Just visited this Oreillys to get my license plate light looked at after failing the inspection. I was very fortunate to have had Jonathan help me. He went way above and beyond to help me by recommending the correct parts but also taking a deeper look into the issue and found out that it was simply a loose connection in the socket. He went and replaced my lights which saved me a trip to an auto shop. Can’t thank Jonathan enough for going out of his way to help, highly recommend this place.

I purchased wiper blades at a different O'Reilly Auto Parts and thought I could replace them. As it turns out, the clip was different and I wasn't sure how to do that. He did take the time to show me though. I went to the O'Reilly near my home and spoke to Levan and asked if he would replace the blades for me. No only did he say yes, but he said it with enthusiasm and told me to come on out. He replaced them in less time than it took for me to get to my car. He was so kind and helpful. You just don't find this kind of help anymore. I am so appreciative of his help. Thank you so much for having a store where people think of the customers first!!! He was just such a nice young man and I can't stop telling people about him and my experience there. I am pretty sure I will never go anywhere else.

These guys are real pros with a strong emphasis on good customer service. They always have the part I need or can get it to you the next day.....

I went to O'Reilly in marlborough for a phone mount for my car. The minute that I walked in, I was greated with a very friendly hello from the guy behind the counter, I told him what I was looking for and he was very helpful in helping me find it and even told me the experience he had with the same thing. I purchased it and left, I tried to fix it myself but couldn't get it to stick to my window, so I went back a few hours later, and asked him to do it, he was very happy to help me set it up, he went to my car and set it up for me and he was so nice, and so pleasant. I definitely recommend O'Reillys. His name was Lavon and he was very helpful.

Called in the afternoon to see if they could turn a rotor I needed done, so I could leave work early if they could. Said specifically I'd be there just before 4:30 to get this done and that I needed to know because I would be leaving early (losing money) to do it. Guy said, "no problem we can do one (which is all I needed). After racing through traffic they sent the guy who turns rotors out on a delivery knowing I would be there. No apologies, just rude that they had mismanaged their time. I needed to get my sons car on the road which is the whole reason for planning and calling to make sure. Will never shop at any O'Reilly again.

If you are a person of color steer clear, guy at the counter literally slides over to whatever isle you are in and watches like a hawk from the front of the store. I cannot stand prejudice and profiling and will always call out your business if you do it to me.

It's a nice new store however they can't look up a filter wrench without the filter itself. I don't know how they figure out what filter you need but it shouldn't be a major concern but every other thing I went there for was no problem

I went into the store Saturday afternoon to buy a Jax. They didn't have the one I needed in stock. So Allison tells me we can order you one and have it here tomorrow. I say ok I pay the almost $50 bill. Allison say again I'll call you on Sunday when it gets here. Well Sunday comes and goes with no word from Allison at all. I call the store at about 12:30pm on Monday. Allison answers the phone, i explain i never heard back from the store on Sunday like I was told I would. She tells me it was only me and one other employee and we were too busy to call you about your Jax but it is here. I find that extremely hard to believe seeing how when I went in on Saturday 3 employees were just hanging at the front counter talking not doing anything else. You don't have 30 second to call a customer that you told that you would call. Great customer service blowing off your customers.

I’ve been to this store several times and they’re always friendly and ready to help. They make sure that you get the right part for your car; even if they have to get your cars VIN number, and match the part to your make and model that way. They want you to be happy! They’re a pleasure to do business with. In the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger “I’ll be back”.

Picked up a special order for a friend. I appreciate that all I needed to do was to show the email order confirmation. None of the usual auto parts store 20 questions.

Anytime I need something and nobody else can do it or get it to me fast enough I ask for Pat, the guy in the back. Not only will he get it done for me for the cheapest around... butbhe gets it done for me yesterday. Highly recommended, to the point where I'll easily drive over and hour one way just to see my guy Pat. That's a piece of mind you can't get very often now adays

I have stopped by O'REILLY Auto parts. To see if there was a sealer, to buy. And the service was very good fast and explained everything to me very well and I was very impressed....and not a big price tag on a part that I have purchased elsewhere..it was 1000.00 dollars less.. and that is huge savings for this part... All said and done not a Bad place I will be there for another part if I need to purchase Another one.....I go where you can find good Name parts for less Money......# 8 Definitely 👍 from my self......THANK YOU, JIMMY

The counter person was very knowledgeable and out 5 auto parts store they were the only one that,understood. Me and respected my ideas,wish I could remember the young ladies name,she was fantastic

This is more about the company than this specific location. I enjoy the variety of products they offer. They have a distribution center nearby so if something is not in stock, they usually have it in less than 24 hours. The stores are neat, clean, and orderly. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. I also find their prices are comparable to most other stores but they frequently have things on sale so that helps stretch a buck.

Went in to purchase a new pair of wiper blades earlier this evening. When I first entered the store (first time this location) Bruce greeted me with a hello and a smile. He not only helped me pick out a nice all season pair, but when I asked him to install them there was no hesitation. He made sure they were locked in and had me test them before I left. If I need any auto parts in the future I'm going to O'Reilly. Tip of the old hat to Bruce, he's customer service!

Quite honestly. I didn’t know what to expect. I see the commercials in YouTube and hear them in the radio. Went into this brand new store and was warmly greeted by the staff working in the store. Clean store. Small. Very bright. Better than auto zone and their orange and grey colors. The guy at the counter had an ausie accent. Can’t say enough. They were patient w my questions. And quite honestly this is now my GO-TO store. Just the fact that it’s clean and has ample space in addition to friendly staff would make me a repeat customer.
