the battery was properly installed. His expertise and calm demeanor were evident throughout the process. Despite the difficulties, he remained patient, focused, and determined to complete the job without a single complaint. Grant is the definition of exceptional customer service. His diligence, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference for us. AutoZone is lucky to have him on their team, and we are incredibly grateful for his help. If you run a business and need parts this is probably the worst store to order from. They will say it can take about 2 hours you will only see your parts next day. They are completely disorganized and don’t have there shit together.

I went to buy a led headlights and the blond girl sold me a regular one! I came back to change and Dylan was very rude and tried to sell me the expensive one! If u need the recipe to change why they get ur number, name and last name??? They just want to sell the expensive and make u feel a stupid losing time!!

Love this AutoZone. Tom W and Darius T were both amazing. Me and my friend grabbed the wrong bottle thinking it was antifreeze. Tom was able to help as we laughed about not paying attention to the words on the bottle. Darius was able to give us great education on the antifreeze and the difference. So now we know where the antifreeze is and what it looks like. Thank you so much Tom and Darius.

I had a chance to go back to AutoZone today in Marlboro, MA. When I entered the store, I was excited to see that Tom was working. As usual he dropped everything he was doing to greet me, remember my name and told me he was here to help me with whatever I needed. I told him was just looking for some cleaning products. He went over with me, gave me his recommendations, he then left to help other customers while I was looking through the cleaning products. I heard a conversation between five other autozoner, and a female was on a speakerphone; Though I could not make out all the conversation, the N word was used at least 3 or 4 times the f booms 2or 3 times. It just made me very uncomfortable. At that time I approached the counter to complete a return. Tom started processing a return and the phone started ringing. Tom asked me if I could hold while he takes the call. I said no! There are five people standing around doing nothing. We both sat and counted the rings before someone finally answered the phone. There were twelve rings. Tom continued to process my return, and he needed a second verification, so Tom asked for the second verification and some guy yelled out that my password is all three’s. Tom told the employee that he did not need his password, he needed the verification. Then the youngest guy in the group of five came down and put the code in. Tom being the professional he is asked me not to leave a review, however being a large investor in AutoZone I felt that I needed to. This goes in no negative way to Tom. He is the best with no exception (customer service, person). Maybe AutoZone needs to take classes from him. If Tom ever leaves AutoZone I will never come back. I am going to leave five stars. The five stars are for Tom, not for Autozone.

Made many stops this past week into the Marlborough AutoZone as my husband has been working on all of our vehicles. We were often helped by Tom who is always friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to parts. Helping us to make sure we find what need very patient with my many questions about the details. I needed a cabin air filter for my Explorer and he was great showing me how to look for what I needed and making sure to get the correct one (turns out there are ALOT of different ones!) Thanks again Tom.

The lead mechanic was amazing. One of the best auto zones I've been too i greatly appreciate the work and professionalism this team has . We were from out of town and had car trouble and are so happy God sent us here to get the help we needed !!! 🙏 they got us home safe and gave us peace of mind !!!!

First needed a battery then they told me that I needed to most expensive one because others “doesn’t last long” but couldn’t tell me how long is “doesn’t last long” then proceeded to say they can’t assist with battery changes while I’m pregnant with an 18 month old but was willing to help a Spanish customer with his car to check his meters and other issues. P.S. maybe not allow ur employees to sit on the checkout counters while eating. Might actually trick people to thinking you run a tight ship. Disgraceful!!

Was in and out fast. I was given great and fast help. Super nice easy and quick service and was met with help as soon as I entered the store. Yoyoh and Kyle were super helpful as soon as I entered and through the whole process! Cheap and even free services were offered.

Anthony at the 3457 store is fabulous. He in my opion is the model for what custimer servuce should look like. I went in to purchase headlights and a gas cap. He sinced my anxiety and immediately took it away with his calm demeanor and assurity that he had me. I wish more people took such pride in their work and their desire to satisfy customers.

Anthony is amazing! I brought my work truck in to find out why the check engine light came on. Turns out jiffy lube had disconnected my mass air flow sensor and left it unplugged. Anthony diagnosed it and then went above and beyond and fixed it in under ten minutes!!! Thank you!!

I’ve been using these guys for at leas 20 years now and they rock. It’s one of the best autozone teams around. The guys greet you as you come in the door and offer help. They have delivered for me in the past in a completely different town and the manager brought over the oil himself. ( What a treat) I know this is not something to be expected but as a commercial account holder one can truly appreciate something like that. There’s very little these guys can solve when it comes to car diy car projects and they are eager t help. Com in and support local businesses!

These guys do a great job. I needed to recharge my air conditioner and was pleasantly surprised at the service I got. I had never done this myself, but after watching YouTube and speaking on the phone with the folks at AutoZone, I decided to give it a try. I left my house and headed for the store. When I walked in, I was greeted, and they also explained exactly what my options were. To boot, I was also told that I didn't need the higher priced options, because my car didn't require them. I trusted these guys right away ( not something easily done for me). After I paid, he offered to show me the way its done. He made it seem so straight forward that I decided to give it a try. After 5 minutes, my AC was now working again. I drove off in a nice cold car. Did I save money? You bet! My dealer wanted $130 and we did it for $39. These guys gave me more than a great deal, they helped restore my faith in American business and people. Do yourselves a favor before you go anywhere else, check with these guys. You'll be glad you did.

Had an amazing expereince here with the manager and everyone who I dealt with. I had to get a replacement battery that I ordered online that was compatible with my car, however after trying to install it I realized I had the reverse side terminals wired in my car. When I brought to managers attention he quickly came out to my car and took a look and realized I needed to order the reverse style battery. He ordered the right one for me to have it sent to the store over night. The next day there was a delay with order when I called so the person that helped me that day called and found it at another store. They had it delivered that day and ready for me to pickup in Marlborough. I got the new battery installed it and now my car is running great. I appreciate all the effort and help the folks at auto zone Marlborough, would strongly recommend this store, and will definitely be back next time I need something for my car.
